The control unit 19 of the brand name designation receiving unit 18 operates the delivery motor 23 of the delivery unit 53 disposed under the product column 52 corresponding to the designated product 43 (identified product 43), thereby performing a process of delivering the designated product 43.

In this way, the brand name specifying device 10 has a brand name information storage unit (storage unit 88) that stores brand name information that is information on the brand name sucked by the user of the aerosol suction device 24, the second wireless communication unit 20 acquires the brand name information from the first wireless communication unit 15 by wireless communication, and the brand name specification receiving unit 18 recognizes the product 43 associated with the brand name information acquired by the second wireless communication unit 20 as the specified product 43.

The brand designating system further includes a shelf 21, and the shelf 21 includes a product storage unit (an assembly of a plurality of product columns 52) for storing a plurality of types of products 43, a delivery unit 53 for delivering the designated type of product 43 from the product storage unit by wireless communication, the second wireless communication unit 20, and the first wireless communication unit 15.

Further, a step of waiting for age confirmation (confirmation of whether or not the product is an adult) by a store clerk may be interposed between the step of identifying the designated product 43 by the brand designation receiving unit 18 and the step of sending out the product 43 by the brand designation receiving unit 18. In this case, for example, when the shop assistant operates the adult confirmation button of the operation unit 74 after the brand designation reception unit 18 recognizes the designated product 43, the designated product 43 is delivered, whereas when the shop assistant operates the immature confirmation button of the operation unit 74, the delivery of the product 43 is not performed.

Here, the commodity 43 that can be designated by the brand designating device 10 is not limited to the consumable of the aerosol inhaler 24, and preferably includes a cigarette commodity containing a plurality of cigarettes or a cigarette commodity containing another cigarette product. Other smoking articles include snuff and pipe tobacco, and related articles such as smoking tools used for these other smoking articles.

Therefore, brand information relating to cigarettes, other smoking articles, and the like that the user has smoked may be stored in the brand information storage unit.

The brand information that can be stored in the brand information storage unit may be one type or a plurality of types. In addition, when a plurality of types of brand information are stored in the brand information storage unit, additional information indicating priority may be added to the brand information.

After the designated product 43 is delivered or before the designated product 43 is delivered, price balance of the product 43 may be performed in the brand designation reception unit 18 or the shelf 21.

In this way, the brand identification system includes a settlement processing unit for performing price settlement of the product 43 by performing wireless communication between the second wireless communication unit 20 and the first wireless communication unit 15.

The settlement processing unit may perform settlement processing using, for example, the personal identification information of the user acquired from the first wireless communication unit 15 by the second wireless communication unit 20.

The method of settlement is not particularly limited. Examples of the settlement include settlement based on the input of cash to the brand designation reception unit 18 or the shelf 21, settlement using a bank card or a debit card, and settlement using various types of stored value cards.

Here, if user authentication (adult authentication or the like) can be performed to determine whether or not the user is qualified as a purchaser by the communication between the second wireless communication unit 20 and the first wireless communication unit 15, the user can also perform settlement without using a clerk.

The first wireless communication unit 15 and the second wireless communication unit 20 preferably perform short-range wireless communication. The method of the short-range wireless communication is not particularly limited, but nfc (near Field communication) can be used, for example. NFC is also known as Near Field radio Communication. The wireless communication between the first wireless communication unit 15 and the second wireless communication unit 20 is preferably a communication system having a communication range wider than NFC and smaller than bluetooth (registered trademark) communication.

Particularly, when a plurality of brand designation receiving units 18 are present in a store (for example, a plurality of shelves 21 are present in a store), it is preferable that the plurality of brand designation receiving units 18 are mutually arranged outside the communication range. In other words, it is preferable that the brand designation receiving units 18 are disposed separately from each other so that the second wireless communication units 20 of the plurality of brand designation receiving units 18 do not wirelessly communicate with the same first wireless communication unit 15 at the same time. Accordingly, the user can selectively communicate the first wireless communication unit 15 of the brand name designating device 10 with the second wireless communication unit 20 of the brand name designation receiving unit 18 intended by the user.

Next, an example of an operation of designating a product 43 by the brand designating device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 7.

First, as shown in fig. 5, the user of the aerosol suction device 24 (i.e., the brand name designating device 10) operates (e.g., presses) the operation unit 17 in a state where the aerosol suction device 24 is brought close to the second wireless communication unit 20 of the shelf 21.

Then, the control unit 11 recognizes the pressing operation, and transmits the brand information from the first wireless communication unit 15 to the second wireless communication unit 20.

The control unit 19 of the brand designation receiving unit 18 recognizes the type of the product 43 corresponding to the brand information acquired by the second wireless communication unit 20 from the first wireless communication unit 15, and displays a screen G1 (brand designation screen) shown in fig. 7 on the display unit 22, for example.

As shown in fig. 7, in the screen G1, for example, an image of the article 43 corresponding to the brand information is displayed enlarged, while "do you determine to want the article? "such an acknowledgement message. In addition, when the plurality of types of brand information to which the priorities are added are transmitted from the first wireless communication unit 15 to the second wireless communication unit 20, as shown in fig. 7, other candidate brands may be displayed together in order of priority.

In the screen G1 of fig. 7, if the user touches the display area of "yes", the type of the product 43 purchased by the user is specified. Then, for example, a selection screen of the number of purchased products 43 is displayed, and the number of purchased products 43 selected from the shelves 21 is sent out by performing a number selection operation on the screen or by verbally communicating the number of purchased products to a clerk and performing a number of purchased products setting operation by the clerk. As described above, the user authentication or settlement process may be performed before the product 43 is delivered.

