At present, to the roller sticking problem that exists in the rolling production of copper pole, the workshop generally all is the lubrication and the cooling of strengthening the rolling interface of copper pole, and this kind of measure can reduce the probability that the roll glues the copper to a certain extent, reduces the roller sticking degree, can gain certain effect, has prolonged the shut down interval of equipment. But still can not thoroughly solve the problem that the roller is stuck with copper, thereby ensuring the long-time continuous operation of continuous casting and rolling equipment. Therefore, how to clean the stickers on the surface of the roller in the rolling process of the copper rod on line and prevent the excessive copper materials adhered on the surface of the roller from influencing the surface quality of the copper rod product is the key point of the design of the device for cleaning the stickers on the surface of the roller on line.

Disclosure of Invention

Through the combination of the power input shaft, the motor, the gear and the connecting rod and by means of the trigger switch, the automatic roll changing operation can be realized, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced.
