A collecting device 7 is arranged below the ball valve 5 of the first box body 1, the collecting device 7 comprises a supporting plate 71, a sliding groove 72 is formed in the supporting plate 71, and the supporting plate 71 is lapped with the outer wall of the first box body 1 through the sliding groove 72;