In this way, the brand name specifying system includes a specified article delivery operation unit (for example, the display unit 2 of the brand name specification receiving unit 18 that is a touch panel) that receives an operation of requesting delivery of an article of a type specified by wireless communication, and the delivery unit 53 delivers the article of the specified type in response to the operation with respect to the specified article delivery operation unit.

On the other hand, with respect to the screen G1 of fig. 7, if the user performs a touch operation on the display portion of "no", for example, "do or not select another product? "such confirmation message, or display" whether to end purchase of the goods? "such confirmation message, user can reselect brand, or end designation of brand.

[ second embodiment ]

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 8.

The brand identification system of the present embodiment is different from the brand identification system of the first embodiment described above in the points described below, and is configured the same as the brand identification system of the first embodiment described above in other points.

In the first embodiment described above, an example in which the brand designation receiving unit 18 is provided on the shelf 21 is described, but in the present embodiment, an example in which the brand designation receiving unit 18 and the shelf 21 are separated is described. In the present embodiment, when the brand designation reception unit 18 recognizes the designated brand, the brand designation reception unit 18 outputs a delivery instruction to the shelf 21 by communication, and the shelf 21 receives the delivery instruction and delivers the product 43.

As shown in fig. 8, the brand designation receiving unit 18 includes a third wireless communication unit 59 for performing wireless communication with the shelf 21. On the other hand, the shelf 21 includes a fourth wireless communication unit 64 for performing wireless communication with the brand designation receiving unit 18, a control unit 60, and a storage unit 90 that is a nonvolatile memory.

In the present invention, the communication between the brand designation reception unit 18 and the shelf 21 is not limited to wireless communication, and may be wired communication.

The control unit 60 includes a ROM62 storing and holding a control program, a CPU61 executing a control operation in accordance with the control program, and a RAM63 functioning as a work area of the CPU 61. The storage unit 90 stores a table indicating the correspondence relationship between the various products 43 and the product column 52 in the shelf 21. In the present embodiment, the control unit 60 controls the operation of the delivery motor 23. Further, a detection signal for the operation of the operation unit 74 is input to the control unit 60.

In the present embodiment, the brand designation receiving unit 18 may be provided on, for example, a cash register 51 (see fig. 5). The shelf 21 may be provided on a counter (not shown) disposed further back in the space for the clerk at the back of the cashier desk 51.

[ third embodiment ]

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 9.

The brand identification system according to the present embodiment is different from the brand identification system according to the first or second embodiment in the points described below, and is configured the same as the brand identification system according to the first or second embodiment in other points.

In the present embodiment, brand designation receiving unit 18 includes a purchase time notification control unit that performs control to notify the user of aerosol suction device 24 of the purchase time of product 43 (hereinafter, purchase time notification) based on purchase history information that is history information relating to the purchase of product 43 using brand designation device 10. The control unit 19 (fig. 1 and 8) functions as a purchase time notification control unit.

The purchase time notification control unit may cause the display unit 22 to notify the purchase time of the product 43, may cause a display unit or a sound generation unit included in the brand name designating device 10 to notify the purchase time, or may cause a mobile information terminal (a smartphone or the like) of the user to notify the purchase time.

The purchase time notification control unit determines a time suitable for the next purchase based on the purchase history information, and notifies the purchase time.

The purchase history information is, for example, purchase time information that is information indicating the time when the product 43 was purchased using the brand name designating device 10 in the past, purchase frequency information that is information indicating the frequency of purchase of the product 43 using the brand name designating device 10, or the like. The purchase time information may also be information including a week or a period.

The purchase history information may be stored in the storage unit 89 by the control unit 19 of the brand designation receiving unit 18, or may be stored in the storage unit 88 by the control unit 11 of the brand designation device 10, managed, and transmitted to the brand designation receiving unit 18 together when the brand information is transmitted to the brand designation receiving unit 18. Alternatively, the purchase history information may be acquired by the brand designation receiving unit 18 from a server device 67 (fig. 10) described later.

The purchase history information is preferably associated with the user or brand name designating device 10 and stored in the storage section 91 of the server apparatus 67.

The notification regarding the purchase time by the purchase time notification control unit is not typically performed for a user who comes to a store (for example, a user who operates the operation unit 17 of the brand name specification device 10 for brand name specification) who assumes purchase of a consumable product of the aerosol suction device 24.

For example, even if a customer who comes to a store and who has the brand name designating device 10 does not operate the operation unit 17 of the brand name designating device 10, the first wireless communication unit 15 of the brand name designating device 10 enters the communication range with the second wireless communication unit 20 of the brand name designation receiving unit 18, and thus some information (personal information of the user or the like) corresponding to the user is transmitted from the first wireless communication unit 15 to the second wireless communication unit 20, and notification by image display or notification by voice output from a speaker (not shown) provided in the brand name designation receiving unit 18 is preferably automatically performed.

For example, as in the screen G2 shown in FIG. 9, the recommended time to purchase is! Such a display and "do you need to purchase a capsule at ordinary times? The "message as described above displays an image of the product 43 corresponding to the brand information, and a screen display is displayed in which a selection of" yes "or" no "or a selection of" try another flavor "can be performed.

In the screen G2 of fig. 9, if the user touches the display area of "yes", the type of the product 43 purchased by the user is specified, and the product 43 is delivered from the shelf 21. As described above, the user authentication or settlement process may be performed before the product 43 is delivered.

