1. A hollow block, comprising: the hollow brick body, the adjacent both sides of hollow brick body become the radian, the radian corresponds the central angle and is 5 ~ 40.

2. The hollow brick as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjacent two sides of the hollow brick body are two adjacent long sides forming a radian, and the radian corresponds to a central angle of 5-40 °.

5. A method for preparing a hollow brick according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:

preparing a mould: firstly, preparing a rectangular model frame, then respectively fixing an upper radian plate on 4 edges of the rectangular model frame along the long edge, then removing 4 prisms of the model frame corresponding to the radian plates, wherein the top of each radian plate protrudes out of the model frame, the bottom of each radian plate is flush with the bottom edge of the model frame, and then fixing the radian plates and the rectangular model frame on a bottom plate to form a hollow brick mold;

and (3) reinforcing the die: fixing and sealing the periphery of the hollow brick mould, and opening the upper end of the hollow brick mould for filling the filler;

and (3) filling the reinforced hollow brick mold with the hollow brick filler, compacting, molding and fixing for 3-5 days, removing the mold, and continuing to maintain for 5-10 days.

6. A method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the base plate has at least 1 cylindrical post mounted thereon, the post being oriented along the length of the block.

7. A method for preparing a hollow brick according to claim 5, wherein the hollow brick filler comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45-70% of coal gangue powder, 10-25% of adhesive and other short fibers.

8. A method of making a hollow block as claimed in claim 7, wherein the binder is cement.

Technical Field

One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of air brick technology, and more particularly, to an air brick and a method for manufacturing the same.

Background

The hollow brick is a main wall material commonly used in the construction industry in recent years, and has become a product recommended by the national construction department due to the advantages of light weight, less consumption of raw materials and the like. The total area of the holes of the hollow brick accounts for the percentage of the brick area, and generally the total area of the holes of the hollow brick is more than 15%. Compared with solid bricks, the hollow bricks can save a large amount of soil for land and fuel for brick burning, and reduce the transportation weight; the labor intensity in brick making and building is reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated; the self weight of the building is reduced, the number of building layers is increased, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

The prior hollow bricks are divided into a plurality of types according to different materials, but the preparation method and the shape of the prior hollow bricks are almost different no matter how the types are, for example, the patent of application No. 201810361988.2 discloses a fabric concrete combined building block and a preparation method, the preparation method disclosed by the patent breaks through the inconvenience of conventional extrusion forming and maintenance, but the shape of the brick prepared by the disclosed method is still conventional.

The inventor of this application discovers, and the hollow of using at present changes especially the hollow brick of cuboid, and the corner is the vertically, and the limit phenomenon of colliding with not only appears easily, and at the in-process of building a wall, and the mud dynamics of hanging in vertical direction is relatively poor, appears easily taking off mud, or the phenomenon that can't hang certainly, the going on of not using the construction.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a hollow brick and a method for manufacturing the same, so as to solve the problem of poor knocking and mud hanging strength in the prior art.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a hollow block comprising: the hollow brick body, the adjacent both sides of hollow brick body become the radian, the radian corresponds the central angle and is 5 ~ 40.

Optionally, the adjacent both sides of hollow brick body are adjacent two long limits and become the radian, the radian corresponds central angle and is 5 ~ 40.

Optionally, the adjacent two long limits of hollow brick body become the radian, the radian corresponds central angle 10 ~ 35.

Optionally, two adjacent long sides of the hollow brick body form a radian, and the radian corresponds to 30 degrees of the central angle.

A preparation method of a hollow brick comprises the following steps:

preparing a mould: firstly, preparing a rectangular model frame, then respectively fixing an upper radian plate on 4 edges of the rectangular model frame along the long edge, then removing 4 prisms of the model frame corresponding to the radian plates, wherein the tops of the radian plates protrude out of the model frame, the bottoms of the radian plates are flush with the bottom edges of the model frame, and then fixing the radian plates and the model frame on a bottom plate to form a hollow brick mold;

and (3) reinforcing the die: fixing and sealing the periphery of the hollow brick mould, and opening the upper end of the hollow brick mould for filling the filler;

and (3) filling the reinforced hollow brick mold with the hollow brick filler, compacting, molding and fixing for 3-5 days, removing the mold, and continuing to maintain for 5-10 days.

