Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette production and processing, in particular to a method for checking oil smoke in cigarette production.

Background

The modern cigarette product can be delivered to the hands of consumers as a commodity only after seven major production process flows of tobacco primary baking, threshing and redrying, tobacco fermentation, cigarette formulation, cigarette shredding, cigarette rolling and cigarette packaging. Each cigarette with strong fragrance condenses heart blood and sweat of the Qianbaizicao people, and permeates new technology and connotation of enterprise culture which are continuously developed. In the working procedures of tobacco shred making, tobacco shred storage and cigarette rolling in the cigarette production and processing, lubricating oil is infiltrated into tobacco shreds due to aging failure of an oil seal of mechanical equipment, the lubricating oil in the tobacco shreds is leached out after the cigarette is rolled, oil spots are formed on the cigarette, such cigarettes are called "soot", since the whole cigarette production process is completed in the machine, when the oil fume is generated, the leakage of the lubricating oil of the equipment in the process can not be judged, the workers need to check the cigarette equipment of the whole production line, the workload is overlarge, and can seriously affect the normal production of cigarette equipment, in order to improve the inspection efficiency and reduce the delay time of the oil smoke on the cigarette production, the invention provides an inspection method of the oil smoke in the cigarette production, the method can directly position the process of lubricating oil leakage and greatly improve the efficiency of the equipment for eliminating oil smoke.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for checking oil smoke in cigarette production, which can distinguish oil stains on the oil smoke so as to quickly position the specific process of oil leakage.

In order to solve the technical problem, one embodiment of the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

a method for checking oil smoke in cigarette production is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

s1, three parts of lubricating oil are taken, vitamin A is added into one part of lubricating oil and then fully and uniformly mixed, vitamin E is added into the other part of lubricating oil and then fully and uniformly mixed, and vitamin A and vitamin E are not added into the rest part of lubricating oil;

s2, respectively using the three parts of lubricating oil obtained in the S1 in mechanical equipment of the processes of tobacco shred making, tobacco shred storage and cigarette wrapping in the cigarette production line;

s3, putting tobacco leaves into a cigarette production line for production and processing;

s4, after the cigarette is wrapped, whether oil smoke with oil spots is generated on the cigarette is checked through image acquisition equipment;

s5, taking out the 'oil smoke' detected in the S4 for further detection;

and S6, detecting whether the 'oil smoke' contains vitamin A or vitamin E, and judging the 'oil smoke' generation according to the detection result.

The technical scheme is that the lubricating oil of mechanical equipment in the silk making process does not contain vitamin A and vitamin E, all the grease of the mechanical equipment in the silk storage process is added with the same vitamin A or vitamin E, all the grease of the mechanical equipment in the rolling and wrapping process is added with the same vitamin E or vitamin A, different types of vitamins are added in the silk storage process and the rolling and wrapping process, and the grease comprises the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil. For example, vitamin A is added to the lubricating oil and the hydraulic oil of the mechanical equipment in the silk storage process, and vitamin E is added to the lubricating oil and the hydraulic oil of the mechanical equipment in the rolling and wrapping process. The tobacco shreds are blown up in the cigarette production and fall on hydraulic equipment to be stained with hydraulic oil and other oils, and then fall back to the production line again to form oil spots on cigarettes, and vitamin A and vitamin E are respectively added into the hydraulic oil and other oils used by mechanical equipment in the processes of rolling, packaging and storing the tobacco shreds, so that the interference of the hydraulic oil and other oils on the investigation of the oil smoke forming process can be prevented.

One of the methods for detecting whether "oil smoke" contains vitamin a or vitamin E in step S6 is:

detecting the 'oil smoke' taken out in the step S5 by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and judging whether the lubricating oil or the hydraulic oil which causes the 'oil smoke' of the cigarette contains vitamin A or vitamin E according to the fluorescent reaction of the 'oil smoke'.

Vitamin A or vitamin E has stronger fluorescence reaction. The excitation wavelength of the vitamin A is 330nm, and the emission wavelength is 480 nm; the excitation wavelength of the vitamin E is 298nm, and the emission wavelength is 325 nm; in addition, the emission wavelength of the vitamin A is larger than 400nm and is purple, and the emission wavelength of the vitamin E is smaller than 400nm and is invisible. Whether the oil spots of the 'oil smoke' contain vitamin A or vitamin E can be visually judged through an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, so that the oil spots can be simply, directly and quickly judged, the reason of the oil spots is the lubricating oil or the used oil in which process, and finally the corresponding process is determined.

