Detailed Description

The present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

Fig. 1 to 15 show the splicing type adjustable picture frame of the present application, wherein in the first embodiment: the LED display panel comprises a frame 2, a back plate 1 and the back plate 1, wherein the back plate 1 comprises at least one rectangular substrate 3, and any side of the substrate 3 can be connected with another substrate 3; the painting is laid on the surface of the back plate 1, and the frame 2 is wrapped on the periphery of the back plate 1. The backboard 1 is arranged for supporting paintings. When mounting paintings, the paintings are flatly laid on the back plate 1, and then the frame 2 is assembled and wrapped on the periphery of the back plate 1, namely the periphery of the paintings. Specifically, the back plate 1 includes at least one rectangular substrate 3, and the substrate 3 is a basic unit spliced into the back plate 1. The back plate 1 can be formed by one substrate 3 or by splicing a plurality of substrates 3, and is suitable for sizes of different paintings.

In some embodiments of the present application, the back plate 1 includes one or more of a first substrate, a second substrate, and a third substrate, and the sizes of the first substrate, the second substrate, and the third substrate are different from each other. The first substrate is square with side length a, the second substrate is rectangle with side length a x b, and the third substrate is square with side length b. A is not equal to b, and the specific numerical values of a and b can be set according to the sizes of common drawings on the market, so that the mounting requirements of drawings with various sizes are met. For example, a is 20cm and b is 30 cm. Preferably, this application disposes a plurality of first baseboards, a plurality of second baseboards, a plurality of third baseboards, through the interconnect of the not unidimensional, not quantity of baseboards 3, can constitute backplate 1 of multiple not unidimensional, and then satisfy the mounting demand of different paintings. The present application is particularly suited for use by individuals or institutions having a large number of paintings, with several of them being shown on an occasional basis.

The frame 2 comprises a plurality of frame edges 4 and frame corners 5; the frame corner 5 is used for connecting two frame edges 4 which are positioned on a straight line or two frame edges 4 which are vertical to each other; the frame edge 4 is detachably connected with the frame edge 4 or the frame corner 5. The dimensions of the frame 2 should be adapted to the dimensions of the back plate 1. In the present application, the frame 2 is formed of a plurality of frame sides 4 and frame corners 5. The size of the frame 2 is mainly determined by the number of frame edges 4 and frame corners 5 forming one side. In the application, the pictures with different sizes are made by splicing the frame edges 4 with different quantities and splicing the substrates 3 with different quantities. So far, this application can adapt to the mounting of different size paintings, and the part wherein does not need the structure of any custom size moreover.

The splicing manner of the frame 2 is roughly three, for example: fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present application: if the two ends of the frame edge 4 are planes, the two frame edges 4 positioned on a straight line can be directly connected; the included angle of the two frame edges 4 at the frame corners is 90 degrees, and the two frame edges 4 which are perpendicular to each other need to be connected through the frame corners 5. The frame edges 4 are inserted into the frame edges 4, and the fastening pieces fix the two frame edges 4. As shown in fig. 3, a third embodiment of the present application is different from the second embodiment in that the frame 2 is disposed: if the two ends of the frame sides 4 are inclined at 45 degrees, the two frame sides 4 perpendicular to each other can be directly connected, but the two frame sides 4 located on a straight line need to be connected through the frame corners 5. The frame edge 4 is inserted into the frame corner 5, and the fastener fixes the frame edge 4 and the frame corner 5. As shown in fig. 4, a fourth embodiment of the present application is different from the second embodiment in that the frame 2 is disposed: the structure of the frame corner 5 is not limited to one, and both the frame corner 5 connecting the two frame sides 4 located on a straight line and the frame corner 5 connecting the two frame sides 4 perpendicular to each other are provided. And connecting pieces are arranged at two ends of the frame edge 4.

In the present application, if two frame edges 4 are arranged on a straight line, the two frame edges can be directly connected, and no gap is left at the connection position. When the two frame sides 4 are arranged perpendicular to each other, direct connection cannot be achieved, and the two frame sides 4 perpendicular to each other need to be connected by the corresponding frame side 4 structure. The two end faces of the frame edges 4 are arranged to be flat, so that gapless connection of the two frame edges 4 is realized.

If two mutually perpendicular frame edges 4 are arranged, the frame edges can be directly connected without gaps at the connecting position. When the two frame sides 4 are located on the same straight line for butt joint, a gap exists at the joint. If the two rims 4 can be connected to each other, the frame corner 5 structure of the present application can be used to fill the gap between the two rims 4. If the two rims 4 cannot be connected to each other, the frame corner 5 in this application needs to connect the two rims 4 located on a straight line, and there is no gap between the frame corner 5 and the two rims 4.