Optionally, at least 1 cylindrical column is installed on the bottom plate, and the column direction is along the length direction of the hollow brick.

Optionally, the hollow brick filler comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45-70% of coal gangue powder, 10-25% of adhesive and other short fibers.

Optionally, the binder is cement.

From the above, it can be seen that according to the air brick and the preparation method thereof provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the adjacent two sides of the air brick directly adopt the arc structure, and performance tests show that the central angle corresponding to the arc is within the range of 5-40 °, the compressive strength of the prepared air brick is equivalent to that of a normal rectangular air brick, but mud hanging degree is significantly increased, and simultaneously under the same pressure impact, the edge collision phenomenon is significantly reduced.

Detailed Description

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, corners of hollow rotary hollow bricks, especially rectangular hollow bricks, are vertical, the phenomenon of edge knocking is easy to occur, in the process of building a wall, the mud hanging force in the vertical direction is poor, mud is easy to fall off, or the hollow bricks can not be hung on the wall, and the whole or part of the problems of construction are not utilized, the invention provides a hollow brick, which comprises: the hollow brick body, the adjacent both sides of hollow brick body become the radian, and the radian corresponds the central angle and is 5 ~ 40.

Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the hollow brick, which comprises the following steps:

preparing a mould: firstly, preparing a rectangular model frame, then respectively fixing an upper radian plate on 4 edges of the rectangular model frame along the long edge, then removing 4 prisms of the model frame corresponding to the radian plates, wherein the tops of the radian plates protrude out of the model frame, the bottoms of the radian plates are flush with the bottom edges of the model frame, and then fixing the radian plates and the model frame on a bottom plate to form a hollow brick mold;

and (3) reinforcing the die: fixing and sealing the periphery of the hollow brick mould, and opening the upper end of the hollow brick mould for filling the filler;

and (3) filling the reinforced hollow brick mold with the hollow brick filler, compacting, molding and fixing for 3-5 days, removing the mold, and continuing to maintain for 5-10 days.

The adjacent two sides of the hollow brick are of the arc structures directly, and performance tests show that the central angles corresponding to the arcs are within the range of 5-40 degrees, the compressive strength of the prepared hollow brick is equivalent to that of a normal rectangular hollow brick, but mud hanging degree is obviously increased, and simultaneously under the same pressure impact, the edge collision phenomenon is obviously reduced.

Meanwhile, in the preparation method, the special mold is adopted for preparing the hollow brick, the whole preparation process is simple, the mold is simple to assemble and can be repeatedly used, waste materials cannot be produced, the utilization rate of raw materials is improved, and the cost is reduced.

Specifically, for example, the hollow brick provided by the embodiment of the invention has the structure shown in fig. 1-2. And is prepared by the following method.

The hollow brick filler comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% of coal gangue powder, 15% of adhesive and 25% of other short fibers of felt fibers.

Preparing a mould: the method is characterized in that 12 materials with high compressive strength, such as steel or high polymer materials, are adopted, a rectangular model frame 1 is prepared firstly, adjacent sides of the rectangular model frame 1 are connected through screws, then 4 arc plates 2 are fixed on 4 edges of the rectangular model frame 1 along the long side through screws respectively, wherein the bottoms of the arc plates 2 are flush with the rectangular model frame 1, transverse strips are adopted to fix the rectangular model frame 1, and a triangular stable structure is formed between the arc plates 2 and the rectangular model frame 1. The top of the radian plate 2 protrudes out of the rectangular model frame 1, so that subsequent dismantling is facilitated. In order to ensure the smoothness of the surface of the prepared hollow brick and the smoothness of the transition angle, 4 prisms corresponding to the rectangular model frame 1 and the arc plate 2 need to be removed, then the arc plate 2 and the rectangular model frame 1 are fixed on the bottom plate to form a hollow brick mold, and the top view of the prepared hollow brick mold is shown in fig. 1.