The second method for detecting whether the oil smoke contains vitamin A or vitamin E in the step S6 is as follows:

standing the oil smoke in warm oxygen-enriched environment for at least 30min, observing the color change of the oil smoke, and judging whether the lubricating oil or the hydraulic oil which causes the oil smoke of the cigarette contains vitamin A or vitamin E.

The lowest standard of the warm oxygen-rich environment is room temperature air, and the ventilation property of the air can be improved under the environment of higher temperature and more concentrated oxygen, so that the color of the oil smoke is changed.

After the oil smoke is kept still for 30min in a warm oxygen-enriched environment, oil spots containing vitamin A on the oil smoke are yellow, oil spots containing vitamin E on the oil smoke are black, and the color of the oil spots not containing the vitamin A and the vitamin E is unchanged.

The further technical scheme is that in the step S1, the mass ratio of the mixed lubricating oil or hydraulic oil and the vitamin A is 100: 2-5; the mass ratio of the lubricating oil or the hydraulic oil to the vitamin E is 100: 2-5. The vitamins A and E only play a role in marking, and do not interfere the finished cigarette product as much as possible in principle, and can be added less or less in the detection process. Vitamins are not harmful to the health of consumers and their function is only to investigate the cause of "oil smoke".

The vitamin A or vitamin E in step S1 is further prepared by dissolving vitamin A or vitamin E in part of the lubricant, and then mixing the lubricant with vitamin A or vitamin E into the whole lubricant to disperse vitamin A or vitamin E into the lubricant. The same procedure can be used for the addition of vitamins to hydraulic fluids.

Preferably, the image capturing apparatus in step S4 is a color patch photoelectric eye.

The image capturing area of the image capturing device is illuminated with the aid of a LUYOR-3130 black light lamp.

In order to ensure that the oil spots on the cigarettes can be detected, the cigarettes in step S4 are rolled by the conveying rollers.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

(1) the scheme can realize the distinguishing of oil stains on oil fume, thereby quickly positioning the specific process of oil leakage, after vitamin A or vitamin E is added into oil such as lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, whether the oil stains on the oil fume contain the vitamin A or the vitamin E respectively through fluorescence reaction to judge the position of the oil fume, the vitamin A or the vitamin E and the oxidation product thereof can not harm the human body, and can be directly distinguished through simple means, the time consumed by the investigation of the oil fume can be shortened, the investigation range is reduced, the labor waste is reduced, and the production efficiency is ensured.

(2) The vitamin A or the vitamin E in the S1 is uniformly dispersed in the lubricating oil by a method of firstly taking part of the lubricating oil to dissolve the vitamin A or the vitamin E and then mixing the lubricating oil dissolved with the vitamin A or the vitamin E into the whole lubricating oil, so that the dispersion effect of the vitamin A or the vitamin E in the lubricating oil is improved.

(3) The oil stain distinguishing method of the oil stain in the S6 can adopt the steps that the oil stain is kept still for 30min in a warm oxygen-rich environment, after the vitamin A or the vitamin E in the oil stain is oxidized, the color change of the oil stain is observed to judge whether the lubricating oil causing the oil stain contains the vitamin A or the vitamin E, and the oil stain generating process can be checked without an ultraviolet spectrophotometer.

(4) The image acquisition equipment in S4 adopts the color scale photoelectric eye to acquire images, and the color scale photoelectric eye has good color acquisition capability and improves the troubleshooting efficiency.

(5) The cigarettes in the S4 are conveyed by the conveying rollers in a rolling mode, so that the cigarettes roll over for three hundred and sixty degrees, and missing detection is prevented.

(6) The image acquisition area of the cigarette image acquisition equipment in the S4 is illuminated by the LUYOR-3130 black light lamp in an auxiliary mode, and the LUYOR-3130 black light lamp can enable oil spots to be more obvious and facilitate the identification of oil smoke.

(7) Vitamin A and vitamin E are respectively added into hydraulic oil and other oil used by mechanical equipment in the rolling and tobacco shred storage procedures in the S1 according to the mass fraction of 100:2-5, and vitamin A and vitamin E are not added into the hydraulic oil and other oil used by the mechanical equipment in the tobacco shred production procedures in the S3, after tobacco shreds are blown off and fall onto the hydraulic equipment in the cigarette production process and are stained with hydraulic oil and other oil, the tobacco shreds fall back to the production line again and can form oil spots on the cigarette rolls, and the vitamin A and the vitamin E are respectively added into the hydraulic oil and other oil used by the mechanical equipment in the rolling and tobacco shred storage procedures, so that the interference of the hydraulic oil and other oil on the inspection of the oil smoke forming procedures can be prevented.
