1. A diaphragm, comprising:
the vibrating diaphragm folding ring is arranged in a ring shape and comprises a folding ring part;
the vibrating diaphragm trunk is positioned in the vibrating diaphragm folding ring and connected with the inner ring of the vibrating diaphragm folding ring;
the bending ring part comprises a plurality of curved surface film bodies, the curved surface film bodies are arranged in a concentric ring shape and are connected into a whole in a sequentially and externally tangent mode, the protruding directions of the curved surface film bodies are opposite, and the axial cross sections of the curved surface film bodies are symmetrical about the central points of the connecting lines of the curved surface film bodies.
2. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm edge further comprises:
the edge pressing part is arranged in a ring shape concentric with the folded ring part, is positioned outside the folded ring part and is connected with the outer ring of the folded ring part;
and the edge pasting part is arranged in an annular shape concentric with the folded ring part, is positioned in the folded ring part and is connected between the folded ring part and the vibrating diaphragm body.
3. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the axial cross section of the curved membrane body includes two parallel curves, and the curves are circular arcs or elliptical arcs.
4. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the number of the curved membrane bodies is two.
5. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm body is configured as a flat plate or a horn.
6. An audio device, comprising:
the diaphragm of any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The audio device of claim 6, further comprising:
the magnetic conduction base is provided with a blind hole;
the first magnet is arranged in the blind hole;
the washer is arranged on one side of the first magnet, which is far away from the magnetic conduction base;
the second magnet is arranged on one side, far away from the magnetic conduction base, of the washer, and gaps are formed among the first magnet, the washer, the second magnet and the hole side wall of the blind hole;
the vibrating diaphragm is arranged on one side of the second magnet, which is far away from the magnetic conduction base;
the basin frame is connected between the magnetic conduction base and the vibrating diaphragm folding ring of the vibrating diaphragm;
and the voice coil is connected to the vibrating diaphragm body of the vibrating diaphragm and extends to the gap between the magnetic conduction base and the washer.
8. The audio device as recited in claim 7, wherein the thickness of the sidewall of the magnetically permeable base is greater than the thickness of the bottom wall.
9. The audio device of claim 7, further comprising:
the elastic wave is sleeved outside the voice coil and is positioned in the basin frame; the elastic wave comprises a plurality of arc-surface circular rings which are concentrically arranged.
10. The audio device of claim 9, wherein the arcuate ring of the damper proximate the voice coil abuts the diaphragm carcass such that a gap width between the arcuate ring of the damper proximate the voice coil and the magnetically conductive base is greater than a gap width between the arcuate ring of the damper distal the voice coil and the frame.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of audio equipment, in particular to a vibrating diaphragm and audio equipment comprising the vibrating diaphragm.
Background
With the development of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements on audio equipment, and the requirements on miniaturization, lightness and thinness in the aspect of appearance volume and undistorted in the aspect of performance are required; the existing audio equipment is difficult to give consideration to both ultra-thin and low-frequency undistorted.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new diaphragm and an audio device including the diaphragm.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the invention and therefore it may contain information that does not constitute prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that the prior art cannot give consideration to both ultrathin property and low-frequency distortionless property, and provides a diaphragm which can give consideration to both ultrathin property and low-frequency distortionless property and an audio device comprising the diaphragm.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and, in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a diaphragm including:
the vibrating diaphragm folding ring is arranged in a ring shape and comprises a folding ring part;
the vibrating diaphragm trunk is positioned in the vibrating diaphragm folding ring and connected with the inner ring of the vibrating diaphragm folding ring;
the bending ring part comprises a plurality of curved surface film bodies, the curved surface film bodies are arranged in a concentric ring shape and are connected into a whole in a sequentially and externally tangent mode, the protruding directions of the curved surface film bodies are opposite, and the axial cross sections of the curved surface film bodies are symmetrical about the central points of the connecting lines of the curved surface film bodies.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the diaphragm edge further includes:
the edge pressing part is arranged in a ring shape concentric with the folded ring part, is positioned outside the folded ring part and is connected with the outer ring of the folded ring part;
and the edge pasting part is arranged in an annular shape concentric with the folded ring part, is positioned in the folded ring part and is connected between the folded ring part and the vibrating diaphragm body.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the curved membrane body has an axial cross section including two mutually parallel curves, and the curves are circular arcs or elliptical arcs.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the curved film bodies is two.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the diaphragm body is provided in a flat plate shape or a horn shape.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an audio apparatus including:
the diaphragm of any preceding claim.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the audio apparatus further includes:
the magnetic conduction base is provided with a blind hole;
the first magnet is arranged in the blind hole;
the washer is arranged on one side of the first magnet, which is far away from the magnetic conduction base;
the second magnet is arranged on one side, far away from the magnetic conduction base, of the washer, and gaps are formed among the first magnet, the washer, the second magnet and the hole side wall of the blind hole;
the vibrating diaphragm is arranged on one side of the second magnet, which is far away from the magnetic conduction base;
the basin frame is connected between the magnetic conduction base and the vibrating diaphragm folding ring of the vibrating diaphragm;
and the voice coil is connected to the vibrating diaphragm body of the vibrating diaphragm and extends to the gap between the magnetic conduction base and the washer.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a thickness of a sidewall of the magnetically permeable base is greater than a thickness of a bottom wall.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the audio apparatus further includes:
the elastic wave is sleeved outside the voice coil and is positioned in the basin frame; the elastic wave comprises a plurality of arc-surface circular rings which are concentrically arranged.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the part of the elastic wave close to the voice coil is abutted against the vibrating diaphragm body, so that the width of a gap between the elastic wave close to the arc ring of the voice coil and the magnetic conductive base is greater than the width of a gap between the elastic wave far away from the arc ring of the voice coil and the basin frame.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has at least one of the following advantages and positive effects:
the vibrating diaphragm comprises a vibrating diaphragm folding ring and a vibrating diaphragm body connected with the vibrating diaphragm folding ring, wherein the vibrating diaphragm folding ring comprises a folding ring part, the folding ring part comprises a plurality of curved surface film bodies, the curved surface film bodies are all arranged in a concentric ring shape, the curved surface film bodies are sequentially connected into a whole in an externally tangent mode, the protruding directions of two adjacent curved surface film bodies are opposite, and the axial sections of the adjacent curved surface film bodies are centrosymmetric about the central point of the connecting line of the adjacent curved surface film bodies. On one hand, when the vibrating diaphragm vibrates up and down, the stress of the bending ring of the vibrating diaphragm is balanced, the vibration compliance of the vibrating diaphragm is improved, the requirements of motion dynamics are met, and the efficiency conversion of audio equipment is improved; on the other hand, the height of the vibrating diaphragm is reduced under the requirement of ensuring the vibration amplitude (particularly at low frequency), so that the vibrating diaphragm is suitable for ultrathin audio equipment and is ultrathin and undistorted at low frequency.
