Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of precision casting, in particular to a fixing device and casting forming equipment.

Background

In the precision casting production process, a ceramic filter screen is usually arranged on a main pouring gate, and the filter screen plays a role in filtering impurities such as oxides, slag and the like in molten metal, so that the qualification rate of castings is improved.

The conventional process method for arranging the ceramic filter screen on the pouring gate is to arrange the ceramic filter screen in a die of the pouring gate, then utilize a wax pressing machine to press wax materials into a die cavity of the die to obtain a wax pattern die of the pouring gate, the ceramic filter screen is a finished product and is influenced by the manufacturing process, the size precision of the ceramic filter screen is not high, and in order to ensure that all the filter screens can be arranged in the die, a gap of about 2mm can be formed between the filter screen and the die.

However, when wax is pressed, wax materials are filled in the gap, so that a wax skin of about 2mm is formed around the filter screen of the wax model of the finished pouring channel, the pouring channel in the state is dewaxed after the shell is manufactured, after the wax materials are removed, the gap between the filter screen and the shell is 2mm, the filter screen can shake left and right in the gap, the ceramic filter screen and the shell can collide to cause the shell to fall off, and the casting is subjected to defects of inclusion and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fixing device and casting forming equipment, which are used for relieving the technical problem that the quality of a subsequent casting is influenced by a gap between a filter screen and a mould in the prior art.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides a fixing device for fixing a ceramic filter screen in a forming mold, including: a fixing member;

the ceramic filter screen forming die is characterized in that a fixing groove is formed in the forming die, the fixing member is arranged in the fixing groove, the inner wall of the fixing groove can generate extrusion force on the fixing member, and the extrusion force is used for enabling the fixing member to deform so that the fixing member is tightly attached to the ceramic filter screen.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the fixing device provided in this embodiment is used for fixing the ceramic filter screen 200 in the forming mold 300, and includes: a fixing member 100; the fixing groove is formed in the molding die 300, the fixing member 100 is disposed in the fixing groove, and an inner wall of the fixing groove can generate a pressing force to the fixing member 100, and the pressing force is used to deform the fixing member 100 so that the fixing member 100 is tightly attached to the ceramic filter screen 200.

Specifically, forming die 300 has the fixed slot under the state that closes of lid, fixed component 100 is installed in the fixed slot, ceramic filter screen 200 sets up in fixed component 100, fixed component 100 chooses flexible material for use, can produce elastic deformation, for example, silica gel material, when forming die 300 lid, the inner wall of fixed slot produces the extrusion to fixed component 100 in forming die 300, make fixed component 100 take place elastic deformation, and then make fixed component 100 hug closely on ceramic filter screen 200, fix ceramic filter screen 200 in the fixed slot, realize utilizing fixed component 100 to eliminate the technological effect in the gap between forming die 300 and the ceramic filter screen 200, effectively avoid wax material to form the wax skin at ceramic filter screen 200 lateral wall.

The fixing device provided in this embodiment is used for fixing the ceramic filter screen 200 in the forming mold 300, and includes: a fixing member 100; the fixing groove is formed in the molding die 300, the fixing member 100 is disposed in the fixing groove, and an inner wall of the fixing groove can generate a pressing force to the fixing member 100, and the pressing force is used to deform the fixing member 100 so that the fixing member 100 is tightly attached to the ceramic filter screen 200. Because the fixing member 100 is arranged in the fixing groove of the forming mold 300, in the process of wax injection, the forming mold 300 has extrusion force on the fixing member 100, the fixing member 100 is tightly attached to the ceramic filter screen 200 due to deformation of the extrusion force, gaps between the fixing member 100 and the ceramic filter screen 200 are eliminated, the technical problem that gaps exist between the filter screen and the mold and influence the quality of subsequent castings in the prior art is solved, wax skin is prevented from being generated on the filter screen, and the technical effect of improving the quality of the castings is achieved.

On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in an alternative implementation, the fixing member 100 in the fixing device provided in this embodiment includes an upper fixing member 110 and a lower fixing member 120; the forming mold 300 includes an upper mold 310 and a lower mold 320 that can enclose to form a fixing groove, the upper fixture 110 is disposed in the upper mold 310, the lower fixture 120 is disposed in the lower mold 320, and the upper fixture 110 and the lower fixture 120 can enclose to form a fixing area that can clamp the ceramic filter screen 200.

Specifically, the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 are respectively provided with a groove, a fixing groove is formed when the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 are covered, the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 are respectively arranged in the grooves of the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320, when the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 are covered, the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 generate a pressing force on the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120, the upper fixing member 110 is attached to the lower fixing member 120, and the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 press the ceramic filter screen 200, so that the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 are tightly attached to the ceramic filter screen 200, and a gap between the ceramic filter screen 200 and the forming mold 300 is avoided.

In an alternative embodiment, the length of the edge of the ceramic screen 200 in the attachment area is angled from the contact surface of the upper die 310 and the lower die 320.

Specifically, the included angle between the length edge of the ceramic filter screen 200 and the contact surface of the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 is 45 degrees, and the ceramic filter screen 200 is placed in the fixing groove in a manner of rotating for 45 degrees, i.e., the vertical direction of the forming mold 300 is the diagonal direction of the filter screen, and the placing manner can ensure that the filter screen is squeezed by the upper fixing piece 110 and the lower fixing piece 120 along the vertical direction.

In an alternative embodiment, the top end of the lower fixture 120 protrudes out of the lower mold 320 in a direction toward the upper fixture 110.

Specifically, under the condition that the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 are closed, the top end of the lower fixing member 120 extends out of the groove of the lower mold 320, so that the top surface of the lower fixing member 120 is higher than the top surface of the lower mold 320, and the upper surface of the lower fixing member 120 is higher than the lower mold 320 by about 0.5mm, so that when the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 are combined together, the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 are in a compressed state, and wax is prevented from being extruded out of a gap between the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 under the pressure.

According to the fixing device provided by the embodiment, the ceramic filter screen 200 is arranged in the fixing groove in the direction of 45 degrees, so that the ceramic filter screen 200 is better extruded by the upper fixing piece 110 and the lower fixing piece 120, a gap is prevented from being generated, and wax skin is prevented from being formed; since the top end of the lower fixture 120 extends out of the top surface of the lower mold 320, when the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320 are closed, the upper fixture 110 can be tightly attached to the lower fixture 120, and the wax material is prevented from entering into the gap between the upper fixture 110 and the lower fixture 120.

On the basis of the above embodiment, in an alternative implementation manner, the fixing member 100 in the fixing device provided in this embodiment further includes a fixing bottom plate 130; the fixing base plate 130 is provided with a plurality of fixing posts 140, the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 are both provided with fixing holes, and the fixing posts 140 extend into the fixing holes.

Specifically, the fixing base plate 130 is disposed in the fixing groove, the fixing base plate 130 has a plurality of fixing posts 140, the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 are both provided with fixing holes corresponding to the fixing posts 140, and the upper fixing member 110 and the lower fixing member 120 are mounted on the fixing base plate 130 by the cooperation of the fixing posts 140 and the fixing holes.

In an alternative embodiment, the diameter of the fixing post 140 is greater than the diameter of the fixing hole.

Specifically, the diameter of the fixing column 140 is larger than the inner diameter of the fixing hole by 0.2-0.3mm, so that the fixing column 140 is in interference fit with the fixing hole, and the fixing column 140 and the fixing hole are firmly connected.

In an alternative embodiment, the stationary base plate 130 has an inclination angle with the contact surfaces of the upper mold 310 and the lower mold 320.
