The lost foam is also called wax mold, is a common casting mode, and is a new process with near-allowance-free and accurate molding, and the process does not need to take a mold, a parting surface and a sand core, so that the casting has no flash, burr and draft, the dimension error caused by the combination of the core is reduced, and the lost foam is suitable for casting high-precision castings. The investment precision casting mainly comprises the procedures of manufacturing a mould, manufacturing a wax mould, manufacturing a shell mould and then drying, roasting, pouring, solidifying and the like; the main processes and the technology in the shell manufacturing process are as follows: 1. degreasing and degreasing the module; 2. coating and sanding on the module; 3. drying and hardening the shell; 4. melting lost pattern from the shell; 5. and (5) roasting the shell.

s3, draining the paint: closing the paint pump 54 and the valve 55, stepping on the traction roller 45 or the pedal 47 by a foot to quickly apply downward pressure to the traction roller 45, driving the extension rod 42 to turn downwards by the square tube 41 through the telescopic rod 43, pulling the traction rope 46 at the moment, driving the first grid plate 21 to gradually move upwards by the movable pulley 24 under the action of the traction rope 46, so as to lift the whole placing cage 20, keep the stepping action, remove part of external force, and lower the placing cage 20 under the action of self weight, so as to repeatedly drain the redundant paint on the surface of the wax mould, thereby enabling the paint on the surface of the mould set to be more uniform;

s4 taking out the wax mold: the horizontal pipe 52 is horizontally rotated by 90 degrees, the spray header 53 is not positioned right above the placing cage 20 any more, the force acting on the traction roller 45 or the pedal plate 47 is increased, so that the pulling force on the traction rope 46 is increased, the height of the placing cage 20 gradually rises, the separating mechanisms 25 are sequentially opened, the wax molds are loaded and taken out, when one group of separating mechanisms 25 is opened, the traction roller 45 or the pedal plate 47 is stepped downwards for a certain distance, and the placing cage 20 rises for a certain height along with the ascending until all the wax molds on the first grid plate 21 are taken out.
