Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cultural products, in particular to a book management tool on a desktop.

Background

Currently, the tools used to manage books on a desktop are also book stands or file racks. The book stand can assist to stand the books originally stacked on the desktop, so that the occupied space of the desktop is reduced, and the book stand is more convenient to take one of the books. When the book stand is used for assisting in putting up the book stand, if one book stand is taken, the book stand on one side needs to be pushed. Otherwise, the originally standing book becomes easily toppled over due to the gap between the books. Accordingly, when the book is replaced, the space between the books needs to be squeezed out, and then the book needs to be stuffed. Therefore, taking the book is troublesome.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a book management tool on a desktop, which can automatically adjust the position of a sliding seat according to the number of books in a book placing area, thereby preventing standing books from overturning.

The technical scheme includes that the book management tool on the desktop comprises a U-shaped frame, a transverse bottom groove is formed in the bottom side of the U-shaped frame, a sliding seat connected with the bottom groove in a sliding mode is arranged in the U-shaped frame, one side of the sliding seat is connected to one side wall of the U-shaped frame through a guide sleeve, a first spring and a guide pipe which are connected in sequence, and a book placing area with variable space is formed by the other side of the sliding seat and the other side wall of the U-shaped frame.

In one embodiment, a baffle is disposed at the rear side of the frame, and the baffle is connected to two side walls of the frame.

In one embodiment, the baffle plate is provided with a transverse waist-shaped hole.

As an implementation mode, the frame is provided with drawer frames respectively located at two sides of the slide base with the book placement area, the drawer frames are sequentially provided with a first drawer groove, a partition groove and a second drawer groove from top to bottom, drawer boxes with suspended bottoms are respectively arranged in the first drawer groove and the second drawer groove, a support plate is arranged below the drawer boxes, the support plate is provided with an air cushion with a telescopic lug, the telescopic lug is protruded relative to the air cushion in a normal state and is inserted into a lock groove formed in the bottom of the drawer box, the telescopic lug retracts into the air cushion and is separated from the lock groove of the drawer box when the air cushion is inflated and expanded, the guide pipe is located in the partition groove, the guide pipe is internally provided with a pressing bag, the first spring extends into the guide pipe and is connected with the pressing bag, and an air outlet nozzle connected with the pressing bag is embedded in a side wall of the frame, a through hole facing the drawer box and the supporting plate is formed in the side wall of the frame, and an air pipe which penetrates through the through hole and is connected with the air cushion is arranged on the air tap; when the sliding seat slides to the side where the drawer frame is located in place, the pressure bag is pressed to inflate the air cushion, so that the telescopic lug is separated from the locking groove of the drawer box.

In one embodiment, the upper side and the lower side of the guide sleeve are provided with sliding frames extending to the pressing bag, and the sliding frames are slidably connected with middle grooves arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the separation groove.

As an implementation mode, a piston cylinder with an upward opening is arranged in the air cushion, a fixed sheet embedded into a lower surface layer of the air cushion is arranged in the piston cylinder, a piston sheet opposite to the fixed sheet is further arranged in the piston cylinder, the fixed sheet and the piston sheet are connected through a second spring, the piston sheet provides the telescopic lug extending out of the opening of the piston cylinder for installation, the longitudinal section of the telescopic lug is in a convex shape, and the upper surface layer of the air cushion extends into the opening of the piston cylinder and is fixed above two sides of the telescopic lug after being folded; when the air cushion is inflated, the upper layer of the air cushion expands towards the direction penetrating into the piston cylinder, so that the telescopic lug is retracted into the piston cylinder in the air cushion.

As an implementation mode, the drawer frame is further provided with top grooves located at two sides of the first drawer groove, an n-shaped sliding rod connected with the top grooves in a sliding manner is arranged at the top of the drawer frame, a driving rod extending downwards is arranged at one side of the sliding rod, the driving rod is matched with a driving roller arranged on the side wall of the sliding seat and extending into the separation groove, a cross-shaped rotating rod is further arranged at the end part of the driving roller arranged on the sliding seat, and the storage groove is an arc-shaped groove matched with the rotating rod to rotate; the sliding rod is dragged to drive the rotating rod to rotate so as to enable the object placed in the object placing groove to be turned out.

Compared with the prior art, the book placing area has the advantages that after the book is taken out of the book placing area, the sliding seat slides to one side of the book placing area along the bottom groove by the first spring, so that the book placing area is reduced, and the problem that the originally standing book is easy to tip over due to gaps among the books is avoided. Similarly, when books are placed in the book placing area, the slide base can automatically adjust the positions according to the number of the books in the book placing area, so that the standing books are prevented from overturning.

The foregoing and additional embodiments and advantages of the present invention are described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely some, and not all, embodiments of the invention.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2.

