Background

Softening finishes are in this situation. Softeners are a class of chemicals that change the static and dynamic coefficients of friction of the fibers. When the static friction coefficient is changed, the hand feeling is smooth and easy to move on the fiber or fabric; when the coefficient of dynamic friction is changed, the fine structures between the fibers tend to move relative to each other, that is, the fibers or the fabric tend to be deformed. The combined feeling of the two is soft, and the performance of the two directly determines the softness and the wearing comfort of the fabric.

At present, the most common softening finishing agent is amino silicone oil softening agent, and because amino can interact with hydroxyl, carboxyl and the like on the surface of fabric, siloxane can be attached to the surface of the fabric directionally, so that excellent hand feeling can be generated, the friction coefficient between fabric fibers is reduced, and a good softening finishing effect is achieved. However, there are some problems in use, amino silicone oil often does not have self-dispersing property, and after the amino silicone oil emulsion is prepared, oil floating or roll sticking phenomenon is easy to occur in storage and use. Meanwhile, the hydrophilicity of the fabric treated by the common amino silicone oil emulsion is reduced, so that the wearing comfort of the treated fabric is influenced. In addition, the fabric may be yellowed by high temperature or ultraviolet light irradiation.

Therefore, the development of new fabric softening finishing agents with excellent performance is a hot topic of research in the industry at present.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the preparation method of the fabric softening finishing agent comprises the following steps: dissolving 3- [3- (2-H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxy-5-tert-butylphenyl ] -propionic acid-polyethylene glycol 300 ester in an organic solvent to form a solution, adding epoxy silicone oil and a catalyst, reacting under stirring at 70-80 ℃ in a nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere for 8-10 hours, and removing the organic solvent by rotary evaporation to obtain the fabric softening finishing agent.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the 3- [3- (2-H-benzotriazole-2-yl) -4-hydroxy-5-tert-butylphenyl ] -propionic acid-polyethylene glycol 300 ester, the organic solvent, the epoxy silicone oil and the catalyst is 1 (8-12) to (3-4) to (0.2-0.5).
