As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the water sealing head 53 is sleeved with a fixing sleeve 57, one end of the fixing sleeve 57 presses the delay sealing ring 55 against the water retaining rib 531, the water sealing ring 54 is clamped at the other end of the fixing sleeve 57, the fixing sleeve 57 is provided with a through hole 571 communicated with the flow guiding through hole 561, the fixing sleeve 57 is fixed on the water sealing head 53 through the pressing action of the water sealing ring 54, meanwhile, the time-delay sealing ring 55 is fixed, so that the time-delay sealing ring 55 is very convenient to mount and dismount, and a flow guiding gap 572 is formed between the fixing sleeve 57 and the water sealing head 53, when the liquid needs to enter the return hole 56, it is required to pass through the via hole 571, the flow guiding gap 572 and the flow guiding through hole 561 in sequence, the flow guiding gap 572 can effectively block large particles of impurities, so as to prevent blockage, and the fixing sleeve 57 is fixed without aligning the via hole 571 with the flow guiding through hole 561, so that the via hole 571 can be communicated with the flow guiding through hole 561 after installation.
