Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a degradable bag, and especially relates to an organ-shaped degradable bag and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Plastic bags (Plastic bags) are bags made of plastics (commonly used plastics include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, nylon and the like) as main raw materials, are essential articles in daily life of people, and are often used for containing other articles. It is widely used because of its advantages of low cost, extremely light weight, large capacity, and easy storage. The plastic brings convenience to the life of people and brings difficult-to-collect aftertroubles to the environment, and the disaster of the plastic to the environment is called as 'white pollution'. Plastics are chemical petroleum products extracted from petroleum or coal and once produced are difficult to degrade naturally. The annual output of plastics in China is 3000 ten thousand tons, and the consumption is over 600 ten thousand tons. If the plastic bags are calculated according to 15% of the plastic waste amount per year, the plastic waste amount is 1500 million tons all over the world, the annual plastic waste amount in China is more than 100 million tons, and the proportion of the waste plastic in the garbage accounts for 40%, so that a large amount of waste plastic is buried underground as garbage, and undoubtedly, greater pressure is brought to the cultivable land which is originally lacked. The plastic is buried underground for 200 years without being decomposed and degraded, and a large amount of plastic wastes are buried underground, so that the permeability of the soil can be damaged, the soil is hardened, and the growth of plants is influenced. If the livestock eats the mixed feed by mistake or the plastic remained in the field, the livestock can also die due to obstruction of the digestive tract.

Aiming at the problem of plastic bags, a plurality of countries adopt methods of incineration (thermal energy regeneration) or reprocessing manufacturing (product regeneration) to treat waste plastics. The two methods can recycle the waste plastics, thereby achieving the purpose of saving resources. However, in the prior art, because the waste plastics can generate harmful gas to human bodies when being incinerated or reprocessed, and pollute the environment, the treatment of the waste plastics is still a great problem in environmental protection work.
