1. A gas valve suitable for double gas sources is characterized by comprising:

the valve core cavity (110) is formed in the valve main body (100), and an air inlet (120) and an air outlet (130) which are communicated with the valve core cavity (110) are formed in the side wall of the valve main body (100);

the valve core (200) is rotatably arranged in the valve core cavity (110), an air inlet channel (210) communicated with the interior of the valve core cavity (110) is formed in the valve core (200), a first air outlet hole group (201) and a second air outlet hole group (202) which can be matched with the air outlet (130) for use are arranged on the valve core (200), the first air outlet hole group (201) and the second air outlet hole group (202) are both communicated with the air inlet channel (210),

the motor (300) is arranged on the valve main body (100), and an output shaft of the motor (300) is connected with the valve core (200) and can drive the valve core (200) to rotate relative to the valve main body (100);

the motor (300) is a stepping motor.

the valve also comprises a touch switch (400) arranged on the valve main body (100), a trigger piece (410) is arranged on the touch switch (400),

an extrusion piece (500) capable of contacting with the trigger piece (410) is arranged on the valve core (200) or the output shaft of the motor (300).

4. A gas valve adapted to dual gas sources as claimed in claim 3,

one end of the valve core (200) is provided with a connecting end part (230) extending to the outside of the valve core cavity (110),

the touch switch (400) is disposed at a position of the valve body (100) adjacent to the connection end portion (230),

the connecting end part (230) is detachably provided with a connecting piece (510) capable of rotating synchronously along with the connecting piece, the connecting piece (510) is provided with a connecting hole (511) capable of being connected with an output shaft of the motor (300), and the extrusion piece (500) is arranged on the connecting piece (510).

5. A gas valve adapted for use with dual gas sources as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

the valve main body (100) is provided with a stop valve (150) capable of automatically closing the air inlet (120) in case of power failure.

6. A gas valve adapted for use with dual gas sources as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

one end of the valve core cavity (110) is provided with an opening, the valve core (200) passes through the opening and enters the interior of the valve core cavity (110),

the valve body (100) is provided with a limiting mechanism for limiting the valve core (200) to withdraw from the valve core cavity (110).

7. A gas valve adapted for use with dual gas sources as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

the air outlet (130) comprises an inner ring fire air outlet (131) and an outer ring fire air outlet (132);

the first air outlet hole group (201) and the second air outlet hole group (202) respectively comprise a plurality of inner ring fire air outlet holes (221) which can be matched with the inner ring fire air outlets (131) for use and a plurality of outer ring fire air outlet holes (222) which can be matched with the outer ring fire air outlets (132) for use.

8. A gas valve adapted for use with dual gas sources as claimed in claim 7, wherein:

the two inner ring fire air outlet holes (221) are mutually independently communicated with the air inlet channel (210),

one of the inner ring fire air outlet holes (221) communicated with the air inlet channel (210) is sequentially communicated with the rest of the inner ring fire air outlet holes (221) in series through a plurality of first connecting air channels (240), the first connecting air channels (240) are connected to the side walls of the two adjacent inner ring fire air outlet holes (221),

the cross-sectional areas of the first communication passages (240) are gradually reduced along the circumferential direction of the valve core (200).

9. The gas valve adapted to dual gas sources as recited in claim 7,

one of the outer ring fire air outlet holes (222) is communicated with the air inlet channel (210), the outer ring fire air outlet holes (222) communicated with the air inlet channel (210) are sequentially communicated with the rest of the outer ring fire air outlet holes (222) in series through a plurality of second communication air passages (250), the second communication air passages (250) are connected to the side walls of the two adjacent outer ring fire air outlet holes (222), and the cross-sectional areas of the second communication air passages (250) are gradually reduced along the circumferential direction of the valve core (200).

10. A gas cooker is characterized in that a gas cooker body,

the dual-gas-source-suitable gas valve comprises a cooker main body, wherein the cooker main body is provided with the dual-gas-source-suitable gas valve as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.

