Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical machinery, in particular to an automatic ampoule bottle supporting machine.

Background

The ampoule bottle is a small glass container for containing liquid medicine; the volume is generally 1ml to 25ml, and the packaging bag is commonly used for storing liquid medicine for injection and also used for packaging oral liquid. After the ampoule bottle is produced, the ampoule bottle needs to be held. The conventional technical means comprises the steps of manually filling the ampule bottle after production and labeling into a plastic tray and then filling into a box; the scheme that a support mechanism is adopted also exists in the technology which is relatively advanced, but the support mechanism is complex, and the risk of breakage is increased after the medicine bottles are extruded and collided for many times.

The existing support entering machine mechanism has low adaptability, and basically cannot realize that one machine is matched with bottles and supports with various specifications for use when the bottles with different specifications and sizes are replaced; the existing support entering machine is not provided with a support box guiding acceleration mechanism, because the speed of placing the ampoule bottle body is low, although the support entering can be high-speed, in order to be synchronous with the support entering box, the support entering grooved wheel can only rotate at low speed, so the support entering production efficiency is poor; in the existing support entering machine, the bottle body after support entering is not correct, and the bottle body needs to be corrected manually; the existing support entering machine marks before support entering, however, marking before support entering is equivalent to useless work done on a bottle body damaged in the support entering process, and if the bottle body is damaged in the previous marking process, the risk of damaging the bottle body is also existed.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, when the ampoule body in the hopper is insufficient, the ampoule body can be detected by the lower limit sensor 15, so that an operator can supplement the ampoule body in the hopper in time by adopting the turnover box; the upper limit sensor 14 can limit the number of ampoule bottles in the hopper, so as to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to overload. In any of the embodiments described above, as shown in fig. 1, the automatic palletizer is provided with a pallet arrival detection sensor 16 at a position upstream of the sheave 12, and the pallet arrival detection sensor 16 is provided on the pallet acceleration synchronous conveyor 2 or on the hopper 11.
