The safety helmet is specially designed for protecting the head of a person, and can protect the head of the person from injury to the maximum extent when the head of the person is impacted. Helmets are hard helmets made of a variety of materials that can withstand not only sudden blows, but also flying debris, particles, or even low voltage shocks or any combination of these three hazards; the safety helmet also serves to protect the head, face and neck when acid, other chemicals or hot liquids are poured from the top of the head. The structure of the safety helmet used in different dangerous places has different requirements, but the structure of the safety helmet is composed of a helmet shell, a buffer layer and an inner lining.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a head protection device which is unfolded for the second time, has beautiful appearance, is convenient to wear, can be opened instantly to shield the head and the face, and can fully protect the human body.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a head protection device opened for the second time, which comprises an air bag, a cap leather and a fixing part, wherein the cap leather wraps the air bag and limits the air bag into a cap shape, the edge of the air bag is fixedly connected with the cap leather, the edge of the air bag and the edge of the cap leather extend outwards to form a brim, the fixing part comprises a female part and a sub-part, the female part is connected to the cap leather at the top of the cap, the sub-part is connected to the cap leather at the top of the brim, the brim is turned upwards to enable the sub-part and the female part to be matched and fixed, the air bag is connected with an air inlet, the air inlet is connected with a gas generator, and the gas generator is connected with an induction chip.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there is shown a schematic view of an embodiment of the double-opening head restraint of the present invention. The protector 100 of the present invention includes an airbag 10, a cap skin 20, and a fixing portion 30. The cap skin 20 limits the airbag 10 to be in a cap shape and is placed on the shoulder, the protection device is gradually spread and stands upwards along with the expansion of the airbag 10, so that the head is covered from the back of the brain, and the protection device completely covers the head along with the continuous expansion of the airbag 10, so that the head is protected. In order to prevent the brim 22 of the protective device from protruding too much, so that the brim 22 is partially blocked by hindbrain to be unable to stand to wrap the head when the protective device stands, the invention turns the brim 22 part upwards, and fixes the brim 22 part with the top of the protective device by using the fixing part 30, so that the brim 22 part cannot expand immediately when the protective device starts to inflate, gas enters the air bag 10 in the brim 22 as the protective device covers the head, the brim 22 expands towards the direction far away from the top of the protective device, and the brim 22 breaks away from the fixing part 30 as the protective device is inflated continuously, opens outwards to shield the forehead and the face, and forms complete protection for the whole head.

Specifically, the cap skin 20 wraps the airbag 10 and limits the airbag to be in a hood 21 shape, and the edge of the airbag 10 is fixedly connected with the cap skin 20. The arrangement of the cap skin 20 limits the shape of the inflated air bag 10 on the one hand, and reduces the processing technology of the air bag 10; on the other hand, the air bag 10 can be protected, when a human body falls down, the hat skin 20 is firstly contacted with the ground, and because friction exists at the moment, the hat skin 20 is also damaged, so that the air bag 10 in the air bag is protected; meanwhile, the cap skin 20 is conveniently designed to be matched with the coat in color matching and the like, so that the attractiveness of the protective device is improved, and the protective device is suitable for daily wearing and is not as obtrusive as the protective device in the prior art. In the first embodiment of the present invention, the fixing portion 30 is a snap, the female portion 31 of the snap includes a panel and a female button, the panel and the female button clamp the top of the hood 21, the sub-portion 32 of the snap includes a sub-button and a foot, and the sub-button and the foot clamp the top of the hood 22, the hood 20. The female part 31 and the sub-part 32 of the snap fastener are respectively connected with the cap leather 20 only, so that the inflation of the air bag 10 is not influenced, the air bag 10 can expand and break open the snap fastener, and the opening of the cap peak 22 is realized. At this moment, the outer layer 13 is attached to the inner container 12, the outer layer 13 becomes hard due to uniform compression, support is provided for the inner container 12, and when the protective airbag 10 is compressed, the inner container 12 and the outer layer 13 bear pressure jointly, so that sufficient buffering is guaranteed to be provided, and the head is protected.

Referring to fig. 3, the balloon 10 of the present invention is a wrap-around balloon, so that it can be formed into a shape to wrap the head forward from the hindbrain. The encircling type air bag comprises a main air channel 14 and claw-shaped air bag columns 15 extending towards two sides of the main air channel 14, wherein the claw-shaped air bag columns 15 are symmetrically arranged along the central axis of the main air channel 14. Furthermore, the diameters of the air bags 10 in the claw-shaped air bag columns 15 are different, so that the bending positions and the bending angles of the air bags 10 are different when the head is wrapped, and the purpose that the head is wrapped by the air bags 10 after being inflated is achieved better. When the gas generator generates gas, the gas enters the air bag 10 from the main air passage 14, the gas rapidly flows into the claw-shaped air bag columns 15 on the two sides, the claw-shaped air bag columns 15 are inflated to wrap the head of a human body under the limitation of the cap skin 20, meanwhile, the cap brim 22 is turned over to protect the head of the human body from all directions of the back, the upper part, the front and the two sides, the claw-shaped air bag columns 15 wrap the head like claws, and the protection area is large and comprehensive. Because the post of gasbag 10 is straight column shape after aerifing, in this embodiment, for making the gasbag 10 post can form the arc structure in order to wrap up the head, first gasbag post 151 and second gasbag post 152 side are provided with a plurality of angle of restrainting, guarantee that the gasbag 10 post can form the shape of laminating head.

Further, two flow guide lines 16 are arranged in the encircling type air bag, and the main air passage 14 is divided into three air inlet passages 17 by the flow guide lines 16. On one hand, the main air passage 14 is divided into a plurality of parts by the diversion line 16, so that the head of the air bag 10 cannot be wrapped by the column of the air bag 10 due to excessive bulging of the main air passage 14, and on the other hand, the air inflow of the air bag 10 is reduced, so that the inflating speed of the air bag 10 is higher. And the arrangement of the diversion line 16 also provides a connecting position for the air bag 10 and the cap skin 20, so that the connection between the air bag 10 and the cap skin 20 is more stable, and the shape of the hood 21 is maintained. In this embodiment, the two flow guiding lines 16 are arranged in a shape of a Chinese character 'ba', so that the air inlet channel 17 in the middle is gradually narrowed. Therefore, the gas flows in from the main air passage 14, passes through the splayed flow guide line 16, and then gradually narrows, increases the pressure and increases the speed under the condition that the gas pressure is not changed, so that the gas continuously flows forwards after being pressurized and accelerated by the splayed flow guide line 16, and the rapid expansion of the tail end air passage is facilitated.
