a fixed tube (1) having a handle (2) connected to one side thereof;

the end part of the fixed pipe (1) is connected with the mounting plate (3);

the cutting mechanism (4) is arranged on the fixed pipe (1);

the end part of the mounting plate (3) is connected with the contact mechanism (5);

the laminating mechanism (6) is connected with the contact mechanism (5).
