1. A handle, characterized in that the handle comprises:

the adult electrode assembly is provided with a limiting groove, and a sliding table is convexly arranged on the side wall of the limiting groove;

Technical Field

Background

The cardiac defibrillator mainly comprises a defibrillation charging and discharging circuit, an electrocardiosignal amplifying and displaying circuit, a control circuit, an electrocardiogram recorder, a power supply, a defibrillation electrode plate and the like, and is one of the rescue devices widely used clinically at present. The pulse current acts on the heart to implement electric shock treatment, eliminates arrhythmia and restores the sinus rhythm of the heart, and has the advantages of high curative effect, quick action, simple and convenient operation, safety compared with medicaments and the like. The electrode plate of defibrillating locates on the handle of defibrillating, and the handle of defibrillating is used for connecting defibrillator host computer and human body, and one of them type of handle of defibrillating is equipped with children's electrode board and adult's electrode board simultaneously, when needing to use children's electrode board, need dismantle adult's electrode board, and in the correlation technique, adult's electrode board can be dismantled and connect in children's electrode board, and connection structure is too complicated, has increased manufacturing cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a handle and a defibrillator, and aims to realize the quick assembly and disassembly of an adult electrode assembly through a simple structure.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a handle comprising:

the adult electrode assembly is provided with a limiting groove, and a sliding table is convexly arranged on the side wall of the limiting groove;

the handle body is provided with a child electrode plate, the handle body is also provided with a sliding groove and a first clamping and locking groove which are arranged at intervals, and the sliding groove is in sliding fit with the sliding table; and

the buckle assembly is arranged on the adult electrode assembly and provided with a clamping protrusion;

the clamping assembly is provided with a first state that the clamping protrusion is clamped with the first clamping and locking groove and a second state that the clamping protrusion is separated from the first clamping and locking groove;

when the handle is in a first state, part of the handle body is limited in the limiting groove, and the sliding groove is clamped and limited with the sliding table, so that the child electrode plate is electrically connected with the adult electrode assembly;

when the handle body is in the second state, the sliding table can slide relative to the sliding groove, so that the handle body is separated from the limiting groove.

In an embodiment of the invention, the adult electrode assembly is further provided with a second locking groove arranged at an interval with the limiting groove; a button notch is formed in the side wall of the second clamping and locking groove;

the buckle subassembly includes:

the buckle body is movably arranged in the second buckle locking groove; the clamping bulge is convexly arranged on one side of the buckle body, which is far away from the bottom wall of the second clamping and locking groove;

The invention also provides a defibrillator which comprises a defibrillator monitor and the handle, wherein the handle is electrically connected with the defibrillator monitor, the defibrillator monitor is provided with the handle clamping groove, the handle clamping groove is internally provided with a spring plate, and an adult electrode assembly of the handle is accommodated in the handle clamping groove and is abutted against the spring plate.

According to the technical scheme, the handle realizes detachable connection of the adult electrode assembly and the handle body through the buckle assembly, and the clamping protrusion on the buckle assembly and the first clamping locking groove are in two states, so that clamping or separation of the handle body and the adult electrode assembly is realized, namely the adult electrode assembly is detachable. The invention realizes the clamping and the separation of the handle body and the adult electrode assembly by arranging the sliding groove, the sliding table and the clamping bulge, has simple structure and convenient operation, and reduces the production cost.

the buckle assembly 3 has a first state in which the clamping protrusion 311 is clamped with the first clamping groove 12 and a second state in which the clamping protrusion 311 is separated from the first clamping groove 12;

in the first state, part of the handle body 1 is limited in the limiting groove 20, and the sliding groove 111 is clamped and limited with the sliding table 216, so that the child electrode plate 4 is electrically connected with the adult electrode assembly 2;

in the second state, the sliding table 216 can slide relative to the sliding groove 111, so that the handle body 1 is separated from the limiting groove 20.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, a yielding notch 2154 is formed on a side wall of the limiting groove 20 away from the fastening component 3;

in the second state, the sliding table 216 slides along the sliding groove 111, so that the handle body 1 is separated from the abdicating notch 2153 by the limiting groove 20.