On the other hand, on the screen G2 of fig. 9, if the user touches the display area of "no", a message "expect you to come up again" is displayed, for example.

In addition, on the screen G2 of fig. 9, if the user touches the display portion of the "try another flavor", images of the products 43 that are candidates for the other products are displayed, and a yes or no display for purchasing or postponing purchase of the products 43 displayed is performed together with the other products.

Here, the purchase history information is preferably history information for each user in association with personal information of the user.

By using such purchase history information, for example, when a user owns a plurality of brand name designating devices 10 (for example, a plurality of aerosol suction devices 24), it is possible to integrally manage the purchase histories based on the plurality of brand name designating devices 10, and it is possible to notify the purchase time with higher accuracy.

In more detail, for example, the purchase history information includes information showing respective times and purchase amounts of a plurality of purchases made when not used from each other.

In this case, the purchase time notification control unit includes, for example, a consumption rate calculation unit that calculates a consumption rate of the product based on the purchase history information, and a next purchase time determination unit that determines a time suitable for a next purchase based on the consumption rate calculated by the consumption rate calculation unit. The purchase time notification control unit performs control of notifying the time determined by the next purchase time determination unit.

For example, when the time from the time of the last purchase to the time of the last purchase is one week and the number of purchases of the product 43 is seven, the consumption rate calculation unit calculates the consumption rate to be 7/7-1/day. On the other hand, when the number of purchases of the previous time is also 7 and 6 days have elapsed since the time of purchase of the previous time, the next purchase time determination unit estimates (determines) that 6 products 43 are consumed from the time of purchase of the previous time. For example, when "the number of previous purchases" and "the number of consumed products 43 counted from the time of previous purchases" are equal to or less than a predetermined number (for example, 1 or less), the time suitable for the next purchase is set. In this case, the next purchase time determination unit determines that the time suitable for the next purchase has elapsed.

Therefore, the purchase time notification control unit displays a notification on the display unit 22, for example, on a screen G2 shown in fig. 9.

Thus, the user can recognize that the time suitable for the next purchase of the product 43 has come, and can purchase the product 43 without forgetting.

Further, information showing the purchase time and the purchase amount before the last time may be used as the purchase history information for the calculation of the consumption rate.

For example, when the number of previous purchases is 7 and 4 days have elapsed since the time of the previous purchase, the time suitable for the next purchase is determined to be 2 days later (1 time left) by the next purchase time determination unit because the difference between the "number of previous purchases" and the "number of consumed products 43 since the time of the previous purchase" is 3.

Therefore, the purchase time notification control unit makes, for example, a "suggestion you buy a capsule before 2 days! "such display notification.

The notice regarding the purchase time by the purchase time notice control unit may be made by the brand name designation device 10 of the user. In this case, the brand name designation device 10 includes a vibration unit (vibrator) configured to include a motor or the like and generate vibration, and notifies the user of the vibration by the vibration unit in accordance with a command vibration transmitted from the brand name designation reception unit 18. Alternatively, brand name designating device 10 may include a light emission notifying portion including a light emitting member such as an LED, and notification by light emission may be performed by the light emission notifying portion. Alternatively, brand name designating device 10 may be provided with a display unit such as a liquid crystal display device, and may be notified by the display unit.

Note that the notification in the brand name designating device 10 is preferably linked with a notification based on an image display or a notification based on a voice in the brand name designation receiving unit 18. In this case, when the user notifies the brand name designating device 10, the user can recognize the notification content by paying attention to the display unit 22 of the brand name designation receiving unit 18 or by paying attention to the voice output from the brand name designation receiving unit 18.

Note that the notification of the purchase time by the purchase time notification control unit may be performed by a mobile information terminal (a smartphone or the like) held by the user.

Further, the user who purchases the product 43 by operating the operation unit 17 of the brand name designating device 10 for brand designation may immediately notify the purchase time by the purchase time notification control unit. That is, the user who purchased the product 43 can immediately notify the time suitable for the next purchase.

[ fourth embodiment ]

Next, a fourth embodiment will be explained.

The brand identification system of the present embodiment is different from the brand identification system of the third embodiment described above in the following points, and is configured the same as the brand identification system of the third embodiment described above in other points.

In the present embodiment, brand designation receiving unit 18 includes a purchase time notification control unit that performs control of executing notification (purchase time notification) of the purchase time of product 43 to the user of aerosol suction device 24, based on suction history information that is history information relating to suction behavior using aerosol suction device 24. In the present embodiment, the control unit 19 (fig. 1 and 8) also functions as a purchase time notification control unit.

The purchase time notification control unit determines the time suitable for the next purchase based on the absorption history information, and notifies the purchase time.

The suction history information is, for example, the number of times of suction (number of suctions) since the product 43 was purchased last time, the number of uses of the capsules 31, and the like, and the aerosol suction device 24 includes a sensor or the like for acquiring these values.

The suction history information is stored in the storage unit 88 and managed by the control unit 11 of the brand name designating device 10, for example, and is transmitted to the brand name designation receiving unit 18 together with the brand name information when the brand name information is transmitted to the brand name designation receiving unit 18.

The suction history information may be temporarily transmitted from the first wireless communication unit 15 of the brand name designating device 10 to a mobile information terminal (a smartphone or the like) of the user together with identification information (a product number or the like) of the brand name designating device 10, and may be transmitted from the mobile information terminal to a server device 67 (fig. 10) described later, and may be associated with (stored in) the identification information of the brand name designating device 10 by the server device 67.

In this case, brand identification reception unit 18 acquires, from server device 67, suction history information corresponding to identification information of brand identification device 10 transmitted from brand identification device 10 to brand identification reception unit 18, and notifies the purchase time based on the acquired suction history information.

