When the invention works, the first servo motor 204 drives the first rotating rod 203 to rotate through the first coupling 205, so that the first roller 202 and the first brush 206 rotate, the first brush 206 drives the garbage on the water surface into the garbage collection cylinder 201 fixed on the surface of the ship plate 103 through rotation, at the moment, the second servo motor 209 drives the second rotating rod 208 to rotate through the second coupling 210, so that the second roller 207 and the second brush 211 rotate, the second brush 211 can drive the garbage brought in by the first brush 206 to a deeper part of the garbage collection cylinder 201, so that the garbage on the water surface is prevented from being accumulated at the inlet end of the garbage collection cylinder 201 to cause blockage, the space in the garbage collection cylinder 201 is fully utilized, the tail end of the garbage collection cylinder 201 is provided with the filter plate 304, the rear end of the ship body is vertically provided with the baffle plate 6, the surface of the baffle plate 6 is provided with the water outlet 7, the water flow in the garbage collection cylinder 201 can be discharged through the filter plate 304 and the, the water outlet 7 is inclined, so that water can be prevented from entering the hull 1 through the water outlet 7.