It can be understood that, the arrangement of the abdicating notch 2154 can ensure that the part of the handle body 1 limited by the limiting groove 20 can smoothly separate from the limiting groove 20 when the first limiting component is pulled to separate the first limiting component from the handle body 1.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a connecting boss 215 is convexly disposed on a side of the second electrode assembly facing the handle body 1, and the connecting boss 215 is provided with the limiting groove 20.

Optionally, the connecting boss 215 includes a first side wall 2152, a second side wall 2152 and a third side wall 2153, and the first side wall 2152, the third side wall 2153 and the second side wall 2152 are connected in sequence and enclose the limiting groove 20 with the abdicating gap 2154; the first side wall 2152 and the second side wall 2152 are arranged in parallel, the first side wall 2152 and the second side wall 2152 are respectively provided with the sliding tables 216, the two sliding tables 216 are arranged in parallel, and each sliding table 216 extends to the adjacent abdicating notch 2154 from the adjacent third side wall 2153.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the clamping assembly and the abdicating notch 2154 are oppositely disposed, and the clamping assembly is disposed on a side of the third side wall 2153 away from the limiting groove 20, so as to improve the operation convenience when the adult electrode assembly 2 is detached and installed. When the adult electrode assembly 2 is disassembled, the clamping assembly is pressed down to separate the clamping protrusion 311 from the first clamping locking groove 12, meanwhile, the adult electrode assembly 2 is directly dragged, the sliding table 216 slides along the sliding groove 111 until the handle body 1 is separated from the limiting groove 20 from the abdicating notch 2154, and the purpose that the adult electrode assembly 2 is separated from the handle body 1 is achieved.

When the adult electrode assembly 2 is installed, the abdicating notch 2154 is directly aligned with the handle body 1, the sliding table 216 corresponds to the sliding groove 111, the second electrode assembly is pushed, and the sliding table 216 slides along the sliding groove 111 until the clamping protrusion 311 slides into the first clamping locking groove 12, so that the purpose that the adult electrode assembly 2 is installed on the handle body 1 is achieved. The third side wall 2153 can limit the movement limit position of the handle body 1, so that the handle body can be positioned and limited, and meanwhile, the handle body can be limited when the clamping protrusion 311 fails.

In this embodiment, the direction of the central line of the first locking groove 12 is perpendicular to the length direction of the sliding groove 111, i.e. the moving direction of the locking protrusion 311 relative to the adult electrode assembly 2 is perpendicular to the length direction of the sliding table 216. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the adult electrode assembly 2 is further provided with a second locking groove 211 spaced apart from the limiting groove 20; a button notch 212 is formed in the side wall of the second locking groove 211;

the buckle assembly 3 comprises a buckle body 31, an elastic member 32 and a button 33, wherein the buckle body 31 is movably arranged in the second buckle groove 211; the clamping protrusion 311 is convexly arranged on one side of the buckle body 31 departing from the bottom wall of the second clamping and locking groove 211; two ends of the elastic member 32 are respectively elastically connected with the bottom walls of the buckle body 31 and the second locking groove 211; the button 33 is connected with the buckle body 31 and movably penetrates through the button notch 212.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the fastening portion 34 includes two fastening plates 341 connected to the fastening body 31, and the two fastening plates 341 are disposed at an interval; one end of each clamping plate 341, which is far away from the buckle body 31, faces the other clamping plate 341, and a clamping hook 342 is convexly arranged, and the two clamping hooks 342 are arranged at intervals; the two hooks 342 and the two clamping plates 341 enclose to form the clamping groove 343.

It can be understood that two spaced clamping plates 341 are provided, and when the clamping limiting block slides into the clamping groove 343 from the gap between the clamping hooks 342 in the process of installing the buckle body 31 in the second clamping groove 211, the clamping plates 341 have certain elastic deformation to ensure that the clamping limiting block smoothly slides into the clamping groove 343.

In this embodiment, one side of the hook 342 facing the clamping limiting block is an inclined surface and is inclined toward the clamping groove 343. When being convenient for install the buckle body 31, the clamping part 34 is smoothly clamped with the clamping limiting block.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, a side of the clamping protrusion 311 facing away from the adult electrode assembly 2 is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is inclined toward the limiting groove 20.