In the present embodiment, the purchase time notification control unit displays a screen G2 shown in fig. 9, for example, in the same manner as in the third embodiment.

In the case of the present embodiment, more specifically, for example, the drawing history information includes information showing the last purchase amount.

The brand name designating device 10 includes a puff count counting unit that counts the number of puffs of the user since the last purchase was made.

The purchase time notification control section acquires information showing the number of puffs counted by the puff number counting section from the brand name designation device 10.

The purchase time notification control unit includes a consumption number determination unit that determines a consumption number based on information showing the number of puffs acquired from the brand name designating device 10, and a next purchase time determination unit that determines a time suitable for a next purchase based on the consumption number determined by the consumption number determination unit and the previous purchase number. The purchase time notification control unit performs control of notifying the time determined by the next purchase time determination unit.

For example, the number of consumed commodities 43 per 250 puffs is set to 1.

The number of previous purchases is 5, and the number of aspirations since the previous purchase was made is 1000 aspirations. In this case, the consumption number determination unit determines that 1000/250 is consumed, i.e., 4 products 43 are consumed from the last purchase. In the present embodiment, for example, a time suitable for the next purchase is set when the difference between "the number of previous purchases" and "the number of consumed products 43 since the previous purchase" is equal to or less than a predetermined number (for example, equal to or less than 1).

In addition, the drawing history information preferably includes information showing the time at which the last purchase was made.

For example, the number of previous purchases is 5, the number of aspirations counted from the time of the previous purchase is 500 aspirations, and 2 days have elapsed since the time of the previous purchase. In this case, the consumption number determination unit determines that 2 products 43 have been consumed from the previous purchase time by 500/250. In addition, the number of consumptions per day was also determined to be 2/2-day — 1. The next purchase time determination unit determines that 2 days later, the difference between "the number of previous purchases" and "the number of consumed products 43 since the previous purchase" is 1 or less. That is, the time determined to be suitable for the next purchase comes 2 days later.

Therefore, the purchase time notification control unit makes, for example, a "suggestion you buy a capsule before 2 days! "such display notification.

The brand designation receiving unit 18 may include a table storage unit (storage unit 89) that stores a consumption number table showing a correspondence relationship between the suction number and the consumption number for each product type.

In this case, the consumption number determination unit determines the consumption number based on the suction number counted by the suction number counting unit by referring to the consumption number table.

In the case of the present embodiment, the notice regarding the purchase time by the purchase time notice control unit may be given by the brand name designation device 10 of the user, as in the third embodiment. Note that the notification in the brand name designating device 10 is also preferably linked with a notification based on an image display or a notification based on a voice in the brand name designation receiving unit 18. Note that the notification of the purchase time by the purchase time notification control unit may be performed by a mobile information terminal (a smartphone or the like) held by the user. Further, the user who operates the operation unit 17 of the brand name designating device 10 to purchase the product 43 for brand designation may be notified of the purchase time by the purchase time notification control unit immediately. That is, the user who purchased the product 43 may be immediately notified of the time suitable for the next purchase.

[ fifth embodiment ]

Next, a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 10.

The brand identification system according to the present embodiment is different from the brand identification systems according to the above-described embodiments in the points described below, and is configured the same as the brand identification system according to any of the above-described embodiments in other points.

As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the brand designation reception unit 18 includes a purchase history storage unit (for example, storage unit 89) that stores purchase history information that is history information relating to purchase of the product 43 using the brand designation device 10, and an external output unit (for example, fifth wireless communication unit 65) that externally outputs the purchase history information. The brand identification system according to the present embodiment includes a server device 67 that collects and stores purchase history information from a plurality of brand identification reception units 18 (stores the purchase history information in a storage unit 91 described later).

Therefore, by using the purchase history information collected and stored in the server device 67, analysis relating to the purchase behavior of the user can be performed.

The fifth wireless communication unit 65 is connected to the network 66 by wireless communication, and transmits (externally outputs) the purchase history information to the server device 67 via the network 66.

The brand designation reception unit 18 may transmit the purchase history information to the server device 67 via the network 66 by wired communication.

The process of transmitting the purchase history information from brand identification reception unit 18 to server device 67 may be a process performed at any time every time a purchase using brand identification device 10 occurs, or may be a batch process performed periodically.

The server device 67 includes a server-side communication unit 68 that acquires purchase history information from the fifth wireless communication unit 65 via the network 66, a control unit 69, and a storage unit 91 that is a nonvolatile memory.

The server-side communication unit 68 may perform wired communication or wireless communication with the network 66.

The control unit 69 includes a ROM71 storing and holding a control program, a CPU70 executing a control operation in accordance with the control program, and a RAM72 functioning as a work area of the CPU 70.

The purchase history information acquired by the server-side communication unit 68 is input to the control unit 69. The control unit 69 performs a process of storing the input purchase history information in the storage unit 91.

The date and time of purchase, the region of purchase, the brand of purchase, and the number of purchases are preferably included in the purchase history information.

The date and time may be information including the date and time (time of day) or may be information of only the date and the year, or only which week, or only which month.

The information indicating the region may be information indicating an administrative area, or information indicating a store, a branch name, or the like.

The purchase history information preferably includes personal information (personal identification information, personal attribute information, and the like) of the user who purchased the purchase.

By using the purchase history information, one can know who, when, where, what number was bought, which brand.

[ sixth embodiment ]

Next, a sixth embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 11.

