A fire emergency starter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing plate releases the start button of the main contactor, and at the same time, the pressing plate drives the rotating end to rotate around the fulcrum, the rocker releases the start button of the delta contactor, and the main contactor and the delta contactor are reset.

3. A fire emergency initiating device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising:

the pressing component is used for pressing the rotating end of the wane downwards and keeping the wane in a pressing posture;

and the driving assembly simultaneously drives the poking assembly and the pressing assembly through rotation.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fire fighting, in particular to a fire fighting emergency starting device.

Background

The contactor is an electric control device, is an electric appliance which enables controlled quantity to generate predetermined step change in an electric output circuit when the change of input quantity (excitation quantity) meets the specified requirement, has an interaction relation between a control system (also called an input loop) and the controlled system (also called an output loop), is usually applied to an automatic control circuit, is an 'automatic switch' which uses small current to control the operation of large current, and therefore plays the roles of automatic regulation, safety protection, circuit conversion and the like in the circuit.

According to the technical specifications of fire-fighting water supply and fire hydrant systems GB50974-2014 and GB16086-2006 standards, pressure starting, remote starting and hard-stay starting are realized by a contactor to automatically start a fire pump, and if the contactor and a weak current signal fail, the fire pump cannot be automatically started, a fire pump is directly started by a 'fire-fighting emergency starting device' arranged on a fire pump control cabinet.

When a control circuit in the fire pump control cabinet breaks down and cannot enable the fire pump to be automatically started, immediate repair is limited by the operation level and the maintenance time of maintenance personnel, and a fire emergency starting device is needed to ensure that the fire pump can be forcibly started no matter how the circuit is powered under the condition that power is normally supplied, so that the timeliness of fire suppression is ensured. The 'fire-fighting emergency starting device' starts a high-power three-phase motor by star-triangle voltage reduction, thereby starting a fire-fighting water pump.

The existing 'fire-fighting emergency starting device' is mostly started in a mechanical mode, and the mechanical 'fire-fighting emergency starting device' needs to be controlled twice to start the star triangle of the water pump. In addition, "emergent starting drive of fire control" does not realize reseing through once controlling, and can't be applicable to the condition that needs remote monitoring.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fire-fighting emergency starting device which can start a water pump through one-time operation and control, can realize resetting through one-time operation and can realize remote monitoring.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a fire-fighting emergency starting device which is used for starting a water pump, wherein the water pump is connected with a power supply through a main contactor, a star-connection contactor and a triangle-connection contactor by adopting star-triangle connection, and the main contactor, the star-connection contactor and the triangle-connection contactor are all provided with starting buttons. The fire-fighting emergency starting device comprises a pressing plate, a pressing block, a switching mechanism and a wane;

Optionally, the clamp plate releases the start button of main contactor, simultaneously, the clamp plate drives it winds to rotate the end the fulcrum gyration, the wane release the start button of three-angle joint contactor, main contactor reaches three-angle joint contactor resets.

Optionally, the switching mechanism further includes a first fixed pulley and a second fixed pulley, the first thread line is connected to the toggle block through the first fixed pulley, and the second thread line is connected to the L-shaped locking piece through the second fixed pulley.

The fire-fighting emergency starting device provided by the invention is used for starting a water pump, the water pump is connected with a power supply through a main contactor, a star-connection contactor and a triangular-connection contactor by adopting star-triangular connection, the main contactor, the star-connection contactor and the triangular-connection contactor are all provided with starting buttons, and the fire-fighting emergency starting device comprises a pressing plate, a pressing block, a warping plate and a switching mechanism. After a set time, the pressing plate and the pressing block are separated, the pressing block releases a starting button of the star-connection contactor, meanwhile, the switching mechanism drives the rotating end to rotate around the fulcrum, so that the rocker presses the starting button of the delta-connection contactor, a winding of the water pump is connected in a delta connection mode, and the water pump operates at a second power. Therefore, the pressure plate moves downwards through one-time operation and control, and the fire-fighting emergency starting device can realize star-triangle pressure reduction starting of the water pump.

When the pressing plate and the pressing block are connected, the pressing plate moves upwards to drive the pressing block to move upwards together, meanwhile, the starting buttons of the main contactor and the star contactor are released, and the main contactor and the star contactor reset. When the pressing plate moves upwards, the rotating end capable of driving the warping plate rotates around the fulcrum, the warping plate releases a start button of the triangular contactor, and the triangular contactor resets. So, make the clamp plate rebound through once controlling, all can make main contactor, star contactor and triangle connect the contactor to reset.

The detection mechanism is used for detecting the starting or resetting state of the star-connection contactor and the triangular-connection contactor, and the fire-fighting emergency starting device can also realize the function of remote monitoring through the output signal of the detection mechanism.
