p is 0, 1 or 2.

2. The compound of claim 1, wherein R²Selected from the group consisting of: methyl, Cl, -CF₃and-SO₂A methyl group.

3. The compound of claim 1, wherein R³Selected from the group consisting of: methyl, Cl, -CF₃and-SO₂A methyl group.

4. A compound according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein R¹Selected from the group consisting of: methyl, ethyl and n-propyl.

5. A compound according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein Q is Q¹And Z is Z¹。

6. The compound of claim 5, wherein X is- (CH)₂)_n-and n is 0.

7. The compound of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein Q is Q²And Z is Z¹。

8. The compound of claim 7, wherein X is-CH₂O-。

9. The compound of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein Q is Q³And Z is Z¹。

10. The compound of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein Q is Q¹And Z is Z²。

11. A herbicidal composition comprising a compound according to any one of the preceding claims, and an agriculturally acceptable formulation adjuvant.

12. The herbicidal composition of claim 11, further comprising at least one additional pesticide.

13. A herbicidal composition according to claim 12, wherein the additional pesticide is a herbicide or herbicide safener.

14. A method of controlling weeds at a locus, the method comprising applying to the locus a weed controlling amount of a composition according to any one of claims 11 to 13.

15. Use of a compound of formula (I) as defined in claim 1 as a herbicide.