Background

At present, the existing gas cookers on the market can be divided into natural gas cookers and liquefied gas cookers according to the difference of the used gas sources, and the gas outlets of the gas valves used on the natural gas cookers and the liquefied gas cookers are different in size due to the difference of the oxygen consumption when the liquefied gas and the natural gas are combusted, so that the gas valves of the two gas cookers can not be used in a mixed manner. Enterprises produce two different gas valves, so that the production cost of the enterprises is greatly increased, and when the natural gas cooker and the liquefied gas cooker are assembled with improper gas valves, the gas of the gas cooker is not fully combusted, and potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the first aspect of the invention provides a gas valve, which can switch the first gas outlet hole group or the second gas outlet hole group to be matched with the gas outlet to discharge gas according to different gas sources, so that the gas valve can be suitable for natural gas or liquefied gas and has a wide application range; the second aspect of the invention provides a cooking utensil which adopts the gas valve suitable for the double gas sources, so that the cooking utensil can be suitable for natural gas or liquefied gas and has a wide application range.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

according to certain embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, a gas valve for dual gas supply comprises: the valve comprises a valve body, a valve core cavity and a valve core, wherein the valve body is internally provided with a valve core cavity, and the side wall of the valve body is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the valve core cavity; the valve core is rotatably arranged in the valve core cavity, a gas inlet channel communicated with the interior of the valve core cavity is formed in the valve core, a first gas outlet hole group and a second gas outlet hole group which can be matched with the gas outlet for use are arranged on the valve core, the first gas outlet hole group and the second gas outlet hole group are both communicated with the gas inlet channel, the motor is arranged on the valve main body, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the valve core and can drive the valve core to rotate relative to the valve main body; and the control circuit is electrically connected with the motor and can control the motor to drive the valve core to rotate forwards or reversely.

The gas valve suitable for the double gas source of certain embodiments of the first aspect of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: through being provided with first gas outlet hole group and second gas outlet hole group on the case, the aperture of first gas outlet hole group and second gas outlet hole group can set up to the size that matches with natural gas and liquefied gas correspondingly to when making motor drive valve core rotate, the cooperation of changeable first gas outlet hole group or second gas outlet hole group and gas outlet is given vent to anger, and then make the gas valve applicable to natural gas or liquefied gas, application scope is wide, not only reduce the manufacturing cost of enterprise, and reduce the subsequent cost of changing the gas valve of user.

According to certain embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the motor is a stepper motor.

According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the valve further comprises a touch switch disposed on the valve body, the touch switch is provided with a trigger piece, and the valve core or the output shaft of the motor is provided with a pressing member capable of contacting with the trigger piece.

According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, one end of the valve core is provided with a connection end portion extending to the outside of the valve core chamber, the touch switch is disposed at a position of the valve main body adjacent to the connection end portion, the connection end portion is detachably mounted with a connection member capable of rotating synchronously therewith, the connection member is provided with a connection hole capable of being connected with an output shaft of the motor, and the extrusion member is disposed on the connection member.

According to certain embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the valve body is provided with a shut-off valve capable of automatically closing the air inlet in the absence of an electric power.

According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, an opening is opened at one end of the valve core chamber, the valve core passes through the opening and enters the inside of the valve core chamber, and a limiting mechanism for limiting the valve core to exit from the inside of the valve core chamber is arranged on the valve main body.

According to certain embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the air outlets comprise an inner ring fire air outlet and an outer ring fire air outlet; the first air outlet hole group and the second air outlet hole group respectively comprise a plurality of inner ring fire air outlet holes which can be matched with the inner ring fire air outlet for use and a plurality of outer ring fire air outlet holes which can be matched with the outer ring fire air outlet for use.

According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, one of the outer ring fire outlet holes is communicated with the air inlet channel, and the outer ring fire outlet hole communicated with the air inlet channel is sequentially communicated in series with the other outer ring fire outlet holes through a plurality of second communicating air channels, the second communicating air channels are connected to the side walls of two adjacent outer ring fire outlet holes, and the cross-sectional areas of the plurality of second communicating air channels are gradually reduced along the circumferential direction of the valve core.

A hob according to some embodiments of the second aspect of the present invention comprises a hob body, on which the above mentioned gas valve adapted for dual gas supply is arranged.

The cooktops of certain embodiments of the second aspect of the invention have at least the following benefits: the gas valve suitable for the double gas sources is adopted by the cooker, so that the cooker can be suitable for natural gas or liquefied gas, the gas sources suitable for the cooker are various, and the subsequent maintenance cost of the cooker is reduced.
