Background

In the current urban development situation of China, urban road side bands are generally narrow, particularly in areas with high wind speed, the size of the sign is usually large, and most signs in China adopt independent foundations at present. According to the specification requirements, in order to avoid tensile stress generated by the base substrate, the base scale is often large, and the width of the side sub-bands is not enough to meet the requirement of the width of the base of the sign, so that the base of the sign invades into the range of a roadway. Because the foundation of the traditional sign board is embedded deeply and the top surface is embedded shallowly, under the action of the later vehicle load, the sign board and the roadway part have differential settlement, so that the asphalt pavement has reflection cracks, and the pavement is damaged in advance.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention provides the label foundation and the construction method thereof. The hollow inclined pile is different from the traditional inclined pile, the inclination angle is larger, and an anchor pile machine is adopted as a construction machine; meanwhile, except that the label foundation is a cast-in-place structure, the project is of a prefabricated structure, so that the construction speed is high; and because the scale of the label foundation is smaller, the excavation depth is smaller, and the pipeline arrangement along the side sub-zone is facilitated.

In order to achieve the purpose, the label foundation at least comprises a cylindrical upright post protecting wall, wherein a foundation ball is arranged at the bottom of the upright post protecting wall; a plurality of inclined piles are uniformly distributed on the foundation ball.

Meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the road pipeline, the pipeline is usually expected to be arranged in the side sub-belt from the perspective of later maintenance, and the pipeline cannot be normally arranged due to the occupation of the side sub-belt by the traditional label foundation; the sign foundation of the invention is embedded shallowly and has no conflict with the pipeline in the vertical relation, so the road pipeline can be arranged in the side branch zone, thereby avoiding the condition that the number of well covers on the roadway is large.
