5. The mild, non-irritating solid formulation for degreasing as in claim 1, wherein: the penetrating agent comprises one or a mixture of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and a penetrating agent T.

6. The mild, non-irritating solid formulation for degreasing as in claim 1, wherein: the oil decomposition factor comprises one or more of lipase, protease, cellulase and glucose convertase.

The mild, non-irritating solid formulation for degreasing as in claim 1, wherein: the adhesive comprises one or more than two of carboxymethyl cellulose, PEG, sodium dodecyl sulfate, microcrystalline cellulose and pregelatinized starch; the release agent comprises one or more than two of magnesium stearate, sodium stearate, talcum powder, sodium benzoate, sodium acetate and sodium lauryl sulfate.

8. The mild, non-irritating solid formulation for degreasing as in claim 1, wherein: also comprises 0.1 to 1 portion of essence and 0.1 to 0.5 portion of colorant.

9. A preparation method of a mild non-irritating degreasing solid preparation is characterized by comprising the following steps:

mixing a release agent and a buffer salt according to the formula ratio to obtain a first powder material;

uniformly mixing the adhesive, the surfactant and the penetrating agent according to the formula ratio, and then adding the alkaline salt to uniformly mix to obtain second powder;

uniformly mixing the first powder material, the second powder material, the grease decomposition factor, the essence and the coloring agent, and then placing the mixed powder material into a tablet press die for shaping to prepare the degreasing solid preparation.

10. A method for removing oil stains is characterized in that: the degreasing solid preparation as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 is dissolved in water according to the proportion of 40-50 g/L, uniformly shaken, sprayed on an oil-contaminated part, and cleaned with rag or water after standing for 2-10 minutes.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning, in particular to a mild non-irritating oil stain removal solid preparation, a preparation method and an oil stain removal method.

Background

Currently, the oil fume exhauster and other equipment which can produce oil stain on the market use cleaning agent to remove the oil stain. The existing cleaning agent is generally liquid, and the main components of the cleaning agent are a surfactant, an organic solution and sodium hydroxide. The principle is that the oil stain is dissolved and diluted by organic solution, then is disorganized by surfactant to prevent the oil stain from depositing and adhering again, and then the oil stain is decomposed into acid and alcohol which are dissolved in water by using sodium hydroxide, thereby completing the whole cleaning process. However, in the whole cleaning process, the organic solvent is easy to volatilize, an irritant taste is generated, and an uncomfortable feeling is generated after a human body inhales; furthermore, sodium hydroxide is a highly corrosive chemical that can burn human skin. Therefore, the prior detergents have to be fully protected during use.

In conclusion, the existing cleaning agent has potential safety hazards in the using and transporting processes. On the other hand, the transportation cost of the liquid detergent is also increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the problems of potential safety hazard and high transportation cost of the cleaning agent in the prior art, and provides a mild non-irritating oil stain removal solid preparation.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a mild non-irritating degreasing solid preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-50 parts of alkaline salt, 10-40 parts of buffering agent, 5-15 parts of surfactant, 1-5 parts of penetrating agent, 1-5 parts of grease decomposition factor and 1-10 parts of excipient, wherein the excipient is a mixture of adhesive and release agent.

The degreasing solid preparation provided by the invention adopts alkaline salt and buffer as main raw materials, has no corrosivity and irritation, is dissolved in water when in use, dissolves and ionizes hydroxide ions to decompose grease, the hydroxide ions react with the grease to decompose the grease, and then the grease is emulsified and solubilized by using a surfactant, so that the degreasing effect is achieved. When the oil stain remover is used, the ionization environment of the whole solution is more balanced by the buffer salt, the hydroxyl ions can be ionized and reduced continuously by the buffer solution, the alkaline salt and the buffer agent are matched according to the formula amount, and the oil stain removing function is met under the synergistic effect. In the selection of raw materials, a sodium hydroxide type alkaline compound with high corrosion resistance is abandoned, and an alkaline salt is selected as a grease decomposer, so that the corrosion in use is reduced, and the safety is improved. However, the inventor also finds that the alkaline salt has lower alkalinity than the alkaline compound of the sodium hydroxide type, so that the oil stain is not completely decomposed or becomes slow, and the problem that the oil stain is not completely decomposed or becomes slow can be effectively solved by matching the alkaline salt with the buffer salt, so that the contradiction between the oil removing effect and the corrosivity and the use safety is solved.

Further, the degreasing solid preparation of the invention preferably uses raw materials which are not corrosive and irritant, and the alkaline salt includes but is not limited to one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium metasilicate, sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate.

Further, the buffer includes, but is not limited to, one or a mixture of more than two of sodium tripolyphosphate, EDTA-2Na, sodium citrate, citric acid, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium tetraborate and tartaric acid.

Further, the surfactant includes but is not limited to one or a mixture of more than two of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate or sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate.

Further, the penetrating agent includes, but is not limited to, one or a mixture of two of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and penetrating agent T.

Further, the oil-fat decomposition factor adopts biological enzyme, and the biological enzyme includes but is not limited to one or a mixture of more than two of lipase, protease, cellulase and glucose converting enzyme.

Further, the binder includes but is not limited to one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, PEG, sodium dodecyl sulfate, microcrystalline cellulose and pregelatinized starch; the release agent comprises one or more than two of magnesium stearate, sodium stearate, talcum powder, sodium benzoate, sodium acetate and sodium lauryl sulfate.

mixing a release agent and a buffer salt according to the formula ratio to obtain a first powder material;

uniformly mixing the adhesive, the surfactant and the penetrating agent according to the formula ratio, and then adding the alkaline salt to uniformly mix to obtain second powder;

uniformly mixing the first powder material, the second powder material, the grease decomposition factor, the essence and the coloring agent, and then placing the mixed powder material into a tablet press die for shaping to prepare the degreasing solid preparation. The solid preparation can be in the form of tablet or block.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide a method for removing oil stains, which is to dissolve the solid preparation for removing oil stains in water according to the proportion of 40-50 g/L, uniformly shake the solid preparation, spray the mixture on the oil stains, and clean the oil stains with rags or water after standing for 2-10 minutes.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the cleaning agent is a solid preparation, completely subverts the concept of the existing liquid oil removal agent, does not use organic solution, and has great convenience in transportation, use and carrying compared with the existing liquid cleaning agent;

2. the method abandons the scheme of decomposing the grease components by the existing sodium hydroxide type alkaline compound, uses alkaline salt to dissolve and ionize hydroxide ions, and the hydroxide ions react with the grease to decompose the grease, thereby reducing the corrosivity in use and improving the safety; meanwhile, the buffering agent is used to solve the contradiction between the oil removing effect and the corrosivity and the use safety, and the novel oil stain removing preparation is mild, does not stimulate, is safe, does not hurt hands and has good oil stain removing effect;

3. the invention overcomes the technical problems of dust emission, material moisture absorption and the like in the production and use processes of the solid preparation through the raw material selection and the preparation method, and completes the forming of the solid preparation.