And (3) reinforcing the die: fixing and sealing the periphery of the hollow brick mould, wherein the periphery of the hollow brick mould can be made of high molecular materials, steel materials or fiber cloth soaked by cement paste, and the upper end of the hollow brick mould is provided with an opening for filling a filler;

and (3) filling the reinforced hollow brick mold with the hollow brick filler, injecting and compacting by air entrainment, removing the mold after molding and fixing for 3-5 days, and continuing to maintain for 5-10 days. In order to ensure the void ratio of the hollow brick, at least 1 cylindrical upright post 3 is arranged on the bottom plate, and the upright post direction forms a hollow 31 along the length direction of the hollow brick in the filling process.

The hollow brick of preparation, including the adjacent both sides of hollow brick body 11 become the radian, the size of radian is decided by radian board 2, and the radian of radian board 2 is according to different demands and customizes.

Meanwhile, the hollow bricks with radian corresponding to central angles of 0 degree, 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees, 35 degrees, 40 degrees and 45 degrees are respectively prepared by adopting the method. The prepared hollow bricks are respectively built transversely and vertically, the wall body formed by building the wall is shown in fig. 3 and 4, no matter the wall body is built transversely or vertically, a first mud hanging groove 12 can be formed at the contact position of the arc edges of the two adjacent hollow bricks, and a second mud hanging groove 13 is formed between the 4 adjacent hollow bricks.

The performance of the prepared hollow bricks with different radians is tested by adopting the GB/T24492-2009 non-bearing concrete hollow brick standard, and the test results are shown in Table 1. Wherein, the joint of two hollow bricks is tested for the mud hanging strength. The gouge edge test adopts 5kg/cm2The number of the hollow bricks is 100, 5 groups are tested, and the average value is taken.

The data in table 1 show that the compressive strength of the hollow brick prepared in the embodiment of the present invention is not affected by the change of the edge into the circular arc, and meanwhile, the mud hanging strength and the breaking rate are improved, and in combination with the structure of the masonry, no matter the hollow brick prepared in the present application is horizontally or vertically masonry, the first mud hanging groove 12 is formed between two adjacent bricks, and because the first mud hanging groove 12 has an inward radian, when the hollow brick is horizontally masonry, the first mud hanging groove 12 is horizontal and vertical to the direction of gravity. When the wall surface is filled with mortar, the upper side of the first mud hanging groove 12 has a drainage function, the mortar is drained into the first mud hanging groove 12, meanwhile, the penetration of the mortar into gaps is increased under the action of the lower side of the first mud hanging groove 12, the mud hanging strength is increased, along with the increase of the circular arc central angle, the drainage radian of the first mud hanging groove 12 is increased, the vertex angle of the first mud hanging groove 12 is increased, when the two reach balance, namely the radian corresponds to the central angle of 30 degrees, the drainage radian and the vertex angle of the first mud hanging groove 12 reach balance, therefore, the mud hanging strength is maximum, when the central angle continues to increase, the drainage radian continues to increase and the vertex angle of the first mud hanging groove 12 also increases, so that the clamping force of the first mud hanging groove 12 on the mortar entering through drainage is gradually reduced, the mud hanging strength is caused, even the clamping force is lower than that the central angle is 0 degree, and the first mud hanging groove 12 has the drainage function of the first mud hanging groove from the beginning, gradually changes into a plug flow effect, and the mortar can not be adhered.

Meanwhile, if the hollow brick is used for vertical wall building, the direction of the first mud hanging groove 12 at the moment is the same as the direction of gravity, when mortar is filled on the wall surface again, the first mud hanging groove 12 is equivalent to a slot with a very sharp vertex angle, the mortar is equivalent to a bolt, and when the mortar is filled, the first mud hanging groove 12 clamps the mortar to reduce the flowability of the mortar, so that the mud hanging strength is enhanced. And meanwhile, when the concrete in the wall body is filled in the vertical wall building, the second mud hanging groove 13 is equivalent to the hollow of a brick, and the concrete can be filled, so that the strength of the wall body is increased, and the void ratio of the hollow brick can not be influenced.

In the embodiments of the present invention, the installation manner that is not described in detail with respect to the preparation of the mold is available to those skilled in the art as long as the installation function can be achieved.