The book management tool on the desktop provided by the embodiment comprises a U-shaped frame 1, wherein a transverse bottom groove 2 is formed in the bottom side of the frame 1, a sliding seat 3 connected with the bottom groove 2 in a sliding manner is arranged in the frame 1, one side of the sliding seat 3 is connected to one side wall of the frame 1 through a guide sleeve 4, a first spring 5 and a guide pipe 6 which are connected in sequence, and the other side of the sliding seat 3 and the other side wall of the frame 1 form a book placing area with variable space.

In the present embodiment, the horizontal bottom groove 2 is the bottom groove 2 in the left-right direction, taking fig. 1 as an example. The sliding base 3 is arranged in the middle of the frame 1 and can slide transversely along the bottom groove 2. The area of the variable space on the left side is a book placing area for placing books. In this embodiment, if the book is taken out from the book placing area, the first spring 5 slides the slide base 3 along the bottom groove 2 to the side of the book placing area, so as to reduce the book placing area and prevent the book standing originally from falling easily due to the gap between the book placing area and the bottom groove. Similarly, when books are placed in the book placing area, the slide base 3 can automatically adjust the positions according to the number of the books in the book placing area, so that the standing books are prevented from overturning. Therefore, compared with the traditional book stand, the position of the book stand needs to be adjusted after the book is taken and placed every time, the book management tool provided by the embodiment can automatically adjust the position of the sliding seat 3, and the operation is more convenient.

In the book management device on the desktop according to the present embodiment, the baffle 7 is provided on the rear side of the frame 1, and the baffle 7 is connected to both side walls of the frame 1. The baffle 7 is provided with a transverse waist-shaped hole 8.

In the present embodiment, the connection strength of the frame 1 can be increased by providing the baffle 7 connecting both side walls of the frame 1. The waist-shaped hole 8 arranged on the baffle 7 and the bottom groove 2 extend in the same direction, and the waist-shaped hole 8 is convenient for grabbing when the book management appliance is taken out.

In the book management apparatus on the desktop provided by the embodiment, a drawer frame 9 located at two sides of a slide 3 with a book placing area is arranged on a frame 1, the drawer frame 9 is sequentially provided with a first drawer groove 10, a separation groove 11 and a second drawer groove 12 from top to bottom, a drawer box 13 with suspended bottom is arranged in each of the first drawer groove 10 and the second drawer groove 12, a support plate 14 is arranged below the drawer box 13, an air cushion 16 with a telescopic lug 15 is arranged on the support plate 14, the telescopic lug 15 protrudes relative to the air cushion 16 in a normal state and is inserted into a lock groove arranged at the bottom of the drawer box 13, the telescopic lug 15 retracts into the air cushion 16 and is separated from the lock groove of the drawer box 13 when the air cushion 16 is inflated and expanded, a conduit 6 is located in the separation groove 11, a pressure bag 17 is arranged in the conduit 6, a first spring 5 extends into the conduit 6 and is connected with the pressure bag 17, an air outlet 18 connected with the pressure bag 17 is embedded on a side wall of the frame 1, a through hole 19 facing between the drawer box 13 and the supporting plate 14 is formed in the side wall of the frame 1, and an air pipe 20 penetrating through the through hole 19 and then connected with the air cushion 16 is arranged on the air outlet nozzle 18; when the sliding base 3 slides to the side of the drawer frame 9, the pressing bag 17 is pressed to inflate the air cushion 16, so that the telescopic lug 15 is separated from the locking groove of the drawer box 13.

In the present embodiment, taking fig. 3 as an example, the left side of the slide 3 is a book placement area, the right side of the slide 3 is a drawer rack 9, and the first drawer groove 10 and the second drawer groove 12 provided in the drawer rack 9 are areas where two drawer boxes 13 are placed. Two drawer boxes 13 are respectively connected with two inner side walls of the first drawing groove 10 and the second drawing groove 12 in a sliding manner, and other drawer boxes 13 are also connected in a sliding manner by arranging sliding rails at present. The present embodiment is different from other drawer structures in that an air cushion 16 with a retractable protrusion 15 is disposed below the drawer box 13, and a locking groove (not shown) is disposed at the bottom of the drawer box 13. The telescopic protrusions 15 may be inserted into the locking grooves to restrict movement of the drawer box 13. Moreover, the retractable protrusion 15 is normally inserted into the locking groove, and only when the air cushion 16 is inflated, the retractable protrusion is retracted into the air cushion 16 and separated from the locking groove, so that the drawer box 13 can move freely. For convenience of illustration, the guide tube 6 fitted over the first spring 5 is displaced to just above the first spring 5 in fig. 2. The pressure bladder 17, which is actually connected to the first spring 5, is located inside the catheter 6, the pressure bladder 17 storing a certain amount of gas inside and communicating with the gas cushion 16. In this embodiment, when the sliding base 3 slides to the side of the drawer frame 9, the pressing bag 17 is pressed to inflate the air cushion 16, so that the retractable protrusion 15 is disengaged from the locking slot of the drawer box 13. In the present embodiment, the book management tool plays a role of assisting the user in efficiently managing books. Since there are many users who are not accustomed to placing books, such as in the book placement area and the drawer box 13 at will. Therefore, the book placing area is not full, and the two drawer boxes 13 are also placed, so that the books are disordered when being looked over. In the present embodiment, if the book storage area is not filled with books, the two drawer boxes 13 cannot be opened, which helps the user to develop a good habit of taking and placing books, and assists the user to efficiently manage books.

