Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment of the invention, the driving mechanism 7 includes a driving motor 71, the driving motor 71 is disposed below the upper edge of the bed frame 1, and a driving gear 72 for driving the first half gear 33 and the second half gear 43 to rotate is sleeved on an output shaft of the driving motor 71. So that the driving motor 71 is turned on to drive the driving gear 72 to rotate, and since the driving gear 72 is meshed with the gear formed by the first half gear 33 and the second half gear 43 in a matching manner, the driving gear 72 rotates to drive the gear formed by the first half gear 33 and the second half gear 43 in a matching manner to rotate.

The driving motor used in the present invention is a motor in the prior art, and it is well understood by those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first fixing member 5 and the second fixing member 6 have the same structure, the first fixing member 5 includes a pull rod 51, a plurality of first grooves 52 are equally spaced on the outer side of the left and right bed edges of the bed frame 1, second grooves 53 corresponding to the first grooves 52 are equally spaced on the inner side of the left and right bed edges of the bed frame 1, locking grooves 54 corresponding to the second grooves 53 are equally spaced on the outer side of the second extending plate 41 and the third extending plate 22, the end of the pull rod 51 passes through the first grooves 52 and extends into the second grooves 53, a locking bolt 55 for being inserted into the locking groove 54 is disposed at the end of the pull rod 51, a lifting handle 56 is disposed at the front end of the pull rod 51, the lifting handle 56 is disposed in the first groove 52, the locking bolt 55 is provided with a return spring 57, the locking bolt 55 is provided with a fixing block 58, one end of the return spring 57 is fixed on the fixing block 58, the other end of the return spring 57 is fixed in the second groove 53, and the fixing block 58 is arranged outside the return spring 57. So that the detachable movable plate 2 and the second turnover bed plate 4 can be fixed by the locking bolt 55 being limited in the locking groove 54, when the second turnover bed board 4 needs to be turned over or the detachable movable board 2 needs to be detached, the worker pulls the lifting handle 56 outward, so that the locking bolt 55 moves rightwards to be separated from the locking groove 54, so as to realize the effect of overturning the second overturning bed board 4 or disassembling the detachable movable board 2, when the second extending board 41 and the third extending board 22 need to be fixed, the worker pulls out the lifting handle 56, so that the locking bolt 55 moves rightwards, and the second extension plate 41 and the third extension plate 22 are limited in the strip-shaped opening 11, the lifting handle 56 is released, the locking bolt 55 is driven to return to the left by the restoring action of the restoring spring 57, so that the tail end of the locking bolt 55 is fixed in the locking groove 54, thereby fixing the second turnover bed plate 4 and the detachable movable plate 2.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a driving wheel 8 for driving the bed frame 1 to move is disposed under each of the four supporting legs under the bed frame 1.

Referring to fig. 5, the present invention provides a flow chart of a method for using a reversible hospital bed, which comprises the following steps:

step S1, when the patient lies on the first turnover bed board, when the medical staff needs to turn over the patient, the medical staff pulls the lifting handle of the second fixing piece to pull the locking bolt out of the locking groove of the second extending plate to lift the second extending plate upwards, so that the second turnover bed board is folded upwards to cover the first turnover bed board;

step S2, when the second turnover bed board is folded and covered on the first turnover bed board, the first half gear and the second half gear are matched to form a gear, the first semicircular rod and the second semicircular rod are matched to form a rotating rod, the second extending plate corresponds to the first extending plate, and the first turnover bed board and the second turnover bed board can be fixed by screwing the fixing nut through the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole;

step S3, starting a driving motor, wherein the driving motor rotates positively to drive a driving gear to rotate, and the driving gear is meshed with a gear formed by matching a first half gear and a second half gear, so that the driving gear can drive the gear to rotate, and the gear can drive a rotating rod formed by matching a first semicircular rod and a second semicircular rod to rotate;

step S4, when the first semicircular rod and the second semicircular rod rotate to drive the first turnover bed board and the second turnover bed board to rotate 90 degrees clockwise, the worker loosens the first fixing piece to disassemble the detachable movable plate, and after the first turnover bed board and the second turnover bed board turn 90 degrees clockwise again, the first turnover bed board and the second turnover bed board continue to turn to the initial position of the detachable movable plate, so that the patient can turn over;

step S5, the medical staff pulls the lifting handle of the second fixing piece to pull out the locking bolt, the detachable movable plate is detached to the original position of the second turnover bed plate, the medical staff loosens the lifting handle, the locking bolt returns to the locking groove of the third extending plate through the resetting function of the resetting spring, and the detachable movable plate is fixed at the initial position of the second turnover bed plate;

step S6, after the patient turns over, the medical staff spirally disassembles the fixing nut, folds the first turning bed board upwards to unfold the first turning bed board, and the patient lies prone on the second turning bed board;

step S7, medical personnel pull the lifting handle of the first fixing piece to pull out the locking bolt, the medical personnel loosen the lifting handle, the locking bolt returns to the locking groove of the second extension plate through the reset function of the reset spring, and the second turnover bed plate is fixed. Through the use steps from the step S1 to the step S7, the medical staff can better realize the turning over of the patient.
