In the reaction process, the microbial strains release enzymes with the function of degrading organic matters, the macromolecular organic matters are degraded into micromolecular organic matters such as sugar, fatty acid, amino acid and the like, the microbial strains metabolize water, gas and biological heat energy by taking the micromolecular organic matters as nutrients, and the microbial strains propagate in geometric progression. Thereby completely oxidizing the biodegradable organic matter in the feces into simple inorganic matter.

The air outlet of the air supply mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the accommodating cavity 3.

In order to realize the detection of the materials in the reaction process, a sampling channel 12 is arranged on the outer side wall of the reactor main body 11, one end of the sampling channel 12 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 3, and the other end of the sampling channel 12 is an openable sealing cover.

In the present embodiment, the stirring blade 5 is preferably a screw ribbon type stirring blade 5.

The using process of the excrement recycling device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

closing the material taking channel 6, feeding the organic materials into the reactor main body 11 from the material inlet 2, after the materials are fed, starting the device to work, enabling the motor 8 to drive the stirring shaft 4 to rotate continuously, opening the water stop valve 16, sending water in the water tank 1 into the accommodating cavity 3 through the water inlet pipe 15, opening the aeration pump 14, enabling the aeration pump 14 to suck gas, and enabling the gas to enter the reactor main body 11 through the air inlet pipe 13 so as to adjust the humidity and the oxygen content of the compost materials; the stirring blades 5 uniformly stir the compost materials in the accommodating cavity 3, so that the looseness of the materials is ensured, the axial flow of moisture and oxygen is facilitated, the moisture and the oxygen are uniformly distributed in the compost materials, and the composting efficiency is accelerated; in addition, when the moisture and the oxygen content in the compost materials in the accommodating cavity 3 need to be sampled to detect, the sealing cover at the other end of the sampling channel 12 is opened to sample and detect the compost materials in the accommodating cavity 3, and the switch of the water stop valve 16 and the switch of the airflow control valve 9 are adjusted according to the detected parameters of the compost material samples.

After the composting is finished, the material taking channel 6 is opened, and the materials are discharged from the material taking channel 6.

In conclusion, the device provided by the embodiment of the invention has a simple structure, provides moisture and oxygen for the composting materials, and the materials are stirred in the reactor main body, so that the moisture and the oxygen are uniformly distributed in the composting materials, the composting efficiency is high, and the technical problem of low composting efficiency in the prior art is solved.

The device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to composting of organic materials such as straws, livestock and poultry manure, microbial inoculum and the like.
