The emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45 to 65 percent of matrix asphalt, 1 to 12 percent of modifier, 0.4 to 3.5 percent of emulsifier, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of separant, 0 to 4 percent of emulsifying promoter, 0 to 1 percent of stabilizer and the balance of water.

2. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the matrix asphalt is compounded by adopting road petroleum asphalt and hard asphalt, and the penetration of the compounded matrix asphalt is 5dmm-40 dmm.

3. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the modifier is one or two of PE and styrene butadiene rubber.

4. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is a cation fast-cracking and fast-setting emulsifier.

5. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is one or two of ethylene oxide amine emulsifier and aminated lignin emulsifier.

6. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the separant is polyethylene wax emulsion, and the solid content of the separant is not lower than 40%.

7. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the emulsifying promoter is one or two of hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid.

8. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer is any one of calcium chloride, sodium chloride, starch, gelatin and cellulose, or is formed by compounding two of the calcium chloride, the sodium chloride, the starch, the gelatin and the cellulose in any proportion.

9. The process for producing emulsified asphalt according to claim 1, comprising the steps of;

(1) firstly, adding a separant, cellulose and an emulsifier into water to prepare a soap solution, and then heating the soap solution to 50-70 ℃ to adjust the pH of the soap solution to 2-4;

(2) heating the matrix asphalt to 160-180 ℃, then adding a modifier,

(3) after the modifier is completely dissolved, the soap solution and the matrix asphalt are subjected to high-speed shearing grinding by a colloid mill according to a certain proportion to obtain the emulsified asphalt.

10. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the emulsified asphalt is used for asphalt road adhesive layer or seal coat spreading.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of traffic engineering, and particularly relates to wheel-sticking-free emulsified asphalt with high demulsification speed and high strength and a preparation method thereof.

Background

According to the definition in the technical specification of highway asphalt pavement construction, the "sticky layer" is a thin layer of asphalt material which is spread to strengthen the bonding between asphalt layers of the pavement and between the asphalt layers and the cement concrete pavement. The adhesive layer has the functions of sealing gaps and ensuring effective bonding between an upper layer and a lower layer in the asphalt pavement structure, and has important significance for ensuring that the pavement structure bears the force jointly and prolonging the service life of the asphalt pavement. However, the most widely used adhesive layer material for roads in China at present is still common emulsified asphalt or modified emulsified asphalt, most of which adopts No. 70 matrix asphalt, and the material has the characteristics of easy production, stable quality and mature technology, but often has insufficient high-temperature performance, so that the interlayer adhesion is insufficient, and slippage and falling are generated. Meanwhile, the tires of construction vehicles are easy to bond in the construction process, so that not only is the waste of bonding materials caused, but also the bonding strength and the waterproof effect between different surface layers are influenced, the durability of the road surface is reduced, and the overall quality of the road surface structure is influenced.

It has become a common phenomenon that the whole quality of the asphalt pavement structure is affected because the adhesive layer is damaged due to the insufficient performance of the material and the characteristic that the emulsified asphalt is easy to adhere to the wheel. Aiming at the problems, the conventional solutions at present are to supplement viscous layer oil, distribute the viscous layer oil in advance one day or adopt construction integration, but the methods inevitably have the problems of increasing construction procedures, causing material waste, increasing construction cost, prolonging construction time and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide emulsified asphalt and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problem of damage of a sticky layer material in the construction process, thereby improving the integrity of a pavement structure and prolonging the service life of the pavement.

In order to achieve the purpose, the emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45 to 65 percent of matrix asphalt, 1 to 12 percent of modifier, 0.4 to 3.5 percent of emulsifier, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of separant, 0 to 4 percent of emulsifying promoter, 0 to 1 percent of stabilizer and the balance of water.

Further, the matrix asphalt is compounded by adopting road petroleum asphalt and hard asphalt, and the penetration of the compounded matrix asphalt is 5dmm-40 dmm.

Further, the modifier is one or two or more of PE and styrene butadiene rubber which are mixed in any proportion.

Furthermore, the emulsifier is a cation fast-cracking and fast-setting emulsifier.

Further, the emulsifier is one of ethylene oxide amine emulsifier or aminated lignin emulsifier, or two ethylene oxide amine emulsifier and aminated lignin emulsifier are compounded in any proportion.

Further, the release agent is polyethylene wax emulsion, and the solid content of the release agent is not lower than 40%.

Further, the emulsifying promoter is any one of hydrochloric acid or phosphoric acid, or is formed by compounding two of the hydrochloric acid and the phosphoric acid in any proportion.

Further, the stabilizer is any one of calcium chloride, sodium chloride, starch, gelatin and cellulose, or is formed by compounding two of the calcium chloride, the sodium chloride, the starch, the gelatin and the cellulose in any proportion.

The preparation method of the emulsified asphalt comprises the following steps;

(1) firstly, adding a separant, cellulose and an emulsifier into water to prepare a soap solution, and then heating the soap solution to 50-70 ℃ to adjust the pH of the soap solution to 2-4;

(2) heating the matrix asphalt to 160-180 ℃, then adding a modifier,

(3) after the modifier is completely dissolved, the soap solution and the matrix asphalt are subjected to high-speed shearing grinding by a colloid mill according to a certain proportion to obtain the emulsified asphalt.

The emulsified asphalt can be used for asphalt road adhesive layer or seal coat spreading.

The invention has the following advantages and positive effects:

the emulsified asphalt provided by the invention adopts the polyethylene wax emulsion as the separant, and the density difference between the material and the emulsified asphalt is utilized, so that the polyethylene wax emulsion can form a compact protective film on the surface of the emulsified asphalt in the construction process of the emulsified asphalt, and the damage of a sticky layer material caused by rolling of a construction vehicle is avoided.

The emulsified asphalt provided by the invention adopts nano-silicon, PE and styrene butadiene rubber as modifiers, and the excellent high-temperature performance of the material is utilized, so that the bonding strength of the emulsified asphalt is improved by more than 50% compared with that of the modified emulsified asphalt.

The emulsified asphalt provided by the invention adopts the quick-cracking and quick-setting emulsifier, so that the demulsification speed of the emulsified asphalt is increased, the demulsification can be carried out within 10 minutes, and the construction efficiency is obviously improved.

FIG. 1 is a photograph showing the effect of the emulsified asphalt obtained in example 1 on asphalt layer spreading compared with a conventional sticky layer emulsified asphalt, wherein (1) the emulsified asphalt of example 1 is emulsion-broken and hardened 20min after spreading and the vehicle wheel is rolled after hardening, and (2) the emulsified asphalt of example 1 is emulsion-broken and hardened within 10min and the vehicle wheel is rolled after hardening.

FIG. 2 is a photograph showing the effect of the emulsified asphalt obtained in example 2 on asphalt layer spreading compared with a conventional sticky layer emulsified asphalt, wherein (1) the emulsified asphalt is demulsified and hardened 25min after spreading and the hardened wheels are rolled, and (2) the sticky layer emulsified asphalt of example 2 is demulsified and hardened within 10min and the hardened wheels are rolled.
