Background

The ball valve is one of valves widely used, has simple structure, reliable sealing and convenient maintenance, and is widely applied to the fields of petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, light spinning, food, atomic energy, aviation and the like. The ball valve has 90 deg rotation action, and the cock body is one ball with circular through hole or passage in the axis and is used mainly in pipeline to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of medium and may be closed tightly only through 90 deg rotation and small rotation moment.

The sealing of the conventional ball valve depends on the precise extrusion sealing of the valve seat sealing surface and the ball sealing surface, the requirements on the machining precision and the installation precision of the valve seat sealing surface and the ball sealing surface are very high, once slight deviation occurs in machining or installation, bias voltage is likely to occur, the sealing effect is influenced, and the sealing can be failed in a severe case. The valve seat in the prior art is usually fixedly arranged on the valve cover, and when the ball valve is closed, the spherical surface of the valve ball is in extrusion contact with the valve seat sealing surface of the valve seat to realize sealing; the requirement on the installation accuracy of the valve seat is high, multiple fine adjustment processes are usually involved, even if the installation accuracy is achieved at the beginning, bias abrasion can occur after a certain period of time of subsequent use, the sealing pressure between the sealing surface of the valve seat and the spherical surface is uneven, the sealing strength is further reduced, and serious sealing failure can even be caused. In addition, in the ball valve in the prior art, the valve seat sealing surface and the ball body sealing surface are fixedly arranged, so that the ball valve needs to be integrally replaced once the sealing failure is caused by abrasion and the like, and the cost is high.

Chinese patent document CN108980400B discloses an eccentric ball valve, in which a valve seat is installed on a valve cover in a micro-movable manner by an adjustable installation structure, and a gap is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the valve seat and the valve cover; under the drive of the operating mechanism, when the valve ball rotates to enable the valve ball sealing surface to be gradually in extrusion contact with the valve seat sealing surface, the valve seat can make micro movement along the circumferential direction of the valve ball sealing surface, so that the valve ball sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface are automatically adjusted and centered, and uniform pressure sealing is further realized. The technical solutions in the above patent documents can solve the problem of fine mounting deviation, but have high requirements for production accuracy.

Therefore, how to design a novel ball valve which can solve the technical problem that the installation process needs to be finely adjusted for many times and can reduce the replacement cost of the valve is an unsolved technical problem in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the technical defects that although the ball valve in the prior art can solve the problem that fine deviation is easy to occur during installation, multiple times of adjustment are not needed, the requirement on production precision is high, and once the sealing failure is caused by abrasion of a valve seat sealing surface, the ball valve needs to be integrally replaced, so that the replacement cost is high, thereby providing a movable sealing structure applied to the ball valve.

The invention also provides a ball valve with the movable sealing structure.

Preferably, the valve seat comprises a cylindrical main body part, an annular part arranged at one end of the cylindrical main body part, and a sealing part positioned at the connecting position of the cylindrical main body part and the annular part, and the valve seat sealing surface is arranged at the position of one side of the sealing part facing the valve ball; the valve cover is used for installing the position of the valve seat to form a recess, and the outer wall of the valve seat is attached to the inner wall of the recess.
