At present, the rescue of falling from high altitude can only be realized by laying an air bag or erecting a lifting platform on the ground, but the two rescue measures are actually only effective for floors with lower height from the perspective of rescue results, and the situation that the rescue is not successful can still occur when the floor is high. Although some parachutes for high-altitude self rescue appear in the market, the parachutes are complex in structure, the requirements on the operation skills of users are met when the parachutes are used, the parachutes are inconvenient to use, meanwhile, the arrangement among floors of the existing high-rise building is dense, the space between the buildings is small, the use of the parachutes is influenced, and the use difficulty of the parachutes is increased invisibly.

(3) The invention is also provided with the anti-overturn pull rod and the limiting baffle, which can prevent the umbrella body from turning outwards and provide guarantee for the umbrella body to keep the working state in the falling process.

(4) When the invention is applied to high-altitude escape, the umbrella body and the slow descending body can generate double descending resistance, thereby providing double guarantee for realizing slow descending for users.

Detailed Description

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the high-altitude escape parachute of the invention comprises a parachute body 1 and a descent control body 2 arranged at the top of the parachute body 1 and used for generating descent resistance, wherein the top of the parachute body 1 is provided with an air inlet channel for introducing air into the descent control body 2, and the descent control body 2 has an initial natural state attached to the outside of the parachute body 1 and a stretched descent control state floating above the parachute body 1 during high-altitude escape.

When the slow descending body 2 is in an initial natural state, the slow descending body 2 is in a shriveled state. The initial natural state of the descent control body 2 has two forms, one is a retracted form (as shown in fig. 2) in which the umbrella body 1 is retracted, and the other is an extended form (as shown in fig. 3) in which the umbrella body is extended and laid on the outer surface of the umbrella body. When a user uses the invention to escape, the umbrella body 1 needs to be opened first, and the slow descending body 2 is paved on the outer surface of the umbrella body 1.

The slowly descending body 2 is in a slowly descending state as shown in fig. 1, 4, and 5.

The movable joint 14 can move along the pole length direction of the umbrella pole 13, the limit baffle 16 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the umbrella pole 13, the movable joint 14 is limited by the limit baffle 16 to move towards the top of the umbrella pole 13, the anti-turnover pull rods 15 correspond to the umbrella ribs 12 one by one, one end of each anti-turnover pull rod 15 is hinged to the movable joint 14, and the other end of each anti-turnover pull rod is hinged to the corresponding umbrella rib 12.

The umbrella cloth 11 is preferably made of nylon materials, and the nylon materials have the characteristics of wind tightness, light weight and high strength, and can meet the application requirements of the high-altitude escape umbrella.

The umbrella ribs 12, the umbrella rods 13, the movable joints 14, the anti-overturn pull rods 15, the limiting baffle plates 16 and the fixed joints 17 can be made of titanium alloy or aviation aluminum materials with the characteristics of high strength and light weight.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4 to 6, the fixed joint 17 is further provided with an installation groove 172 for facilitating the fixed installation of the descent control body 2.

In one embodiment, the descent control body 2 is a balloon member. In this embodiment, the descent control body 2 is a balloon which is formed by profiling a balloon in a hot air balloon, and a balloon opening of the balloon is tightened at the mounting groove 172.

Of course, the descent control body 2 may be a balloon with other shapes.

In an embodiment, the descent control body 2 is an umbrella, the descent control body 2 includes an umbrella cover 21 and a plurality of umbrella ropes 22 for generating descent resistance, and the umbrella cover 21 is fixedly connected to the mounting grooves 172 of the fixing joints 17 through the umbrella ropes 22. In the present embodiment, the design of the descent control body 2 is based on the design of the canopy and the cord in the parachute or paraglider.

The canopy 21 may be contoured with a parachute canopy or with a paraglider canopy.

The shape of the umbrella cover 21 after being unfolded can be one of a hemisphere shape, a frustum shape and a umbrella shape.

Of course, the shape of the canopy 21 is not limited to the above-listed shapes, and may be other shapes.

The umbrella rope 22 is a flat hoisting rope, and the maximum bearing capacity is three hundred kilograms.

The slow descending body 2 can be further provided with decorative designs such as patterns and colors.

The umbrella body 1 in the invention can be a straight umbrella (also called straight rod umbrella) or a folding umbrella.

When the umbrella body 1 is a folding umbrella, the umbrella ribs 12 are folding umbrella ribs, the umbrella ribs 12 comprise a first umbrella rib 121 and a second umbrella rib 122 which are hinged, the second umbrella rib 122 is positioned at the outer side of the first umbrella rib 121, and the anti-turnover pull rod 15 is connected to the first umbrella rib 121; the umbrella body 1 further comprises a plurality of anti-turning-over pulling ropes 18 for preventing the part of the umbrella cloth 11 corresponding to the second umbrella ribs 122 from turning over, the anti-turning-over pulling ropes 18 correspond to the second umbrella ribs 122 one to one, one end of each anti-turning-over pulling rope 18 is connected to the movable joint 14, and the other end of each anti-turning-over pulling rope 18 is connected to the corresponding second umbrella rib 122.

When the umbrella body 1 is a folding umbrella, the movable joint 14 is designed to be a little longer than the movable joint 14 in a straight umbrella, when the folding umbrella is opened, the anti-overturn pulling rope 18 is in the longest length state (tensed state), and the end of the anti-overturn pulling rope 18 connected with the second umbrella rib 122 is higher than the end connected with the movable joint 14, so that the anti-overturn function of the anti-overturn pulling rope 18 is realized through the design.

The anti-turning rope 18 may be a steel wire rope with a steel wire inside the rope.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an umbrella handle assembly 19 is disposed at an end of the umbrella rod 13 away from the descent control body 2, and the umbrella handle assembly 19 includes a hanging ring 191 and a sleeve 192 connected to the umbrella rod 13. The sleeve 192 and the umbrella rod 13 are completely fixed and limited by splines, the lowest sliding weight between the sleeve 192 and the umbrella rod 13 is not less than two hundred kilograms, the hanging ring 191 is positioned at the bottom of the sleeve 192, and the wrist rope 3 sleeved on the wrist of a user is hung in the hanging ring 191. The arrangement of the wrist rope 3 is convenient for a user to tightly hold the umbrella handle assembly 19 when the user is escaping from high altitude.

The hanging ring 191 can also be used for hanging a safety vest, and a user can wear the safety vest when using the safety vest hanging device, and then hang the safety vest in the hanging ring 191 through the hook, so that the user can be further prevented from separating from the safety vest hanging device, and the safety of the user during high-altitude escape is further guaranteed.

The lower part of the umbrella rod 13 is provided with a positioning hole, the movable joint 14 is provided with an elastic positioning component, and when the umbrella body 1 is folded, the elastic positioning component on the movable joint 14 and the positioning hole form positioning fit, so that the umbrella body 1 can be kept in a folded state.

The invention is also provided with an anti-turnover pull rod, a limit baffle and an anti-turnover pull rope, the anti-turnover design can avoid the umbrella body from turning outwards, and guarantee is provided for the umbrella body to keep a working state (an opening state) in the falling process.
