1. A preparation method of a fibroin functional layer for improving the allergy of a mask is disclosed, wherein the fibroin functional layer is prepared from fibroin, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) degumming silk by a conventional degumming method to prepare a fibroin solution;

2) placing the fibroin solution at a certain temperature for temperature treatment;

3) uniformly mixing the fibroin solution subjected to temperature treatment with a cross-linking agent and alcohol;

4) coating the mixed solution obtained in the step (3) on a corresponding mould, and freeze-drying;

5) and (3) carrying out curing treatment on the dried fibroin material to obtain a corresponding fibroin functional layer.

2. The silk protein functional layer for improving allergy of a mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the silk protein solution obtained in the step 1) has a concentration of 0.05-20%.

3. The silk protein functional layer for improving the allergy of the mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the silk protein solution of step 2) is treated at a temperature of 40-90 ℃.

4. The functional fibroin layer for improving allergy of a mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent in step 3) is one or a mixture of alginate and starch.

5. The functional fibroin layer for improving mask allergy according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol in step 3) is one or a mixture of two or more of ethylene glycol, glycerol and tert-butyl alcohol.

6. The fibroin functional layer for improving the allergy of the mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the fibroin, the alcohol and the cross-linking agent aqueous solution in the step 3) is 1 (0.2-15): (10-30).

7. The silk protein functional layer for improving allergy of a mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the freeze-drying time in the step 4) is 40-80 hours.

8. The silk protein functional layer for improving the allergy of the mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the silk protein curing treatment time in the step 5) is 20-100 hours.

9. The chitosan porous functional layer of the dustproof and bacteriostatic mask prepared according to any of the preparation methods of claims 1 to 8, wherein the thickness of the functional layer material is 0.5 to 5 mm, the pore diameter is 150 to 400 μm, and the porosity is 85% or more.

For people, when epidemic situation is prevented, it is a basic requirement that protective tools are worn for self protection and trip, and protective articles such as masks and the like are out of stock once. Meanwhile, the epidemic situation improves the hygiene habits of people, and people can keep the habit of wearing the mask in public places for a long time, so that the development of the high-quality protective mask has wide application prospect and has very important significance for the current healthy life of people all over the world and even the future.

Although various different types of protective masks exist in the market, the mainstream products in the market still have the defects of poor air permeability and moisture permeability and the like. In this epidemic situation, a large amount of medical workers are exposed to the shortcomings of the existing protective products due to the fact that protective equipment is worn for a long time: poor air and moisture permeability and no skin affinity. The silk is natural protein fiber, contains 18 amino acids, wherein leucine can accelerate metabolism of cells, serine and threonine can delay skin aging, and tryptophan and tyrosine can absorb ultraviolet rays, so that various excellent functions of silk fibroin are transferred to the fiber for taking in the way of facing to human bodies, the skin of the human bodies is cared, the human bodies have healthy skin, and the concept of green consumption of the human bodies in the new century is met.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a fibroin functional layer for improving the allergy of a mask and a preparation method thereof, and the steps are as follows:

Preferably, the alcohol in step 3) is one or a mixture of more than two of ethylene glycol, glycerol and tert-butyl alcohol.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the fibroin, the alcohol and the cross-linking agent aqueous solution in the step 3) is 1 (0.2-15): (10-30).

Preferably, the freeze-drying time in the step 4) is 40-80 hours.

Preferably, the curing treatment time of the fibroin in the step 5) is 20-100 hours.

The anti-allergic fibroin porous functional layer prepared by the preparation method has the thickness of 0.5-5 mm, the pore diameter of 150-400 mu m and the porosity of more than 85 percent

The invention designs the mask functional layer material which takes fibroin as the raw material and has good moisture absorption, ventilation and bacteriostasis properties, and the mask functional layer material at least has the following advantages:

1) the fibroin porous material has uniform microstructure and high porosity, and more importantly, the design of the material greatly improves the moisture absorption and air permeability of the mask, so that the aim of improving the allergy of the mask is fulfilled.

2) The process has good controllability of raw materials and preparation, good degradability of the fibroin and meets the requirements of green and environmental protection in China.
