Background

Currently, pilot control valves are auxiliary valves used for operating control mechanisms in other valves or elements, which are connected by hydraulic lines. The working principle of the pilot valve is as follows: when the valve is electrified, the movable iron core is moved by electromagnetic force, so that a pilot hole on the valve core is opened to release pressure, and then under the action of the pressure difference of oil liquid, the valve core is pushed by the oil liquid pressure to move upwards to open a main valve port; when the power is off, the thimble is reset under the action of the spring force, the pilot hole is closed, the valve core moves downwards, and the main valve port is closed. The pilot valve magnetic isolating ring structure is difficult to machine and low in efficiency in the practical application process, the production efficiency and the product quality of the pilot valve magnetic isolating ring structure are greatly influenced, meanwhile, the requirement on the sealing precision between the valve core and the oil outlet of the valve sleeve in the conventional structure is extremely high, sealing is not tight enough often due to the existence of machining errors or insufficient experience of assembly personnel, and therefore the later-period use quality of the pilot valve is influenced, and therefore the pilot control valve with the new structure and the assembly process of the pilot control valve are needed urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides a pilot control valve and an assembly process thereof, which improve the structure of the pilot control valve, optimize a sealing structure, combine a brand new assembly process, greatly improve the product quality and the assembly efficiency and are beneficial to improving the market competitiveness of products.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the manufacturing method of the valve body magnetism isolating ring is improved, so that the valve body magnetism isolating ring is processed from an integral structure, and compared with the conventional welding connection method, the strength and the concentricity are both greatly improved on the whole; the whole assembly process adopts a vertical installation mode, and is combined with an optimized threaded plug-in connection structure, so that the whole assembly is more convenient, and the assembly effect is better; finally, the improved sealing structure greatly reduces the requirement on the processing precision, and the introduction of the micro convex ring enables the combination between the valve core and the outer wall of the oil outlet of the valve sleeve to be more compact, thereby greatly improving the sealing performance.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the pilot control valve according to the present invention includes a valve body assembly 1, a coil assembly 2 is sleeved outside the valve body assembly 1, a step hole is radially disposed in a valve body 1.1 of the valve body assembly 1, an adjusting spring 1.3 is located in a small-bore end of the step hole, and a movable iron core 1.2 is located in a large-bore end of the step hole;
