During operation, the handle 31 is pressed downwards, the handle 31 rotates downwards, then the sliding column 15 is pulled, air pressure at the bottom of the first hole 14 is reduced, air pressure in the second hole 16 is reduced, support of compressed air in the second hole 16 to the elastic sheet 17 is reduced, pressure of the elastic sheet 17 to the valve seat 12 is reduced, friction force of the elastic sheet 17 to the valve seat 12 is reduced, the handle 31 is rotated along the radial direction of the valve rod 13, the valve rod 13 is rotated through the handle 31 in a matched mode with the through groove 3 to open the ball valve, opening efficiency of the ball valve is improved, and then the handle 31 resets under the action of the spring and the limiting ring 21; when the ball valve is closed, the handle 31 is pressed downwards to reduce the air pressure in the second hole 16, so that the friction force between the elastic sheet 17 and the valve seat 12 is reduced, after the valve ball 11 rotates in place, the handle 31 is loosened, the sliding column 15 slides downwards along the first hole 14 under the action of the spring and the limiting ring 21, so that the air pressure in the first hole 14 and the second hole 16 is increased, the elastic sheet 17 expands outwards and abuts against the valve seat 12, the sealing performance between the valve ball 11 and the valve seat 12 is increased, and the leakage of the ball valve is reduced; because the valve rod 13 is in threaded connection with the valve body 1, when the handle 31 rotates along the radial direction of the valve rod 13 and opens the valve, the valve rod 13 drives the valve ball 11 to move upwards, so that the positive pressure between the valve ball 11 and the valve seat 12 at the bottom of the valve body 1 is reduced, the friction force between the valve ball 11 and the valve seat 12 is reduced, the resistance for opening the valve ball 11 is further reduced, meanwhile, the valve seat 12 above the valve ball 11 extrudes the elastic sheet 17, the elastic sheet 17 deforms and then caves in the second hole 16, the friction force between the upper part of the valve ball 11 and the valve seat 12 at the corresponding position is further reduced, and the; when the handle 31 is pressed down to drive the sliding column 15 to slide upwards in the first hole 14, the sliding column 15 drives the limiting ring 21 to slide upwards, so that lubricating grease in the sliding groove 2 is extruded, the lubricating grease flows to a position between the valve ball 11 and the valve seat 12 along the lubricating hole 22, the periphery of the valve ball 11 is lubricated well, friction force between the valve ball 11 and the valve seat 12 is reduced, opening efficiency of the ball valve is further increased, meanwhile, due to the fact that the viscosity of the lubricating grease is high, a gap between the valve seat 12 and the valve ball 11 is filled with the lubricating grease, the sealing performance of the valve ball 11 and the valve seat 12 is further increased, and leakage of the ball valve is reduced; the limiting hole 23 is matched with the limiting ring 21, so that when the limiting ring 21 slides upwards along with the sliding column 15 every time, lubricating grease in the sliding chute 2 is extruded, most of the lubricating grease flows through the limiting hole 23, and a small part of the lubricating grease flows out through the lubricating hole 22 to lubricate the valve ball 11, so that the lubricating time of the lubricating grease is prolonged, and the pollution of the excessive lubricating grease at the valve ball 11 to the circulating fluid in the valve body 1 is reduced; a pair of connecting rods 24 are arranged in the flow limiting hole 23, the connecting rods 24 are arranged in a herringbone shape, one end, close to the inner wall of the flow limiting hole 23, of each connecting rod 24 is hinged to the inner wall of the flow limiting hole 23, so that when the limiting ring 21 slides upwards in the sliding groove 2, a part of lubricating grease is extruded into the lubricating hole 22, the valve ball 11 is lubricated well, when the limiting ring 21 slides downwards along with the sliding column 15, the connecting rods 24 are opened after rotating, the flow rate of the flow limiting hole 23 is increased, the sliding resistance of the limiting ring 21 is reduced, the sliding column 15 is reset under the elastic force of a spring, the air pressure in the second hole 16 is quickly risen, the sealing efficiency between the elastic sheet 17 and the valve seat 12 is increased, and the leakage of the ball valve is further reduced; when the lubricating grease in the sliding chute 2 is insufficient, the lubricating grease is filled into the filling hole 25 through an oil gun, the storage amount of the lubricating grease in the sliding chute 2 is further supplemented, meanwhile, when the valve opening and closing operation is completed and the handle 31 is loosened, the sliding column 15 slides downwards under the action of the spring, the sliding column 15 drives the sliding rod 26 to slide downwards through the support, the sliding rod 26 drives the clamping piece 27 to slide downwards and scrape the lubricating grease in the filling hole 25, the utilization efficiency of the lubricating grease in the filling hole 25 is increased, the deterioration of the lubricating grease caused by the fact that the lubricating grease is exposed in the air is reduced, and the lubricating grease in the sliding chute 2 is sufficiently supplied.

The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
