Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile cleaning agents, and particularly relates to an automobile cleaning agent containing a biosurfactant and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The microbial surfactant is a metabolite with surface activity produced in the metabolic process of microorganisms under certain culture conditions. From the industrial point of view, the biosurfactant generally adopts plant-derived raw materials such as sugar or vegetable oil as a main carbon source (few alcohols are used), so that the biosurfactant is convenient for microbial utilization, high in yield and most safe and easily available.

With the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness and health consciousness of people, the research on biosurfactants is increasing and the biosurfactants are developing rapidly in the last two decades, and various biosurfactants and production processes thereof are patented abroad. However, most of the research on biosurfactants is in the research stage of laboratories or simulation tests, and the industrialization is still the starting stage, and the current global biosurfactants are less than 2% of all global biosurfactants mainly because of higher comprehensive cost and incomplete industrialization technology.

At present, the automobile and petrochemical industry is developing rapidly, the yield and variety of the surfactant are increased year by year, a considerable amount of surfactant is discharged to the nature after being used, and a large amount of surfactant is needed in the automobile cleaning agent, wherein the anionic surfactant is used most widely due to the advantages of various types, good decontamination effect, mature process and the like, however, most of the surfactants are difficult to degrade under natural conditions, and a large amount of environmental pollution phenomena exist, which are mainly shown in the following aspects: firstly, a large amount of wastewater containing the surfactant is discharged, so that the aquatic environment is directly harmed, microorganisms in the environment are killed, the degradation of other toxic substances is inhibited, meanwhile, the dissolved oxygen in water is reduced, and particularly, the surfactant containing nitrogen and phosphorus can cause water eutrophication. ② the residual surfactant in the soil has certain influence on the growth of soil microorganism. At a mass concentration of more than 500.0mg/L, the microbial population starts to decrease. In addition, some surfactants have poor adsorption in soil and their potential hazard of migrating down contaminated groundwater is not negligible.

Based on the above, a novel automobile cleaning agent is expected, which is prepared by taking a naturally degradable and environmentally nontoxic biosurfactant as a main active ingredient, and has great significance for environmental protection and sustainable development of human beings.
