1. An antibacterial and antiviral condom is characterized in that an organic silicon coating is arranged on the surface of the condom; the preparation raw materials of the organic silicon coating comprise organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt and water.

2. The antibacterial and antiviral condom as claimed in claim 1, wherein the condom is made of polyurethane or natural latex.

3. The antibacterial and antiviral condom as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt to water is 1: (8-35).

The antibacterial and antiviral condom of claim 1, wherein said organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is selected from one or more of dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trihydroxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride, dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride, N-dimethyl-N-octadecylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane quaternary ammonium salt.

5. A method of producing an antibacterial and antiviral condom as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the steps of:

a. mixing organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and water in a water bath tank to obtain a coating;

b. putting the condom into a water bath tank for soaking;

c. and taking out the condom, drying and packaging.

6. The production method according to claim 5, wherein the soaking temperature in the step b is 42 to 62 ℃.

7. The production method according to claim 5, wherein the soaking time in the step b is 12-28 min.

8. The method for producing a condom as claimed in claim 5, wherein the quaternary ammonium organosilicon salt is used in an amount of 2.5 to 5.5 wt% of the condom.

9. The production method according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the coating has a pH of 4.5 to 6.5.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the pH of the coating is adjusted by adding citric acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of rubber material products, in particular to an antibacterial and antiviral condom and a production method thereof.

Background

Condoms, also called condoms, achieve the effects of contraception and preventing the transmission of infectious diseases by establishing a physical barrier, however, in practical use, although condoms can block sperms, microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria and the like with smaller volume than the sperms still can penetrate the barrier to cause cross infection.

Chinese patent CN101491470 discloses a condom capable of releasing a microbial killing agent and inactivating AIDS virus, wherein benzalkonium chloride, benzalkonium bromide and other surfactants are used, and are not beneficial to human health if used for a long time; in addition, after some safety sleeves which are called to have antibacterial and antiviral effects on the market at present are stored for a long time, the antibacterial and antiviral effects are reduced, and the safety can not meet the requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides an antibacterial and antiviral condom, the surface of which is provided with a silicone coating; the preparation raw materials of the organic silicon coating comprise organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt and water.

As a preferable technical scheme, the condom is made of polyurethane or natural latex.

As a preferable technical scheme, the weight ratio of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt to the water is 1: (8-35).

As a preferred technical scheme, the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is selected from one or more of dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trihydroxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride, dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride and N, N-dimethyl-N-octadecylaminopropyl trimethoxy silane quaternary ammonium salt.

In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing an antibacterial and antiviral condom as described above, comprising the steps of:

a. mixing organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and water in a water bath tank to obtain a coating;

b. putting the condom into a water bath tank for soaking;

c. and taking out the condom, drying and packaging.

As a preferable technical scheme, the soaking temperature in the step b is 42-62 ℃.

As a preferable technical scheme, the soaking time in the step b is 12-28 min.

As a preferable technical scheme, the usage amount of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is 2.5-5.5 wt% of the condom.

As a preferable technical scheme, the pH value of the coating is 4.5-6.5.

As a preferable technical scheme, the pH value of the coating is adjusted by adding citric acid, acetic acid and hydrochloric acid.

Has the advantages that: the invention provides an antibacterial and antiviral condom and a production method thereof, wherein the condom is treated by adopting safe and non-irritant organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt, so that an antibacterial and antiviral coating is formed on the surface of the condom, and the antibacterial and antiviral condom has a long-term killing and inhibiting effect on bacteria and viruses, can also have a lubricating effect and has great application value.

In some preferred embodiments, the silicone quaternary ammonium salt is selected from one or more of dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trihydroxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride, dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride, N-dimethyl-N-octadecylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane quaternary ammonium salt; further preferably, the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is dimethyl octadecyl [3- (trihydroxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride or octadecyl dimethyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride.

Dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trihydroxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride, as used herein, is available from Syngnan chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride is DC-5700, produced by Dow Corning, USA.

The inventors have found, through intensive studies, that both dimethyloctadecyl [3- (trihydroxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride and octadecyldimethyl [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyl ] ammonium chloride can provide excellent and lasting antibacterial effects to condoms, and can improve the lubricity of condoms, the reason is that the two organosilicon quaternary ammonium salts are attached to the surface of the condom due to electrostatic attraction, long carbon chains in the compounds can penetrate into the interior of a polymer structure, the bonding force between the compounds and a base material is improved, the compounds can be condensed under specific conditions to crosslink to form a protective film on the surface of the base material, the protective film can interact with germs, viruses and the like to disturb normal life activities of the condom, has antibacterial and antiviral effects, has certain hydrophilicity, and improves the lubricating effect of the condom.

In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing an antibacterial and antiviral condom as described above, comprising the steps of:

a. mixing organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and water in a water bath tank to obtain a coating;

b. putting the condom into a water bath tank for soaking;

c. and taking out the condom, drying and packaging.

In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of the quaternary ammonium silicone salt to water is 1: (8-35).

The inventor has found in long-term practice that the bonding activity of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and the base material is excited under heating, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the antibacterial and antiviral effects are more durable, but outside the preferred temperature range, the production efficiency and the lasting effect are difficult to be improved simultaneously.

In some preferred embodiments, the soaking time in the step b is 12-28 min.

The inventor finds that the production efficiency and the persistence can be balanced within a certain time range, and particularly for condoms made of natural latex materials, the reaction of an organosilicon compound and a base material needs a long time and must be strictly controlled to ensure excellent resistance and persistence.

In some preferred embodiments, the amount of the quaternary ammonium silicone salt is 2.5 to 5.5 wt% of the condom.

The inventor finds that the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt is bonded with the surface of the condom, so that the antibacterial and antiviral active ingredients are saturated on the substrate within a certain dosage range, and the ineffective ingredients in water are increased along with the increase of the dosage, thereby causing the waste of raw materials.

In some preferred embodiments, the coating has a pH of 4.5 to 6.5.

In some preferred embodiments, the pH of the coating is adjusted by adding citric acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid.

In the research and development process of the inventor, the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt can greatly improve the persistence within a certain pH range, and the reasons are that the dehydration condensation of organosilicon compounds which are free in water under the condition of peracid or overbase is intensified, so that the protective film on the surface of the condom is incomplete, the binding force is poor, the antibacterial and antiviral effects are reduced, the condensation reaction rate of the organosilicon compounds under the condition of weak acid and weak base and the adsorption rate of the organosilicon compounds on the surface of the condom are balanced, and the persistence is improved. In addition, since the condom is in contact with the skin and vaginal mucosa, discomfort to the skin or mucosa can be reduced when the surface is weakly acidic.