The connection structure of frame limit 4 and frame limit 4, the connection structure of frame limit 4 and frame angle 5 are various in this application, as long as can realize being connected of frame limit 4 and frame limit 4, frame limit 4 and frame angle 5, all can realize the concatenation of frame 2 in this application.

As shown in fig. 5, in the fifth embodiment of the present application, a front limiting bar 10 and a rear limiting bar 11 are disposed on an inner side surface of the frame edge 4, and the front limiting bar 10, the rear limiting bar 11 and the frame edge 4 are integrated. The front limiting strip 10 limits the painting in the frame 2, and the rear limiting strip 11 limits the backboard 1 in the frame 2.

The inner side surface of the frame corner 5 is provided with a front limiting angle 12 and a rear limiting angle 13, and the front limiting angle 12, the rear limiting angle 13 and the frame corner 5 are integrated. The front limiting angle 12 limits the painting in the frame 2, and the rear limiting angle 13 limits the backboard 1 in the frame 2. The cross section of the frame edge 4 of the structure is in a U-shaped structure, and the frame 2 can be simply and quickly spliced.

In the present application, the connection method and connection structure between the substrates 3 are various.

As shown in fig. 6, in the sixth embodiment of the present application, a connection method of the substrate 3 is disclosed in the sixth embodiment: at least one mounting seat 14 is arranged on each of the four sides of the substrate 3. Preferably, two mounting seats 14 are disposed on four sides of the substrate 3, and the two substrates 3 can be stably and reliably connected through the two mounting seats 14.

The connecting rotating shaft 15 is matched and arranged, a threaded hole is formed in the mounting seat 14, shaft pieces 15a provided with external threads are arranged at two ends of the connecting rotating shaft 15, and the shaft pieces 15a and the threaded hole can be in threaded connection.

The rotary part 15b is arranged between the two shaft parts 15a connected with the rotating shaft 15, the cross section of the rotary part 15b is in a non-circular pattern, the surface of the base plate 3 is provided with a notch 16, and the rotary part 15b is positioned at the notch 16 after the shaft parts 15a extend into the threaded holes. The assembler can rotate the rotary member 15b through the slot 16, thereby driving the shaft member 15a to rotate to be locked or unlocked with the mount 14. The structure setting of notch 16 makes things convenient for assembly personnel dismouting mount pad 14 promptly, and the pivot 15 is connected in the protection again simultaneously, avoids unexpected touching and leads to connecting pivot 15 and mount pad 14 to lose and be connected. The notch 16 is provided on the back side of the substrate 3. The front surface of the substrate 3 is used for laying up paintings, thus keeping the front surface of the substrate 3 in a complete plane.

The external threads on the surfaces of two shaft elements 15a on one connecting shaft 15 rotate in opposite directions. That is, when the assembling person rotates the rotary member 15b, the two shaft members 15a located at both ends thereof are simultaneously inserted into or withdrawn from the screw holes. The above arrangement enables quick connection and disconnection of the two substrates 3.

As shown in fig. 7, the seventh embodiment of the present application is different from the sixth embodiment in the connection of the substrate 3: and a rivet 17 and a bolt 18 are arranged, the mounting seats are divided into a first mounting seat 14a and a second mounting seat 14b, and the first mounting seat 14a and the second mounting seat 14b on the two substrates 3 are respectively matched and connected.

The first mounting seat 14a is provided with a threaded hole, and the second mounting seat 14b is provided with a pin hole and a rivet hole I perpendicular to the pin hole. And one end of the bolt 18 is provided with an external thread which is connected with the first mounting seat 14a in a threaded manner, the other end of the bolt 18 is provided with a rivet hole II, and the other end of the bolt 18 extends into the second mounting seat 14 b. The rivet 17 penetrates through the rivet hole and is screwed into the rivet hole II. After the rivet 17 is screwed into the rivet hole two, the rivet 17 restricts the latch 18 from being fixed relative to the second mounting seat 14 b. One end of the bolt 18 is screwed with the first mounting seat 14a, the bolt 18 is connected with the first mounting seat 14a if the bolt 18 cannot rotate, and the bolt 18 is fixed relative to the first mounting seat 14a, so that the first mounting seat 14a and the second mounting seat 14b are fixed relative to each other, and the two substrates 3 are connected.

