1. A pallet, comprising:

the tray body is provided with a mounting surface, and the mounting surface is used for connecting a machine tool working table;

the tray bottom table is fixedly arranged on the mounting surface;

the matching holes are formed in the bottom of the tray bottom table;

the movable opening taper sleeve is fixedly arranged in the matching hole.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of connecting equipment of a machine tool working table top and a tray, in particular to a tray, a tray quick-change mechanism and a machine tool.

Background

The flexible manufacturing is one of two major cores of intelligent manufacturing, and is certainly the mainstream development direction in the future, and the equipment interaction is always an industrial technical problem as a key point of the flexible manufacturing.

In the conventional machining process, after a workpiece is produced, a worker firstly takes off the last machined workpiece (in the process, clamping components on all tools need to be loosened), and then installs the next workpiece to be machined (in the process, all the clamping components need to be screwed). This often takes a lot of time and there is a great risk that this is done directly inside the machine tool. In practice, however, most workpieces are processed for a long time, and if this time can be used, not only the processing time can be greatly saved, but also the risk of operation can be reduced.

The machine tool table has T-slot/threaded holes, and the pallet is often fixed directly to the machine tool table by screws, nuts or bolts. The table top of the machine tool in the field of machine manufacturing is determined when the machine tool is produced and delivered, the size of the table top is fixed with the installation mode of a tool, the table top cannot be replaced basically, and the fixing mode of a jig/workpiece is limited. In actual production, enterprises often cannot freely distribute and arrange production due to the limitation of the working table of the machine tool, so that the production efficiency of the enterprises is greatly influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a tray, which can increase the versatility of the tray.

The invention also provides a quick tray replacement mechanism, which solves the technical problem that the multi-machine-tool working table top and the tray are difficult to be compatible in the existing flexible manufacturing.

The invention also provides a machine tool to solve the problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Compared with the prior art, the multi-machine-tool workbench has the advantages that the compatibility of a multi-machine-tool workbench surface and multiple fixing modes is improved through the arrangement of the switching supporting plate, the positioning hole, the first mounting groove and the connecting assembly; the yield and the efficiency are improved; simple and convenient processing and operation; the risk of human-computer interaction is reduced.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning hole is opened in the center of the adaptor pallet.