It can be understood that, during the process of mounting the adult electrode assembly 2, the adult electrode assembly 2 moves along the sliding groove 111, then the side of the clamping protrusion 311 adjacent to the limiting groove 20 contacts with the outer wall of the first clamping groove 12 first, then the clamping protrusion 311 slides relative to the outer wall of the first clamping groove 12, and the clamping protrusion 311 slides into the first clamping groove 12 along the outer wall of the first clamping groove 12.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a guiding column 312 is protruded from a bottom wall of the buckle body 31 facing the second buckle slot 211, and the guiding column 312 is used for mounting the elastic member 32, so as to realize positioning mounting and telescopic guiding of the elastic member 32.

Optionally, the elastic member 32 is a spring.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the adult electrode assembly 2 includes an adult electrode holder 21 and an adult electrode plate 22, the adult electrode holder 21 is provided with the limiting groove 20; the bottom wall of the limiting groove 20 is provided with a mounting hole 214; the adult electrode plate 22 is arranged on the adult electrode fixing frame 21, and partially penetrates through the mounting hole 214 and extends into the limiting groove 20.

It will be appreciated that the adult electrode holder 21 provides a mounting base for the adult electrode plate 22, and also provides a connection base for the connection of the adult electrode assembly 2 to the handle body 1. By providing the mounting hole 214, the adult electrode plate 22 partially passes through the mounting hole 214 and abuts against the pediatric electrode plate 4, so that the adult electrode plate 22 is electrically connected with the pediatric electrode plate 4.

In this embodiment, the connecting protrusion is disposed on the adult electrode fixing frame 21.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the adult electrode holder 21 is provided with a guide groove 218, the guide groove 218 communicates with the limiting groove 20 through the abdicating notch 2154, and the guide groove 218 extends from a position adjacent to the abdicating notch 2154 to the edge of the adult electrode holder 21 along the length direction of the sliding table 216. The guide groove 218 may provide a positioning function at the beginning of the installation of the adult electrode assembly 2, and the guide groove 218 is first aligned with the handle body 1, and then the handle body 1 is moved along the guide groove 218 to the sliding table 216 to be inserted into the sliding groove 111.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of first assembling holes 217 are formed on the periphery of the adult electrode holder 21;

the adult electrode plate 22 comprises a panel part 223 and a contact part 222, wherein the periphery of the panel part 223 is provided with a plurality of first assembling bosses 221; each first assembling boss 221 is matched with the first assembling hole 217 in a clamping mode; the contact portion 222 is provided on a side of the panel portion 223 facing the adult electrode holder 21; the middle portion of the contact portion 222 is arched and extends into the limiting groove 20 through the mounting hole 214.

It can be understood that the stable connection of the adult electrode plate 22 and the adult electrode holder 21 is achieved by providing the plurality of first fitting holes 217 and the plurality of first fitting bosses 221. The abutting of the panel portion 223 against the child electrode plate 4 is achieved by the raised contact portion 222, and in the case where the abutting is achieved electrically, the panel portion 223 is ensured to be a flat panel.

In this embodiment, the first assembling boss 221 is a sheet-shaped plate, a first assembling block is arranged in the first assembling hole 217, a gap is formed between the first assembling block and one side wall of the first assembling hole 217, and the first assembling boss 221 passes through the gap and then is bent and attached to the first assembling block, so that the connection between the adult electrode plate 22 and the adult electrode fixing frame 21 is realized.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the handle body 1 includes a framework 13, a child electrode fixing frame 11 and an operating assembly 14, the child electrode fixing frame 11 is disposed on the framework 13, the child electrode fixing frame 11 has an installation cavity 112 with an opening at one end, and a side of the child electrode fixing frame 11 away from the installation cavity 112 is concavely provided with the sliding groove 111 and the first latch groove 12; the child electrode plate 4 is arranged in the mounting cavity 112 and is adjacent to the opening; the operating component 14 is arranged on one side of the framework 13, which is far away from the child electrode fixing frame 11;

in the first state, the child electrode holder 11 is limited in the limiting groove 20, so that the child electrode plate 4 abuts against the contact portion 222.

The framework 13 is a fixed supporting foundation; the child electrode holder 11 provides a mounting base for the child electrode pads 4 and also for the adult electrode assembly 2. An operation assembly 14 is arranged on one side of the framework 13, which is far away from the child electrode fixing frame 11, and is used for arranging relevant defibrillation parts and realizing the defibrillation function of the handle 100.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the peripheral side of the child electrode plate 4 is provided with a second assembling hole 41, the peripheral wall of the mounting cavity 112 is provided with a second assembling boss 113, and the second assembling hole 41 is in adaptive engagement with the second assembling boss 113.