As shown in fig. 8, the eighth embodiment of the present application is different from the sixth embodiment in the connection of the substrate 3: set screw 19, four sides of base plate 3 all be provided with at least one screw hole, the screw hole of two adjacent base plates 3 sets up relatively, screw 19 screw in the screw hole of two base plates 3 in proper order. In this embodiment, the two substrates 3 are connected by a long screw 19. In cooperation with the above connection manner, the back surface of the substrate 3 is provided with a groove, and the threaded hole is communicated with the wall surface of the groove. The assembler installs the screws 19 from the recess wall surface to the threaded holes.

The back of base plate 3 can set up structures such as recess, screw hole according to the connection demand, and the assembly of the assembly staff of being convenient for is dismantled. In consideration of the appearance of the rear surface of the substrate 3, the rear surface of the substrate 3 may be covered with a single decorative sheet 20, and the decorative sheet 20 and the substrate 3 may be fixed by bolts. The decorative sheet 20 can cover the back surface of the substrate 3, that is, the connecting structure of the back surface of the substrate 3.

As shown in fig. 9, the ninth embodiment of the present application is different from the sixth embodiment in the connection of the substrate 3: and a mortise 21 is arranged, at least one jack 22 is arranged on each of four side edges of the base plate 3, the jacks 22 are matched with the mortise 21, and the mortise 21 extends into the jacks 22 and is fixed with the jacks 22. The screws connect the mortise 21 with the insertion holes 22, so that the mortise 21 is fixed relative to the insertion holes 22, and the two substrates 3 are connected.

Preferably, the cross section of the mortise and tenon joint 21 is of a non-circular structure. After the tenon-and-mortise work 21 with the non-circular structure extends into the insertion hole 22, the tenon-and-mortise work 21 and the insertion hole 22 cannot move in directions other than the length direction of the tenon-and-mortise work 21. At the moment, the assembly can be completed only by fixing the mortise 21 and the insertion hole 22 in the length direction, and the mortise 21 in the embodiment is more stable and reliable in connection relative to the cylindrical bolt 18 structure.

As shown in fig. 10, the tenth embodiment of the present application is different from the fifth embodiment in that: the frame edge 4 is composed of a rear barrier strip 7 and a front barrier strip 6, and the front barrier strip 6 is arranged on the rear barrier strip 7. The front barrier strip 6 limits the painting in the frame 2, and the rear barrier strip 7 limits the backboard 1 in the frame 2. Only the structure of the rear barrier rib 7 is shown in fig. 10, and the front barrier rib 6 thereof may be mounted to the rear barrier rib 7 by a fastener such as a bolt.

In the present embodiment, the frame edge 4 is not of an integral structure, but is formed by splicing a front barrier 6 and a rear barrier 7. When mounting paintings, a plurality of rear baffle strips 7 and a plurality of rear baffle corners 23 can be connected with each other in advance to form an outer frame, then the paintings which are horizontally spread on the back plate 1 are placed in the outer frame, and structures such as the front baffle strips 6 and the front baffle corners 24 are mounted on the outer frame to finish the mounting of the paintings. The mounting mode that paintings are placed firstly, and then the front blocking strips 6 and the front blocking angles 24 are mounted is adopted, so that the requirement on the thickness of the paintings is not high, the thickness of the paintings is slightly larger or smaller, and mounting can be realized. If the frame edge 4 and the frame corner 5 are integrated, the thickness of the painting is required to be controlled within a predetermined range, and the edge of the backboard 1 can be embedded into the frame 2.

In addition, if the mounted painting needs to be adjusted or replaced, the whole frame 2 does not need to be disassembled, and the painting can be adjusted or replaced only by disassembling the front baffle strip 6 and the front baffle angle 24.

As shown in fig. 11, the eleventh embodiment of the present application is different from the tenth embodiment in that: one side of the rear barrier strip 7 is connected with a front barrier strip 6, and the front barrier strip 6 is used for blocking the painting in the frame 2. Specifically, the front stop strip 6 is located on a side of the frame edge 4 near the center of the picture frame. The structure of the front barrier strip 6 is matched with that of the rear barrier strip 7. More specifically, the front barrier 6 may be fittingly mounted inside the rear barrier 7, and the length of the front barrier 6 is adapted to the length of the rear barrier 7. The front barrier strip 6 is used as the inner ring of the frame 2, and the length of the front barrier strip 6 is smaller than the preset value of the rear barrier strip 7.