In the book management device on the desktop according to the present embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the guide bush 4 are provided with the carriage 21 extending toward the pressing bag 17, and the carriage 21 is slidably connected to the intermediate grooves 22 provided on the upper and lower sides of the partition groove 11.

In the present embodiment, the intermediate groove 22 and the bottom groove 2 extend in the same direction, and the carriage 21 and the intermediate groove 22 are slidably connected. Therefore, when the sliding seat 3 slides, the movable position of the guide sleeve 4 is limited by the middle groove 22 and can be relatively determined.

In the book management tool on the desktop provided by the embodiment, a piston cylinder 23 with an upward opening is arranged in an air cushion 16, a fixing piece 24 embedded in the lower surface layer of the air cushion 16 is arranged in the piston cylinder 23, a piston piece 25 opposite to the fixing piece 24 is also arranged in the piston cylinder 23, the fixing piece 24 is connected with the piston piece 25 through a second spring 26, the piston piece 25 is provided with a telescopic lug 15 extending out of the opening of the piston cylinder 23 for installation, the longitudinal section of the telescopic lug 15 is in a convex shape, and the upper surface layer of the air cushion 16 extends into the opening of the piston cylinder 23 and is fixed above two sides of the telescopic lug 15 after being folded; when the air cushion 16 is inflated, the upper layer of the air cushion 16 expands in the direction of penetrating into the piston cylinder 23, so that the telescopic lugs 15 are retracted into the piston cylinder 23 in the air cushion 16.

In this embodiment, neither the upper layer of cushion 16 nor the lower layer of cushion 16 is labeled. Taking fig. 4 as an example, the portion above cushion 16 is the upper layer of cushion 16, and the portion below cushion 16 is the lower layer of cushion 16. The upper layers of cushion 16 and the lower layers of cushion 16 enclose a complete cushion 16, as shown in figure 3. Then, when the cushion 16 is inflated, the upper layer of the cushion 16, which is folded and fixed above the two sides of the telescopic protrusion 15, may expand in the direction going deep into the piston cylinder 23, thereby compressing the second spring 26, and retracting the telescopic protrusion 15 into the piston cylinder 23 in the cushion 16. The air cushion 16 is inflated by the pressure of the pressure bag 17, so that the telescopic projection 15 is separated from the locking groove of the drawer box 13. When the air cushion 16 is not inflated, i.e. the corresponding slide 3 is not located close to the drawer cabinet 9, the telescopic projection 15 is forced by the second spring 26 to extend into the locking groove at the bottom of the drawer box 13.

In the book management tool on the desktop provided by the embodiment, the drawer frame 9 is further provided with top grooves 28 located at two sides of the first drawer groove 10, the top of the drawer frame 9 is provided with an n-shaped slide bar 29 connected with the top grooves 28 in a sliding manner, one side of the slide bar 29 is provided with a drive rod 30 extending downwards, the drive rod 30 is matched with a drive roller 31 arranged on the side wall of the slide base 3 and extending into the partition groove 11, the end part of the drive roller 31 arranged on the slide base 3 is further provided with a cross-shaped rotating rod 32, and the storage groove 27 is an arc-shaped groove rotating in a matching way with the rotating rod 32; wherein, the dragging sliding rod 29 can drive the rotating rod 32 to rotate so as to enable the object placed in the object placing groove 27 to be turned out.

In this embodiment, the width of the storage slot 27 is relatively narrow, because the main function of the slide 3 is not to accommodate articles, but to act as a partition against which the book in the book storage area rests. Therefore, even if some objects can be placed in the storage slot 27, because it is not suitable to narrow the book placement area or widen the frame 1, in such a use environment, if the storage slot 27 is not modified to a certain extent, only some objects which are long and can protrude from the opening of the storage slot 27 can be placed, otherwise, the objects are difficult to be taken out after being placed. In the present embodiment, the object placing groove 27 is an arc-shaped groove, the driving roller 31 is provided with a cross-shaped rotating rod 32 at the end part of the sliding base 3, and the dragging sliding rod 29 can drive the rotating rod 32 to rotate so as to turn out the object placed in the object placing groove 27. The storage slot 27 can be used for storing small articles and can be taken out by dragging the sliding rod 29. In a preferred embodiment, the drive rod 30 engages the drive roller 31. In a preferred embodiment, the drive roller 31 is connected to the rotary lever 32 by a third spring 33. The third spring 33 acts as a damping member to prevent the sliding rod 29 from being dragged too fast to fly out small objects in the storage compartment 27.
