Background

The slewing bearing is a large bearing capable of bearing comprehensive loads and can simultaneously bear larger axial and radial loads and overturning moments. The slewing bearing is widely applied to the industries of ship equipment, engineering machinery, light industry machinery, metallurgical machinery, medical machinery, industrial machinery and the like.

At present, most of sealing devices of slewing bearings adopt single-layer dustproof rubber plane sealing strips, have simple structures but insufficient waterproof and dustproof performances, and cannot meet the requirements of the slewing bearings on special environments with severe working conditions and serious environmental pollution.

The slewing bearing often makes the slewing bearing raceway lose sealing protection because the dustproof sealing strip of interior outer lane wears out failure or drops in the use, makes the slewing bearing appear that the clearance enlarges, the oil leak, life seriously reduces a series of problems such as life.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a novel multi-sealing device for a slewing bearing, so as to solve the problems of insufficient sealing performance, easy wear failure and easy falling of the traditional slewing bearing sealing structure provided in the background art. The upper end surface of the annular protrusion 12 is higher than the upper end surface of the outer ring 1, and a height difference C is formed between the annular protrusion and the outer ring 1 to prevent the inflow of outside shower water.

The upper lip 10 and the horizontal plane form a first included angle A which is an acute angle; the lower lip 11 and the horizontal plane form a second included angle B which is an acute angle, and the upper lip 10 and the lower lip 11 are tightly matched with the sealing ring groove 5.

A lubricating oil channel 6 is further arranged in the seal ring groove 5, a lubricating joint 15 is arranged at the upper part of the inner ring 2, an oil inlet of the lubricating joint 15 is connected to a lubricating system (in the prior art), and an oil outlet corresponds to the lubricating oil channel 6.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: lubricating grease is continuously conveyed into the sealing cavity 17 between the first rubber sealing ring 7 and the second rubber sealing ring 9 through the lubricating system (the lubricating grease enters the sealing ring groove through the lubricating grease channel and then enters the sealing cavity), lubrication can be provided for the first rubber sealing ring 7 and the second rubber sealing ring 9 all the time, the service life of the first rubber sealing ring is prolonged, and external impurities can be effectively prevented from entering the sealing cavity.

The lower sealing mechanism is fixed on the outer ring and the inner ring, and the upper sealing mechanism is provided with the upper lip, the lower lip and the annular bulge, so that multi-channel sealing of the outer ring and the inner ring is realized, external dust and impurities are strictly prevented from entering the roller path 16, and meanwhile, lubricating grease is ensured to smoothly enter and be kept in the sealing cavity 17 between the first rubber sealing ring 7 and the second rubber sealing ring 9, and the lubricating grease is prevented from running off.

This scheme still can be used to on the slewing bearing of mixer or collergang, the effect is showing, and simple structure, with low costs.
