Background

Surgery is a science for researching occurrence, development law and clinical manifestations of surgical diseases, diagnosing, preventing and treating, is a professional department taking surgical excision and repair as main treatment means, and surgical diseases are divided into five categories, namely wounds, infections, tumors, deformities and dysfunctions.

At present, a nurse winds gauze on a wound of a patient manually, wraps the wound of the patient, and cuts the gauze with scissors after the wound is wrapped, and before the gauze is cut, the nurse needs to press the wrapped gauze manually to prevent the gauze from loosening, and needs to straighten the gauze so as to cut the gauze flatly.

How to design a device which can reduce the operation difficulty and is convenient to use becomes the problem which needs to be solved at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defect that a nurse needs to manually press the bound gauze and straighten the gauze, so that the operation is difficult to be completed by both hands of the nurse, and the operation is very inconvenient, the invention aims to provide the gauze box with the cutting function for the surgery, which can reduce the operation difficulty and is convenient to use.

3. The drawn gauze can be jacked up through the protection mechanism, so that the gauze is prevented from being blocked by the first cutter head, and the gauze can be drawn between the first cutter head and the second cutter head.

4. The rotating rod can be clamped through the locking mechanism, and gauze is prevented from falling out due to the fact that the arc-shaped cover is accidentally opened.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

First embodiment

A surgical gauze box with a cutting-off function is shown in figures 1-7 and comprises a base 1, a placing mechanism 2, a discharging mechanism 3 and a cutting mechanism 4, wherein the placing mechanism 2 is installed on the base 1, and the discharging mechanism 3 and the cutting mechanism 4 are installed on the placing mechanism 2.

The placing mechanism 2 comprises an arc bin 21, hinged sleeves 22, a rotating rod 23 and an arc cover 24, the arc bin 21 is installed at the top of the base 1, the hinged sleeves 22 are installed on the front side and the rear side of the right side of the arc bin 21, the rotating rod 23 is installed in the two hinged sleeves 22 in a rotating mode, and the arc cover 24 is installed on the rotating rod 23.

The discharging mechanism 3 comprises an arc guide sleeve 31, arc guide rods 32, a connecting rod 33, a first spring 34, a first roller 35 and a second roller 36, the arc guide sleeves 31 are installed on the left front side and the left rear side of the arc bin 21, the arc guide rods 32 are arranged in the two arc guide sleeves 31 in a sliding mode, the connecting rod 33 is connected between the bottom ends of the two arc guide rods 32, the first spring 34 is connected between the connecting rod 33 and the arc guide sleeves 31, the first roller 35 is installed between the top ends of the two arc guide rods 32 in a rotating mode, the second roller 36 is installed on the left side of the arc cover 24 in a rotating mode, and the second roller 36 is in contact.

The nurse puts the gauze into the arc-shaped bin 21, pulls the gauze out, closes the arc-shaped cover 24, and presses the gauze by the first roller 35 and the second roller 36, and the gauze is pressed by the first roller 35 under the action of the first spring 34.

After the gauze is used up, the nurse presses down the depression bar 45, and depression bar 45 drives slide bar 43 downstream, and second spring 44 is compressed, and slide bar 43 downstream drives second tool bit 46 downstream, through the cooperation of first tool bit 41, cuts off the gauze, like this can greatly reduced operation degree of difficulty, convenient to use. When second tool bit 46 moves down, second tool bit 46 drives mounting panel 51 and moves down, drive one-way rack 53 through hinge post 52 and move down, under the effect of third spring 54, one-way rack 53 can not drive one-way gear 55 and rotate, when second tool bit 46 moves up, second tool bit 46 drives one-way rack 53 and moves up, one-way rack 53 drives one-way gear 55 and rotates clockwise, one-way gear 55 drives second cylinder 36 and rotates clockwise, second cylinder 36 can pull out the gauze, just so need not the nurse manually to pull out the gauze, and is convenient and fast.

When the second cutter head 46 moves downwards to contact with the sliding plate 63, the second cutter head 46 pushes the sliding plate 63 to move downwards, the fourth spring 65 is compressed, when the second cutter head 46 moves upwards, the sliding plate 63 moves upwards to reset under the action of the fourth spring 65, and the sliding plate 63 can jack up the drawn gauze to prevent the gauze from being blocked by the first cutter head 41, so that the gauze can be drawn between the first cutter head 41 and the second cutter head 46.

The nurse pulls down guide bar 72, and fifth spring 73 is stretched, then opens arc lid 24, puts into arc storehouse 21 with the gauze again in, then closes arc lid 24 again, loosens guide bar 72 at last again, and under the effect of fifth spring 73, guide bar 72 rebound blocks bull stick 23, prevents that arc lid 24 accident from opening and leading to the gauze to fall out.