The brand identification system according to the present embodiment is different from the brand identification systems according to the above-described embodiments in the points described below, and is configured to be the same as the brand identification system according to any of the above-described embodiments in other points.

Note that, although fig. 11 shows an example in which the brand designation receiving unit 18 is integrated with the shelf 21 as in the first embodiment, the brand designation receiving unit 18 may be separated from the shelf 21 as in the second embodiment.

In the case of the present embodiment, the brand identification system includes a stored information transfer processing unit that performs a process of storing information recorded in the first brand identification device 10a in the second brand identification device 10 b. The first brand name designating device 10a and the second brand name designating device 10b are the brand name designating devices 10 described above, respectively.

In the present embodiment, for example, the control unit 19 functions as a storage information migration processing unit. The information stored in the storage unit 88 (fig. 1 and the like) of the first brand designating device 10a is transmitted from the first wireless communication unit 15 of the brand designating device 10 to the second wireless communication unit 20, and the control unit 19 performs a process of storing the information in the storage unit 88 of the second brand designating device 10 b.

The brand identification system includes an information writing unit 73 for storing information in the second brand identification device 10 b. In the present embodiment, the shelf 21 includes an information writing unit 73. That is, the control unit 19 controls the information writing unit 73 provided in the shelf 21 to store information in the storage unit 88 of the second brand name designating device 10 b.

According to the present embodiment, when the brand name designating device 10 cannot be used due to a failure, an insufficient battery level, or the like, when the user replaces the brand name designating device 10, information can be easily transferred from the first brand name designating device 10a, which is the original brand name designating device 10, to the second brand name designating device 10b, which is the replaced brand name designating device 10.

It is also preferable that the information stored in the first brand name designating device 10a is stored in the storage section 89 of the brand name designation receiving section 18 in advance (before the failure of the first brand name designating device 10 a).

More specifically, the shelf 21 includes an exchangeable component storage unit 75 that stores the second brand name designating component 10b as an exchangeable component.

In other words, the brand identification system includes the shelf 21 having the component storage section (the replacement component storage section 75) that stores the second brand identification component 10 b.

The stored information migration processing unit performs processing for storing information in the second brand designating device 10b in a state where the second brand designating device 10b is stored in the device storage unit.

Here, the replacement device housing unit 75 includes a write terminal for directly contacting an external terminal of the brand name designating device 10 (second brand designating device 10b) and writing information to the brand name designating device 10. In a state where the brand name designating device 10 is accommodated in the replacement device accommodating section 75, the external terminal and the write terminal of the brand name designating device 10 are in direct contact. The information writing unit 73 writes information from the write terminal to the second brand name designating device 10b stored in the replacement device storing unit 75.

In this way, since information is written from the brand designation receiving unit 18 to the second brand designation device 10b not by wireless communication but by communication in a state in which the terminals are in direct contact with each other, even when a plurality of second brand designation devices 10b are stored in the replacement device storage unit 75, information can be selectively written to one second brand designation device 10 b.

More specifically, the storage unit 88 of the brand-specifying device 10 stores identification information (such as a product number or product number) of the brand-specifying device 10, personal information of the user, and brand information that is information related to the brand drawn by the user.

That is, the brand name specifying device 10 has a device side storage unit (storage unit 88) that stores identification information of the brand name specifying device 10, personal information of the user, and brand information that is information related to the suction brand of the user.

[ seventh embodiment ]

Next, a seventh embodiment will be explained.

The brand identification system according to the present embodiment is different from the brand identification systems according to the above-described embodiments in the points described below, and is configured to be the same as the brand identification system according to any of the above-described embodiments in other points.

In the present embodiment, for example, information of the user of the brand name designating device 10 is stored in the storage unit 89 of the brand name designation receiving unit 18 in association with the identification information (production number or the like) of the brand name designating device 10. Thus, the brand designation system can manage information for each user.

By managing information for each user in the brand identification system, the above-described purchase time notification can be performed without storing the above-described purchase history information or the above-described suction history information in the brand identification device 10, for example.

Further, according to the present embodiment, when the brand name designating device 10 cannot be used due to a failure, a shortage of the remaining battery level, or the like as described in the sixth embodiment, when the user replaces the brand name designating device 10, the user's information stored in association with the identification information of the first brand name designating device 10a, which is the original brand name designating device 10, and the identification information of the second brand name designating device 10b can be stored in association with each other in the storage section 89. That is, in the case of replacing brand-specifying device 10, it is possible to hand over the information of the user to a new brand-specifying device 10 (second brand-specifying device 10 b).

Further, the process of storing the user information in RAM58 in association with the identification information of second brand-specifying device 10b is performed, for example, with an operation by a clerk or a user as a trigger.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the brand identification system includes the user information storage unit (storage unit 89) that stores the information of the user of the brand identification device 10 in association with the identification information of the brand identification device 10, and the user information update processing unit (control unit 19) that performs processing for storing the information of the user stored in association with the identification information of the first brand identification device 10a and the identification information of the second brand identification device 10b in the user information storage unit in association with each other in accordance with a predetermined trigger.

[ eighth embodiment ]

Next, an eighth embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 12 to 14.

The brand identification system according to the present embodiment is different from the brand identification systems according to the above-described embodiments in the points described below, and is configured to be the same as the brand identification system according to any of the above-described embodiments in other points.

Note that, although fig. 12 shows an example in which the brand designation receiving unit 18 is integrated with the shelf 21 as in the first embodiment, the brand designation receiving unit 18 may be separated from the shelf 21 as in the second embodiment.

