The sludge is made into granular fertilizer by drying or is made into mixed fertilizer by adding chemical fertilizer at the same time, and the method enters the market for sale, thereby achieving the purposes of safety, convenient use and sludge treatment cost balance. However, since the amount of moisture contained in the sludge is at least eighty percent of the total weight, the drying treatment has certain difficulty.

The microwave drying is to dry the water in the materials by a microwave heating method. The microwave has penetrating performance to heat the material inside and outside simultaneously, so that the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the material is small, the material is heated uniformly, and the drying quality of the material is greatly improved. However, the existing sludge stays in the microwave drying device for a fixed time, if the thickness of the sludge is too large, the moisture of the sludge positioned at the bottom layer is difficult to overflow sufficiently during drying, the dried sludge still contains a large amount of moisture, and the drying effect is poor.

Further, the inner side wall of the portal frame is symmetrically provided with obliquely arranged sliding grooves, and two sides of each oblique baffle are provided with sealing strips capable of being in dynamic sealing connection with the sliding grooves. The moving direction of the inclined baffle is limited by the arrangement of the sliding groove, and the sludge can be prevented from entering the gap between the sliding groove and the inclined baffle by the arrangement of the sealing strip.
