Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of oil spilling treatment, and particularly relates to novel underwater oil pumping equipment capable of playing a role in sealing and protecting an oil pipeline.

Background

In recent years, in the successful case of the sunken ship oil storage disposal in China, the used devices mainly comprise an underwater tapping machine and an underwater oil pumping machine, the disposal process basically depends on manual underwater operation of a diver, and the research on unmanned drilling and oil pumping technology of a deep sunken ship is blank, and particularly, the sunken ship oil storage disposal work cannot be carried out in a water depth area which cannot be reached by the diver.

For example, chinese patent specification CN104551084A published in 29/4/2015 discloses a deep water oil pumping and drilling device, which can better cope with oil spill accidents of sunken ships, collect residual oil in sunken ships and avoid oil spill accidents; the device is always in an open state before drilling into the ship body for pumping oil, and water flow enters the central shaft from the through hole after entering the water to affect an oil well pump; when the equipment drills a ship body, part of generated substances such as waste residues and the like can enter the central shaft through the through hole, and the oil pumping work of the equipment is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides novel underwater oil pumping equipment which can play a role in sealing and protecting an oil pipeline in order to overcome the defects of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a novel underwater oil pumping device capable of playing a role in sealing and protecting an oil pipeline comprises a shell, a reduction gearbox arranged on the shell, an oil well pump arranged on the reduction gearbox and fixing seats arranged on two sides of the shell, wherein the fixing seats are made of electromagnets; a transmission shaft is arranged in the shell, a driving rod is sleeved on the transmission shaft, and the transmission shaft and the driving rod are both of hollow structures; the bottom of the driving rod is provided with a cutter disc, and the bottom surface of the cutter disc is provided with a cutter: an oil through hole is formed in the cutter disc, and a sealing device used for controlling the opening and closing of the oil through hole is arranged in the driving rod; when the cutter does not cut the hull yet, play the sealed effect to the oil through-hole through sealing device, make the oil through-hole be in the closed condition, avoid rivers and impurity to enter into the downthehole oil pumping work that influences oil pumping equipment of oil through-hole, increase the stability of equipment work.

Preferably, the sealing device comprises a driving block arranged on the driving rod, a driving cavity arranged in the driving block and a sealing assembly arranged in the driving cavity; the drive intracavity is equipped with fluid, forms the cooperation through the messenger seal assembly who changes fluid and actuating lever inner wall to make seal assembly form sealed effect to the oil through hole, make equipment oil through hole be in encapsulated situation when going into the aquatic under, avoid water to stay and cause the influence to equipment in entering into the actuating lever.

Preferably, an oil storage cavity is arranged in the driving cavity, a second push plate is arranged in the oil storage cavity, a second push rod is arranged on the top surface of the second push plate, and an oil outlet is formed in the bottom of the oil storage cavity; the oil storage cavity plays a role in temporary oil storage, and the oil pressure change in the driving cavity is controlled through the matching effect of the second push plate and the oil storage cavity, so that the sealing assembly is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the driving rod under the action of oil pressure, and the oil through hole is sealed; the mode through changing the oil pressure controls the sealed effect of seal assembly to the through-hole, promotes the laminating degree of seal assembly and actuating lever inner wall, makes the more inseparable laminating with the actuating lever inner wall of seal assembly, increases the leakproofness of seal assembly to the oil through hole.

Preferably, the sealing assembly comprises a movable plate arranged in the driving cavity, a first connecting rod arranged on one side of the movable plate, and a sealing plate fixedly connected with one end of the first connecting rod, and the movable plate can slide along the inner wall of the driving cavity; the fly leaf can remove along the drive intracavity wall under the effect of oil pressure, and when the fluid of oil storage intracavity entered into the drive intracavity, fluid promoted the fly leaf toward drive chamber both sides motion, and the fly leaf promotes the closing plate and contacts with the actuating lever inner wall, makes closing plate and actuating lever inner wall form the cooperation, increases the sealed effect of closing plate to the oil through hole.

Preferably, a second air cylinder is arranged above the driving cavity, connecting blocks are arranged on two sides of the second air cylinder, the connecting blocks are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the driving rod, and the second air cylinder is arranged above the second push rod; the lifting movement of the second push plate can be controlled through the second air cylinder, so that whether oil in the oil storage cavity enters the driving cavity or not is controlled, and the sealing assembly is conveniently controlled.

Preferably, a bump is arranged on the inner wall of the driving rod, and a first groove matched with the bump is arranged on the sealing plate; the driving block is provided with a second connecting rod which is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the driving rod; the lug and the first groove are matched with each other to limit the sealing plate, so that the sealing plate is fixed at a preset position when being contacted with the inner wall of the driving rod, and the sealing plate can accurately press the oil through hole to seal the oil through hole; through the cooperation of lug and first recess, increase the area of contact of closing plate and actuating lever inner wall to increase the sealed effect of closing plate and actuating lever inner wall, effectual prevent that equipment from entering into the actuating lever inside from leading to the oilhole when underwater, avoid rivers to enter into the inside influence that causes equipment of actuating lever.

Preferably, a first transmission key is arranged on the side wall of the transmission shaft, and a second transmission key matched with the first transmission key is arranged on the inner wall of the driving rod; through the cooperation of first transmission key and second transmission key, make the transmission shaft can more stable drive actuating lever rotate.

Preferably, screw rods are arranged on two sides of the driving rod, nuts are sleeved on the screw rods, connecting seats are arranged on the nuts, and the connecting seats are connected with the driving rod; through the effect of lead screw, when the cutter cutting hull, the lead screw produces decurrent pressure to the cutter, makes the cutter produce pressure to the hull at the in-process of cutting, increases the cutting effect of cutter, makes in the cutter can cut into the hull faster, collects the processing to the residual oil in the hull, avoids taking place the oil spilling accident.

Preferably, air bags are arranged on two sides of the shell, and a reaction box for providing gas for the air bags is arranged in the shell; after the oil pumping equipment completes oil pumping treatment underwater, gas is generated in the reaction box through reaction, the air bag is enabled to be bulged to generate buoyancy, the equipment is lifted from the underwater by matching with the rope, the stress of the rope is reduced, the equipment is conveniently lifted from the water, and the equipment is not easy to damage in the lifting process.

Preferably, a material storage chamber is arranged at the bottom of the reaction box, a medicament storage box is arranged at the top of the reaction box, a support rod is arranged below the medicament storage box, a one-way sealing valve assembly is arranged at the bottom of the medicament storage box, and a driving piece for opening the one-way sealing valve assembly is arranged in the support rod; the reacted medicament and material are separately placed, so that the condition that the normal work of the oil pumping equipment is influenced by gas generated by mutual contact of the medicament and the material when the oil pumping equipment works is avoided; after the oil pumping equipment finishes pumping oil, the unidirectional sealing valve component is opened through the driving piece, so that the medicament in the medicament storage box is contacted with the material at the bottom of the reaction box to react, gas generated in the reaction box is filled into the air bag, and the equipment is conveniently and stably lifted from the water through buoyancy generated by the air bag and a rope; through the cooperation of the driving piece and the one-way sealing valve assembly, the medicament in the medicament storage box can fall down from the medicament storage box under the action of gravity to contact with the material, so that the equipment structure is simplified, and gas is more easily generated.

The invention has the following advantages: when the cutter does not cut the hull yet, play the sealed effect to the oil through-hole through sealing device, make the oil through-hole be in the closed condition, avoid rivers and impurity to enter into the downthehole oil pumping work that influences oil pumping equipment of oil through-hole, increase the stability of equipment work.