As shown in fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the brand identification system includes a remaining battery level determining circuit 76 (remaining battery level determining unit) that determines the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16 (fig. 1, etc.) of the brand identification device 10. For example, the shelf 21 includes a remaining battery level determining circuit 76.

The determination result by the remaining battery level determining circuit 76 is input to the control unit 19.

The control unit 19 also performs control for notifying the user of the aerosol sucker 24 of the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16.

In this way, in the present embodiment, the brand name designating device 10 is configured to have the secondary battery 16 and operate in a state where the secondary battery is charged, and the brand name designating system includes a remaining battery level determining unit (remaining battery level determining circuit 76) for determining the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16 and a remaining battery level notifying control unit (control unit 19) for performing control for notifying the user of the aerosol sucker 24 of the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16.

More specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 13, a charging terminal insertion portion 77 is formed on the outer surface of the frame 49 of the shelf 21. The charging terminal insertion portion 77 is formed in a shape to be screwed with the charging terminal 27 (fig. 2 b) of the extractor main body portion 25, for example.

Then, the user electrically connects the charging terminal 27 and the remaining battery level determining circuit 76 to each other by screwing the charging terminal 27 of the extractor body portion 25 into the charging terminal insertion portion 77, and determines the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16 by the remaining battery level determining circuit 76.

When the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16 is insufficient as a result of the determination by the remaining battery level determining circuit 76, the control unit 19 performs control to display a screen G3 shown in fig. 14 on the display unit 22.

On this screen G3, for example, "the remaining battery level is insufficient" is displayed. Is a replacement received? Such a message and enables a choice of yes or no.

In the screen G3 of fig. 14, if the user touches the display portion of "yes", for example, the user can notify the store clerk of the fact, and the store clerk can take out the new sucker main body portion 25 that has been charged from the storage location in the shelf 21 or another storage location and provide the user with the sucker main body portion. In addition, when the secondary battery 16 is detachably attached to the extractor main body portion 25, only a replacement of the secondary battery 16 may be provided to the user.

Therefore, the display notification shown in fig. 14 can be said to be a notification recommending the use of the replacement of the extractor main body portion 25 or the secondary battery 16 to the user.

Further, if the user touches the display area of "yes", the replacement item may be automatically sent out from the shelf 21.

When the user touches the no display portion, the user also notifies the clerk of the fact.

Instead of the message shown in fig. 14, "the remaining battery level is insufficient" may be displayed. Is a replacement purchased? In this case, the store clerk can sell the new extractor main body portion 25 to the user after the charging.

As described above, the brand name specifying system of the present embodiment includes the replacement recommending unit (control unit 19) that recommends use (reception or purchase) of the brand name specifying device 10 (here, the extractor main body portion 25) or the replacement of the secondary battery 16 of the brand name specifying device 10 to the user of the aerosol extractor 24 when the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16 is small.

[ ninth embodiment ]

Next, a ninth embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 12, 13, and 15.

The brand identification system of the present embodiment is different from the brand identification system of the above-described eighth embodiment in the points described below, and is configured the same as the brand identification system of the above-described eighth embodiment in other points.

In the case of the present embodiment, in a state where the charging terminal 27 of the extractor main body portion 25 is inserted into the charging terminal insertion portion 77 shown in fig. 13, electric power is supplied from the charging terminal insertion portion 77 to the secondary battery 16, and the secondary battery 16 can be charged.

That is, in the case of the present embodiment, the brand-specifying system includes the charging terminal insertion portion 77 for inserting the charging terminal 27 of the brand-specifying device 10 and charging the secondary battery 16 of the brand-specifying device 10.

In the case of the present embodiment, when it is recognized that the remaining battery level of the secondary battery 16 is insufficient based on the result of the determination by the remaining battery level determining circuit 76, the control unit 19 performs control to display a screen G4 shown in fig. 15 on the display unit 22.

On this screen G4, for example, "the remaining battery level is insufficient" is displayed. Is charging? Such a message, and a selection of yes or no can be made.

In a screen G4 of fig. 15, if the user touches the display area of "yes", electric power can be immediately supplied from the charging terminal insertion unit 77 to the secondary battery 16 via the charging terminal 27, and the secondary battery 16 can be charged.

The charging terminal insertion portion 77 may be provided in a place that does not interfere with other purchasers, such as a dining corner, or a plurality of charging terminal insertion portions 77 may be provided. In this case, the charging terminal insertion unit 77 may be activated to enable charging of the secondary battery 16 by inserting the charging terminal 27 into the charging terminal insertion unit 77, triggered by the user touching the screen G4 at the display location of "yes".

Further, the user can also perform suction of aerosol using a brand-specifying device 10 temporarily borrowed from a shop while charging the secondary battery 16 of the brand-specifying device 10 owned by the user.

Further, the remaining battery power notification control unit preferably notifies the time required to charge the secondary battery and the number of products that can be sucked and used by charging.

The content of this notification may be, for example, a content indicating how many minutes of charging can be performed to suck and use the capsule 31.

The notification preferably comprises a display notification and may also comprise a voice notification. However, it may be performed only by voice notification.

Preferably, the remaining battery level notification control unit determines the time required to charge the secondary battery based on the remaining charge amount of the secondary battery at that time, and notifies the time required to charge the secondary battery and the number of products that can be sucked and used by charging.

The remaining battery power notification control unit determines the time required to charge the secondary battery based on the deterioration state of the secondary battery, and notifies the time required to charge the secondary battery and the number of products that can be sucked and used by charging.