In the present application, the rim 4 is a single structure, a single length of structural member; the frame border 4 is a repeating unit in the entire frame 2. That is, in this application, do not have the spare part that needs customization length, the frame of equidimension not is formed by each part concatenation.

The front bars 6 are trapezoidal in basic shape. The two mutually perpendicular front stop bars 6 can be directly spliced; and a splicing block 25 can be spliced between the two front barrier strips 6 positioned on the same straight line, and the basic shape of the splicing block 25 is triangular.

The inner side surface of the rear barrier strip 7 is internally provided with a fastener 26, the front barrier strip 6 is correspondingly provided with a fastener 27, and the fastener 27 is embedded into the fastener 26, so that the front barrier strip 6 is arranged on the inner side surface of the rear barrier strip 7. The inner side surface of the rear barrier strip 7 is provided with a plug interface, the front barrier strip 6 is correspondingly provided with a plug strip, and the plug strip is inserted into the plug interface, so that the front barrier strip 6 is arranged on the inner side surface of the rear barrier strip 7.

The frame corner 5 comprises a rear retaining corner 23 and a front retaining corner 24, the front retaining corner 24 is installed on the rear retaining corner 23, and the front retaining corner 24 is used for making a picture in the frame 2 as a block. Specifically, the front blocking corner 24 is located on one side of the back blocking corner 23 close to the center of the picture frame.

The front baffle angle 24 comprises an L-shaped baffle piece and a connecting block extending into the rear baffle angle 23, the baffle piece is connected with the front baffle strip 6, and the connecting block is connected with the rear baffle angle 23. There is a 90 degree angle between the two front bars 6 that this bar connects. The front baffle angle 24 comprises a triangular baffle piece and a connecting block extending into the rear baffle angle 23, the baffle piece is connected with the front baffle strip 6, and the connecting block is connected with the rear baffle angle 23. The two front bars 6, which are joined by the bars, are located on a straight line.

As shown in fig. 12, an embodiment twelfth of the present application further discloses: the front surface of the frame edge 4 is connected with a decorative strip 9. In the present application, the side facing the viewer is the front side, and the side facing the wall is the back side. In the application, the decorative strips 9 with different styles, materials and colors can be arranged, and a user can install the frame edges 4 according to the styles of hobbies and paintings, so that the styles of the paintings after being mounted are more uniform, and the pictures are more harmonious.

The decorative strip 9 is of a strip-shaped structure, and the decorative strip 9 is structurally matched with the frame edge 4. The cross section of the decorative strip 9 is L-shaped or U-shaped, and the decorative strip 9 is coated on the front surface and the outer side surface of the frame edge 4. In the present application, the side of the frame 4 close to the center of the frame 2 is the inner side of the frame 4, and the side of the frame 4 far from the center of the frame 2 is the outer side of the frame 4.

The surface of the frame edge 4 is provided with a convex part, the decorative strip 9 is provided with a concave part corresponding to the convex part, the decorative strip 9 is coated on the surface of the frame edge 4, and the convex part is embedded into the groove.

The front surface of the frame corner 5 is connected with a decorative corner 8, and the structure of the decorative corner 8 is matched with the structure of the frame corner 5. The connection of the trim angle 8 is varied, and the person skilled in the art can design the mounting of the trim angle 8 with reference to the mounting of the trim strip 9.

As shown in fig. 13, a thirteenth embodiment of the present application is different from the twelfth embodiment in that: the decorative strip 9 is connected with the frame edge 4 through a bolt.

As shown in fig. 14, the embodiment fourteenth of the present application is different from the embodiment twelfth in that: the surface of the frame edge 4 is provided with a mounting groove 28, the decorative strip 9 is provided with an insert 29 corresponding to the mounting groove 28, and the decorative strip 9 is coated on the frame edge 4 after the insert 29 is embedded into the mounting groove 28.

Specifically, the mounting groove 28 is disposed along the length direction of the frame edge 4, and the mounting groove 28 penetrates through the end surface of the frame edge 4. Correspondingly, the insert 29 has an elongated structure, and the insert 29 is inserted into the mounting groove 28 from one end of the mounting groove 28.

As shown in fig. 15, the embodiment fifteen is the embodiment of the present application, and the embodiment fourteen is different from the embodiment twelve in that: the outer surface of the decorative strip 9 is a decorative surface, and the decorative strip 9 is embedded into the frame edge 4.

Specifically, the surface of the frame edge 4 is provided with an installation groove 28, and the decorative strip 9 is embedded into the installation groove 28. Leaving only the front side of the decorative strip 9 visible to a person.
