The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a dishwasher according to the present invention includes a storage tank 1, and a filter 2 disposed inside the storage tank 1; the plane filter screen 3 is arranged at the top of the water storage tank 1 and at least partially surrounds the filter 2; the device also comprises a cleaning device which is used for cleaning impurities remained on the surface of the filter 2 and/or the surface of the plane filter screen 3.

As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the cleaning apparatus includes a water supply assembly for supplying shower water to the shower port, the water supply assembly including a first branch pipe 10 connected to the shower port, and a first pump 8 connected to the first branch pipe 10, the first branch pipe 10 being used to supply the shower water to the shower port.

Further, the water inlet end of the first branch pipe 10 is at least connected with the inner container 19 of the dishwasher and used for extracting water in the inner container 19, specifically, by combining spray water of the cleaning device with a water source of tableware cleaning in the inner container 19, the cleaning device can extract water in the inner container 19 when cleaning the filter 2, and efficient utilization of resources is realized.