The remaining battery power notification control unit preferably notifies a time required to set the amount of charge of the secondary battery to a partially charged state in which the secondary battery is not fully charged (fully charged) and the number of products that can be sucked and used in the partially charged state.

[ tenth embodiment ]

Next, a tenth embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 16 and 17.

The brand identification system according to the present embodiment is different from the brand identification system according to the eighth or ninth embodiment in the points described below, and is configured the same as the brand identification system according to the eighth or ninth embodiment in other points.

As shown in fig. 16, in the present embodiment, the brand identification system includes a device degradation condition determination circuit 78 (degradation determination unit) that determines a degradation condition of the brand identification device 10. For example, the shelf 21 is provided with a device deterioration state determination circuit 78.

The determination result by the device deterioration state determination circuit 78 is input to the control unit 19.

Then, the control unit 19 performs control for notifying the user of the aerosol sucker 24 of the deterioration state of the brand name designating device 10.

In this way, in the case of the present embodiment, the brand name specifying device 10 is configured to have the secondary battery 16 and operate in a state where the secondary battery 16 is charged, and the brand name specifying system includes a deterioration determination unit (device deterioration condition determination circuit 78) that determines a deterioration condition of the brand name specifying device 10 and a deterioration notification control unit (control unit 19) that performs control to notify a user of the deterioration condition of the brand name specifying device 10 to the aerosol inhaler 24.

More specifically, for example, the user electrically connects the charging terminal 27 and the device degradation condition determination circuit 78 to each other by screwing the charging terminal 27 of the extractor main body portion 25 and the charging terminal insertion portion 77 (fig. 13), and determines the degradation condition of the brand-specific device 10 by the device degradation condition determination circuit 78.

Here, the determination of the deterioration state of the brand-specifying device 10 may be the determination of the deterioration state of the secondary battery 16, the determination of the presence or absence of malfunction of the brand-specifying device 10, or the determination of the manufacturing time of the brand-specifying device 10 (determination of whether or not the number of years of use exceeds a predetermined recommended number of years of use) based on the product number or product number of the brand-specifying device 10. In addition, the determination of the deterioration state of brand-specifying device 10 may include prediction of the replacement time (deterioration time) of brand-specifying device 10 or secondary battery 16.

The brand specifying system determines and notifies, for example, a replacement time (deterioration time) of the brand specifying device 10 or the secondary battery 16, and recommends purchase or use of a replacement of the brand specifying device 10 or the secondary battery 16 to the user of the aerosol inhaler 24.

When the control unit 19 recognizes the deterioration of the brand-specific device 10 as a result of the determination by the device deterioration state determination circuit 78, the control unit 19 performs control to display a screen G5 shown in fig. 17 on the display unit 22.

In this screen G5, for example, "your device has deteriorated. Is a change accepted? Such a message, and a selection of yes or no can be made.

In the screen G5 of fig. 17, if the user touches the display portion of "yes", it is possible to notify, for example, a clerk of the fact and provide the user with a new suction tool main body portion 25. In addition, when the secondary battery 16 is detachably attached to the extractor main body portion 25 and it is determined that only the secondary battery 16 is deteriorated, only a replacement of the secondary battery 16 may be provided to the user.

When the replacement item of the extractor body 25 is provided to the user, the brand designation reception unit 18 may perform an order process of registering and repairing the original extractor body 25 as a defective item on the server device 67 (fig. 10). The user can receive the repair of the suction tool main body portion 25 by simply putting a defective suction tool main body portion 25 in a reply envelope given by a clerk and making a letter.

Further, the user can suck the aerosol by using the suction unit main body portion 25 of the replacement product received in the shop until the repair of all the suction unit main body portions 25 of the user is completed.

In addition, instead of the message shown in fig. 17, "your device has deteriorated" may be displayed. Is a replacement purchased? In this case, the store clerk can sell the new extractor body portion 25 to the user.

Further, the replacement product is also preferably delivered from the rack 21 in response to the operation of requesting delivery.

That is, the brand identification system may include an exchange item recommendation unit (for example, the display unit 22 of the display screen G5) that recommends the reception or purchase of an exchange item of the brand identification device 10 to a user of the aerosol inhaler when the brand identification device 10 is degraded, and a shelf 21 that can receive the exchange item in a deliverable manner, the brand identification reception unit 18 may include an exchange item delivery operation unit (for example, the display unit 22 that is a touch panel) that receives an operation of requesting the delivery of the exchange item, and the shelf 21 may deliver the exchange item in accordance with the operation with respect to the exchange item delivery operation unit.

Further, the sending of the replacement product may be performed in response to a sending request operation separately from the function of the replacement product recommending unit.

That is, the brand identification system may include a shelf 21 for storing the replacement product of the brand identification device 10 so as to be able to be sent out, the brand identification reception unit 18 may include a replacement product sending operation unit for receiving an operation to request sending out of the replacement product, and the shelf 21 may send out the replacement product in accordance with the operation to the replacement product sending operation unit.

< modification example >

Next, a modification of the aerosol suction device and its accessory devices will be described with reference to fig. 18(a) to 19 (b).

As shown in fig. 18(a) and 18(b), the aerosol suction device of the modification includes a suction device body 79 having an insertion hole 81 into which a consumable 82 is detachably inserted, and the consumable 82. An operation portion 17 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the extractor body portion 79. In the case of the present modification, for example, the aerosol sucker or sucker main body portion 79 is the brand name designating device 10.

