1. A system for dry-hanging assembled tile wall surfaces, comprising:

the ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile (1), wherein mounting grooves (11) are formed in four corners of the ceramic tile (1), and the ceramic tile (1) is provided with a plurality of spliced blocks;

the dry hanging piece (2) is arranged on the periphery of the ceramic tile (1), the dry hanging piece (2) comprises a first connecting piece (21), a second connecting piece (22) and a fastening piece (23), one end of the first connecting piece (21) is clamped and bonded with the mounting groove (11), the other end of the first connecting piece (21) is connected with the second connecting piece (22), and the second connecting piece (22) is fixedly connected with a wall body (3) through the fastening piece (23); each dry hanging piece (2) corresponds to four ceramic tiles (1), and the four ceramic tiles (1) are clamped with the first connecting piece (21); the fastener (23) is an expansion bolt.

3. A system for dry-hanging assembled ceramic tile wall surfaces as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first connecting member (21) is "T" shaped on its side.

4. A system for dry-hanging a fabricated tile wall surface according to claim 3, wherein said second connector (22) comprises a second retaining plate (221) and a second connecting plate (222), said second connecting plate (222) being perpendicular to said second retaining plate (221).

5. A system for dry-hanging a fabricated tile wall surface according to claim 4, wherein said second connector (22) is "L" shaped.

6. The system of claim 5, wherein the first connecting plate (211) is provided with an adjusting hole (213), the second connecting plate (221) is provided with a connecting hole (223), and the adjusting hole (213) and the connecting hole (223) are connected by a screw (24) and a nut (25).

7. The system of claim 6, wherein the adjustment holes (213) are kidney holes.

8. The system of claim 7, wherein the first retaining plate (211) is snapped into engagement with and bonded to the mounting groove (11).

9. The system of claim 8, wherein the second fixing plate (221) is provided with fixing holes (224), and the fixing holes (224) are connected with the wall (3) through expansion bolts (26).

10. The system of claim 9, wherein the fixing holes (224) and the connecting holes (223) are circular holes, and the diameter of the fixing holes (224) is larger than that of the connecting holes (223).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a mounting structure of a ceramic tile wall surface, in particular to a dry hanging system of an assembled ceramic tile wall surface.

Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. The assembled decoration is as the name implies, namely, each part required to be used for decoration is produced and completed in a factory and then is transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the operations of measurement, cutting and the like of each part in the traditional decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is cleaner and more beautiful, excessive decorative material garbage cannot be generated, and the assembled decoration is a more environment-friendly decoration construction form.

The assembled type interior decoration is more and more favored by the market, the dry operation and the industrialized assembly become the important characteristics of the site construction of the assembled type interior decoration, the assembled type wall surface in the industry at present mostly adopts a facing integrated plate, and the edge-closing strip is directly fixed on the wall body. The single wood wallboard can not meet the modern decoration requirement, and the application of the ceramic tile wall surface is increasing. However, the assembly technology for the tile surface is still deficient, and the original wet pasting method is mostly adopted, so that the wall surface cannot be quickly installed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a dry hanging system for an assembly type ceramic tile wall surface, which can realize quick installation of the ceramic tile wall surface and has a good installation effect.

To this end, the present invention provides a dry-hang system for an assembled ceramic tile wall surface, comprising:

the ceramic tile is provided with mounting grooves at four corners and is provided with a plurality of spliced tiles;

the dry hanging piece is arranged on the periphery of the ceramic tile and comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a fastening piece, one end of the first connecting piece is clamped and bonded with the mounting groove, the other end of the first connecting piece is connected with the second connecting piece, and the second connecting piece is fixedly connected with the wall body through the fastening piece; each dry hanging piece corresponds to four ceramic tiles, and the four ceramic tiles are clamped with the first connecting piece; the fastener is an expansion bolt.

Further, the first connecting member includes a first fixing plate and a first connecting plate, and the first connecting plate is perpendicular to the first fixing plate.

Further, the side surface of the first connecting piece is in a T shape.

Further, the second connecting member includes a second fixing plate and a second connecting plate, and the second connecting plate is perpendicular to the second fixing plate.

Further, the second connecting piece is L-shaped.

Furthermore, the first connecting plate is provided with an adjusting hole, the second connecting plate is provided with a connecting hole, and the adjusting hole is connected with the connecting hole through a screw and a nut.

The invention provides a dry hanging system for an assembled ceramic tile wall surface, which mainly comprises ceramic tiles and dry hanging pieces, wherein a plurality of ceramic tiles are connected with the wall body through the dry hanging pieces, and the ceramic tiles are spliced with one another; specifically, the dry hanging pieces are arranged at the four corners of the ceramic tile, mounting grooves are formed in the four corners of the ceramic tile, each dry hanging piece comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece connected with the first connecting piece, the ceramic tile is clamped and connected with the first connecting piece through the mounting grooves, and the second connecting pieces are connected with the wall body, so that the ceramic tile is hung on the wall body in a dry mode; every dry pendant all corresponds four ceramic tiles, and the concatenation work of ceramic tile can be realized through dry pendant to adjacent ceramic tile.

Measuring and typesetting on site, determining the installation position of the dry hanging piece, installing the dry hanging piece, and leveling; and (5) installing the ceramic tile, clamping the installation groove and the dry hanging piece, injecting AB glue, and caulking.

Through the structure, compared with the prior art, the dry hanging system for the assembled ceramic tile wall surface provided by the invention mainly has the following advantages:

the problems of complex process, high paving technical requirement, easiness in hollowing and the like caused by the traditional wet pasting method are solved;

dry operation replaces wet operation, so that environmental pollution is avoided, and the decoration concept of green and environment protection is met;

and thirdly, the installation work of the ceramic tile can be quickly realized through installing the dry hanging piece, so that the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the installation effect is good.
