Background

The high-pressure sealed cabin is internally provided with contents, and then the two ends of the sealed cabin are tightly propped through the two sealed end covers to fix the contents. The existing fixing mode can generate outward jacking force on the sealing end covers at two ends, and the sealing end covers are easy to leak, so that sealing failure is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings or drawbacks of the prior art, it is desirable to provide a high pressure capsule that is convenient and reliable in securing manner to prevent the contents from moving.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

the high-pressure sealed cabin comprises a cabin body, wherein the cabin body is internally provided with contents, one end of the cabin body is provided with a front cabin cover, the other end of the cabin body is provided with a rear cabin cover, the high-pressure sealed cabin further comprises a first inner plug and a first outer pull head, a through hole is formed in the front cabin cover, one end of the first inner plug stretches into the through hole, and one end of the first outer pull head penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with one end of the contents.

The rear hatch cover is provided with a through hole, one end of the second inner plug extends into the through hole of the rear hatch cover, and one end of the second outer pull head penetrates through the second inner plug in the through hole of the rear hatch cover and is fixedly connected with the other end of the content.

An internal thread is arranged in the first inner plug, an external thread is arranged outside the first outer pull head, and the internal thread is connected with the external thread in a matched mode.

Threaded holes are formed in two ends of the content, one end of the first outer pull head extends into the threaded hole to be fixedly connected with one end of the content, and one end of the second outer pull head extends into the corresponding threaded hole to be fixedly connected with the other end of the content.

The first inner plug comprises a base and an extension part, the base is fixedly connected with the extension part, a first sealing groove is formed in the extension part, a sealing ring is arranged outside the first sealing groove, and an internal thread is formed in the extension part;

Two first sealing grooves are arranged on the extension part at intervals, and a sealing ring is arranged in each first sealing groove.

The structure of the second inner plug is the same as that of the first inner plug, and the structure of the second outer slider is the same as that of the first outer slider.

The adoption of the plug tensioning and fixing mode has the advantages of convenience and reliability, and can prevent the problem of the movement of the contents in the high-pressure sealed cabin.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the high-pressure sealed cabin for preventing the contents from moving comprises a cabin body 1, the contents 2 are arranged in the cabin body 1, a front cabin cover 3 is arranged at one end of the cabin body 1, a rear cabin cover 4 is arranged at the other end of the cabin body 1, a first inner plug 5 and a first outer pull head 6 are further included, a through hole 7 is formed in the front cabin cover 3, one end of the first inner plug 5 extends into the through hole 7, and one end of the first outer pull head 6 penetrates through the first inner plug 5 in the through hole to be fixedly connected with one end of the contents 2.

Two ports of the cabin body are plugged by the front cabin cover and the rear cabin cover, and the inner plug and the outer pull head are arranged to connect and fix the cabin cover and contents, so that the connection is convenient, and the fixation is reliable and firm.

Further, the rear hatch cover is provided with a through hole, one end of the second inner plug extends into the through hole of the rear hatch cover, and one end of the second outer slider penetrates through the second inner plug in the through hole of the rear hatch cover 4 and is fixedly connected with the other end of the content 2.

Preferably, for convenience and reliability of connection, an internal thread is arranged in the first inner plug 5, an external thread is arranged outside the first outer pull head 6, and the internal thread is in fit connection with the external thread.

Preferably, threaded holes are formed in two ends of the content 2, one end of the first outer slider 6 extends into the threaded holes to be fixedly connected with one end of the content 2, and one end of the second outer slider extends into the corresponding threaded hole to be fixedly connected with the other end of the content.

Preferably, the first inner plug 5 includes a base 50 and an extension 51, the base 50 is fixedly connected with the extension 51, the extension 51 is provided with a first sealing groove 52, a sealing ring is arranged outside the first sealing groove 52, and an internal thread is arranged in the extension 51;

The inner plug is flange-mounted, two sealing grooves are formed in the slender part, a sealing ring is mounted in the sealing grooves and inserted into a hole in the cabin cover for sealing; the long shaft pull rod of the outer pull head is provided with external threads which are matched and fastened with the middle through hole of the inner plug in a threaded manner, the long shaft pull rod is screwed into the outer pull head, the flange edge of the outer pull head is provided with a sealing groove, a sealing ring is arranged in the sealing groove, after the screwing-in, the sealing ring is pressed on the plane of the cabin cover to form axial sealing, and meanwhile, the inner plug is tensioned to be fastened; the thread of the outer puller is long enough until the outer puller is screwed into a threaded hole matched with the inner puller on the content; the inner plugs fixed on the hatch covers at the two ends are the same as the outer pull head, and the hatch covers are screwed into the threaded holes of the contents, so that the contents are tightly pushed at the two ends, and the hatch covers are fixed up, down, left and right. The tightening operation causes the hatch to be tightened as well, and there is no fear of the hatch loosening even if the hatch and the capsule are not bolted.