The extractor main body 79 is provided with a terminal portion 87 for charging the secondary battery 16 (fig. 1 and the like) in the extractor main body 79. Further, information may be written from the terminal portion 87 to the RAM14 (fig. 1 and the like) in the extractor main body portion 79, and information in the RAM14 may be output to the outside or the like via the terminal portion 87. Further, the remaining battery capacity of the secondary battery 16 may be determined via the terminal portion 87, and the deterioration state of the extractor main body portion 79 may be determined.

The commodity 43 is, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped package in which a plurality of consumables 82 are accommodated.

As shown in fig. 19(a) and 19(b), in the case of the present modification, a charger 84 for charging the secondary battery 16 of the suction unit main body 79 is used as an accessory of the aerosol suction unit. For example, the charger 84 charges the secondary battery 16 of the extractor main body 79 in a state where the extractor main body 79 is housed.

That is, charger 84 also has a secondary battery (not shown), and in a state where extractor main body 79 is housed in charger 84, power is supplied from the secondary battery of charger 84 to secondary battery 16 of extractor main body 79, thereby charging secondary battery 16.

Charger 84 has, for example, an openable and closable lid 85.

Note that the charger 84 may be the brand name designating device 10, and in this case, the charger 84 may have the same operation portion 86 as the operation portion 17.

The embodiments have been described above with reference to the drawings, but the embodiments are examples of the present invention, and various configurations other than the above-described configurations can be adopted.

For example, although the above description has been given of an example in which the first communication unit is the first wireless communication unit 15, the second communication unit is the second wireless communication unit 20, and the first wireless communication unit 15 and the second wireless communication unit 20 perform wireless communication, the first communication unit and the second communication unit may perform wired communication or may perform communication in a state in which a terminal of the first communication unit and a terminal of the second communication unit are in direct contact with each other.

For example, in a state where the charging terminal 27 of the extractor main body portion 25 is inserted into the charging terminal insertion portion 77 shown in fig. 13, the first wireless communication portion 15 in the extractor main body portion 25 and the second wireless communication portion 20 of the brand designation receiving portion 18 may communicate with each other.

In the above description, the example in which the brand name designating device 10 includes the operating portion 17 (or the operating portion 86) has been described, but the brand name designating device 10 may not include the operating portion 17 (or the operating portion 86). For example, the brand designation device 10 (first wireless communication unit 15) may be brought close to the second wireless communication unit 20 to designate the brand of the first wireless communication unit 15 and the brand of the second wireless communication unit 20 that automatically perform wireless communication.

In addition, brand information of each user may not be stored in brand name designating device 10. For example, the brand may be designated by brand information associated with an identification number (production number or the like) of the brand-designating device 10, stored in the brand-designation receiving unit 18, and transmitted from the brand-designating device 10 to the brand-designating unit 18.

Also, brand information for each user may also be stored in the server device 67. In this case, the brand designation reception unit 18 acquires brand information corresponding to the identification information of the brand designation device 10 transmitted from the brand designation device 10 to the brand designation reception unit 18 from the server device 67, and designates a brand based on the acquired brand information.

In the above, the example in which the brand is specified by the brand information has been described, but the brand specifying device 10 may function as a remote controller, and a pointer movement operation or a selection determination operation on the screen of the display unit 22, for example, may be performed by an operation of the brand specifying device 10.

In the above description, the example in which the designated product 43 is automatically sent out from the shelf 21 has been described, but the storage position (storage location) of the designated product 43 may be notified (e.g., light emission notification) and the store clerk may take out the product 43 in response to the notification.

In addition, when communication between the first wireless communication unit 15 of the aerosol inhaler 24 and the second wireless communication unit 20 of the brand designation receiving unit 18 occurs after a new product of the aerosol inhaler 24 is sold, a notification indicating that the new product of the aerosol inhaler 24 is sold may be given on the display unit 22 or the like.

Further, purchase of the product 43 designated by the brand using the brand designating device 10 and purchase of the product 43 designated by the brand using a mobile information terminal (such as a smartphone) different from the brand designating device 10 may be used in combination. In this case, the purchase history information is preferably information in which first purchase history information showing the purchase history of the product 43 specified by the brand using the brand specifying device 10 and second purchase history information showing the purchase history of the product 43 specified by the brand using the mobile information terminal are summarized.

In the first embodiment, an example has been described in which the delivery unit 53 delivers a specified type of product by operating a specified product delivery operation unit (for example, the display unit 2 of the brand designation reception unit 18 which is a touch panel) after transmitting brand information from the brand name designating device 10 to the brand designation reception unit 18. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the sending-out unit 53 may send out a product of a specified type by transmitting brand information from the brand name specifying device 10 to the brand name specification receiving unit 18 by an operation of the operation unit 17.

That is, the brand name specifying device 10 may include a brand name information storage unit (storage unit 88) that stores brand name information that is information related to the suction brand name of the user of the aerosol suction device, and an operation unit 17 that receives an operation for transmitting the brand name information from the first wireless communication unit 15 to the second wireless communication unit 20, and by performing the operation with respect to the operation unit 17, the brand name information may be transmitted from the first wireless communication unit 15 to the second wireless communication unit 20, whereby the second wireless communication unit 20 acquires the brand name information from the first wireless communication unit 15 by short-range wireless communication, the brand name specification receiving unit 18 may recognize the product associated with the brand name information acquired by the second wireless communication unit 20 as a specified product, and the transmitting unit 53 may transmit the recognized product.

Accordingly, the user of the brand name designating device can simply operate the operation unit 17 to feed the designated type of product from the feeding unit.

In addition, the various components of the present invention do not need to be present independently, and one component is allowed to be a part of another component, or a part of a certain component and a part of another component are allowed to overlap.
