The grid spraying tank with the replaceable spray head is realized in the following mode: the replaceable replacing pressure nozzle with the modularized function is arranged to replace the replaceable pressure nozzle according to different tasks, the replaceable replacing pressure nozzle is made of stainless steel materials and is high in internal pressure, various industrial scientific research spraying tasks which mainly comprise grid painting can be efficiently completed, practical measurement is carried out, the consumption rate of a spraying material of the replacing nozzle without a professional purpose can be greatly increased, and due to the fact that the nozzle in the replaceable pressure nozzle and each nozzle of a grid ruler are matched to be aligned to one grid, the use of the spraying material can be reduced by more than 90%, and the production cost is favorably reduced. If the holes corresponding to the grid ruler spacing are not designed, most of the spray paint is wasted due to the area of the holes being less than 10%, and the waste ratio is quite remarkable. as shown in fig. 5, the alternative pressure nozzle 1 of the grid spraying tank with the replaceable nozzle consists of 4 nozzles and is connected with the external threads 11 of the pressure nozzle through the threads 9 on the inner surface; as shown in fig. 6, the alternative pressure nozzle 2 of the mesh spray can with the replaceable nozzle consists of 7 nozzles, and is connected with the external thread 11 of the pressure nozzle through the thread 9 on the inner surface; as shown in fig. 8-9, the pressure nozzle of the mesh spraying can with the replaceable nozzle comprises an external extension thread 11, an inner tube 12 and an internal thread 91, and is connected with an external thread 13 of the main body can through the internal thread 91 of the pressure nozzle; the inner pipe 12 extends to the bottom of the tank; the outer extension thread 11 is connected with the alternative pressure spray head 1(16) or the alternative pressure spray head 2 (figure 6); or the alternative pressure spray head can be used independently without being installed according to the task requirement. The invention according to the scheme has the beneficial effects that the grid spraying tank with the replaceable spray head is specially used for grid spraying tasks, the alternative pressure spray head 1 and the alternative pressure spray head 2 can be modularly replaced in a thread matching mode according to different tasks, even the alternative pressure spray head is not suitable for being used, and the spray pressure port is directly used for spraying. The structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the engineering grinding efficiency is effectively improved, and the actual inspection finds that the original 30-minute work can be shortened to within 1 minute.

The grid drawing method comprises the following specific steps:

(1) adding spray paint to the main tank 14;

(2) the internal thread 91 of the pressure nozzle is connected with the external thread 13 of the main body tank, and the external end thread 11 of the pressure nozzle is selected to be connected with the internal thread of the alternative pressure nozzle 1(16) or the alternative pressure nozzle 2 (figure 6) according to requirements;

(4) according to the measured length, if the total length exceeds the maximum measuring range of a single grid ruler, connecting a plurality of grid rulers by using pins;

(5) aligning the connected grid ruler 17 to the material to be scribed;

(6) aligning the pressure nozzle 15 of the grid spraying tank or the alternative pressure nozzle 1(16) or the alternative pressure nozzle 2 (fig. 6) with the hole site array 2 of the grid ruler 17;

(7) moving a grid spraying tank with a replaceable spray head along the longitudinal direction of the material to be scribed, and spraying;

(8) and after the drawing is finished, the tool is collected for the next use.

Through actual measurement, the original work of 30 minutes can be reduced to within 1 minute, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