In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the peripheral wall of the mounting cavity 112 is provided with a plurality of limiting convex ribs 114, one end of each limiting convex rib 114 adjacent to the opening is provided with a limiting slot, the peripheral side of the child electrode plate 4 is inserted into the limiting slot, and the limiting slot provides positioning and limiting for the mounting of the child electrode plate 4.

The present invention further provides a defibrillator, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the defibrillator includes a defibrillator monitor 200 and the above-mentioned handle 100, the specific structure of the handle 100 refers to the above-mentioned embodiments, and since the defibrillator adopts all the technical solutions of all the above-mentioned embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above-mentioned embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here. The handle 100 is electrically connected to the defibrillator monitor 200, the defibrillator monitor 200 is provided with the handle slot 210, the handle slot 210 is internally provided with the spring piece 220, and the adult electrode assembly 2 of the handle 100 is accommodated in the handle slot 210 and abuts against the spring piece 220.

In this embodiment, the number of the handles 100 is two, which are the left handle 300 and the right handle 400, the left handle 300 and the right handle 100 are connected through a wire, and the defibrillation monitor 200 provides power for the left handle 300 and the right handle 400. Naturally, the handle 100 is placed in the handle clamping groove 210 of the defibrillator monitor 200, and the elastic sheet 220 is arranged between the bottom wall of the handle clamping groove 210 and the adult electrode assembly 2, so that the electric charge in the adult electrode assembly 2 can be led out, and the electric shock of a carrier is avoided. In one embodiment, the elastic sheet 220 is disposed on the panel portion 223 of the adult electrode assembly 2 and the bottom wall of the handle slot 210, and the elastic sheet 220 can conduct the electric charge in the panel portion 223 to avoid causing an electric shock to the carrier. If the handle 100 of the adult electrode assembly 2 is detached, the spring piece 220 is arranged on the bottom wall of the child electrode plate 4 and the handle clamping groove 210, and the spring piece 220 can lead out the electric charges in the child electrode plate 4 so as to prevent a carrier from getting an electric shock.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the operation assembly 14 includes a left casing assembly 310, as shown in fig. 8, the left casing assembly 310 includes a left substrate 320, a left shock button 330, a left add-subtract button 340 and a left casing 350, the left casing 350 covers the framework 13, the left substrate 320, the left shock button 330 and the left add-subtract button 340 are disposed on the left casing 350 and electrically connected to the left substrate 320, and the components of the left casing assembly 310 are mounted and configured in the prior art, for example, an indicator light and a button are disposed on the left casing 350, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the operation component 14 includes a right casing component 410, as shown in fig. 9, the right casing component 410 includes a right substrate 420, a right shock button 440, a right charging button 430, and a right casing 450, the right casing 450 covers another framework 13, the right substrate 420, the right shock button 440, and the right add-subtract button are disposed on the right casing 450 and electrically connected to the right substrate 420, and the installation and setting of the components of the right casing component 410 are prior art, and will not be described herein again.

In this embodiment, the frame structures of the handle bodies 1 of the two handles 100 are completely the same, only the operating components 14 are not provided, the handle body 1 of the present invention can be formed by a set of mold, and then the operating components 14 are respectively installed, so that the mold is reduced, and the mold cost is low.

In this embodiment, skeleton 13 is whole to be the L type, and skeleton 13 and operation subassembly 14 combination back, the surface is whole to be the circular arc transition, guarantees the comfort level that the operation was experienced. And the full plastic shell is adopted, so that the safety of an operator is ensured under the insulation condition.

The keys on the surfaces of the left shell 350 and the right shell 450 are silica gel keys, and the peripheries of the keys are sealed and waterproof by sealing strips, so that the internal substrate is protected from being influenced by the environment.

In the embodiment, the external defibrillation monitor 200 supplies power to the handle 100, the indicating lamp on the handle 100 can display the contact degree between the handle 100 and the patient, and the keys on the handle 100 can control the corresponding current and voltage intensity, so as to achieve an ideal treatment state.
