Background

In the ground simulation test process of the airplane environmental control system, high-temperature and high-pressure air bleeding of an engine needs to be simulated. With the improvement of the performance of modern airplanes and engines, the parameter index of the environment control system for bleed air from the engines is improved, the bleed air pressure can reach more than 1.2MPa, and the simulation humidity exceeds 40g/kg & dar. The traditional environmental control system test bleed air adopts a steam humidification method, but if the test bleed air is realized by adopting a steam humidification technology, the cost is very high and the danger degree is high due to the high pressure of 1.2MPa and the high humidity parameter index requirement of 40 g/kg-dar. Therefore, the environmental control system test induced air high humidity simulation is not suitable for adopting a steam humidifying method.

If the high-pressure atomization humidification method is adopted, when the water flow is lower than 10Kg/h under certain working conditions, the stability and the accurate control of the small water flow are important technical difficulties, and if the problem can be solved, the high-pressure atomization humidification method is very suitable for experimental bleed air of an environmental control system.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the humidification system for the test bleed air pipeline of the aircraft environmental control system, which can realize safe and stable test bleed air pipeline atomization and humidification of the aircraft environmental control system with an automatic control function.

By comparing the set value and the actual value of the moisture content, a control signal is output, the opening degree of the flow regulating valve (4) is regulated, a control closed loop is formed, and the actual value of the moisture content is automatically regulated to be consistent with the set value.
