Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of alcohol standard gas generating devices, in particular to a working method of an alcohol standard gas generating device.

Background

An alcohol content detector for expired gas, called alcohol detector for short, is a tool for traffic police law enforcement, belongs to a measuring instrument, and has legality only if the alcohol detector is verified by a measuring department and obtains a verification certificate.

The alcohol detector metrological verification procedure (JJG 657-. The method specifies that the alcohol standard gas generated by the national first-class certified standard substance and the generating source (generating device) of the alcohol gas in the air is used as the gas for verification, wherein the first-class standard gas is used as the tracing gas, and the alcohol standard gas (or the alcohol standard gas) generated by the generating device can be used as the gas for subsequent verification to save the use cost because the first-class standard gas is expensive.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a working method of an alcohol standard gas generating device, which can reduce resource waste and environmental pollution when the alcohol standard gas generating device runs under the condition of ensuring verification efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a working method of an alcohol standard gas generating device, comprising the steps of:

step S1, providing an alcohol standard gas generating device, including: the device comprises a sample gas supply device, a generating device, a mixing device and a diluent gas supply device; the sample gas supply device is connected with the generating device, and the generating device and the diluent gas supply device are both connected with the mixing device;

step S2, selecting a working mode of the alcohol standard gas generating device according to the current verification state, wherein the verification state comprises a state required to be verified by the alcohol detector and a state required to be verified by the alcohol-free detector, and the working mode comprises a verification mode and a sleep mode;

when the current verification state is a state that the alcohol detector needs to be verified, selecting a verification mode, wherein in the verification mode, the sample gas supply device supplies sample gas to the generating device at a first flow rate, the diluent gas supply device supplies diluent gas to the mixing device at a second flow rate, and the mixing device outputs alcohol standard gas with preset concentration to the alcohol detector to be verified so as to verify the alcohol detector;

when the current verification state is the state that the alcohol-free detector needs to be verified, a sleep mode is selected, under the sleep mode, the sample gas supply device supplies sample gas to the generating device at a third flow rate smaller than the first flow rate, the diluent gas supply device supplies diluent gas to the mixing device at a fourth flow rate smaller than the second flow rate, and the mixing device outputs waste gas to maintain the continuous work of the alcohol standard gas generating device.

When the sleep mode is switched to the verification mode, the flow of the sample gas introduced into the generating device by the sample gas supply device is increased from the third flow to the first flow, the flow of the diluent gas introduced into the mixing device by the diluent gas supply device is increased from the fourth flow to the second flow, and after the second duration, the concentration of the alcohol gas output by the mixing device is recovered and stabilized at the preset concentration.

The first flow rate is 10 ml/min to 1000 ml/min, the second flow rate is greater than or equal to 15L/min, the third flow rate is less than or equal to 3 ml/min, and the fourth flow rate is less than or equal to 1L/min.

The preset time threshold is greater than 10 minutes.

The second time period is 0.5-2 minutes.

To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention, the following detailed description is given with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2, the present invention provides a working method of an alcohol standard gas generating device, including the following steps:

step S1, providing an alcohol standard gas generating device, including: a sample gas supply device 10, a generating device 20, a mixing device 40 and a diluent gas supply device 30; the sample gas supply device 10 is connected with the generating device 20, and both the generating device 20 and the dilution gas supply device 30 are connected with the mixing device 40.

Step S2, selecting a working mode of the alcohol standard gas generating device according to the current verification state, wherein the verification state comprises a state required to be verified by the alcohol detector and a state required to be verified by the alcohol-free detector, and the working mode comprises a verification mode and a sleep mode;

when the current verification state is a state that the alcohol detector needs to be verified, selecting a verification mode, wherein in the verification mode, the sample gas supply device 10 supplies sample gas to the generating device 20 at a first flow rate, the diluent gas supply device 30 supplies diluent gas to the mixing device 40 at a second flow rate, and the mixing device 40 outputs alcohol standard gas with preset concentration to the alcohol detector to be verified so as to verify the alcohol detector;

Further, when the sleep mode is switched to the verification mode, the flow rate of the sample gas introduced into the generating device 20 by the sample gas supply device 10 is increased from the third flow rate to the first flow rate, the flow rate of the diluent gas introduced into the mixing device 40 by the diluent gas supply device 30 is increased from the fourth flow rate to the second flow rate, and after the second duration, the concentration of the alcohol gas output by the mixing device 40 is recovered and stabilized at the preset concentration, wherein the second duration is specifically 0.5-2 minutes.

Specifically, the first flow rate is 10 ml/min to 1000 ml/min, the second flow rate is greater than or equal to 15L/min, the third flow rate is less than or equal to 3 ml/min, and the fourth flow rate is less than or equal to 1L/min. Specifically, the sample gas supply device 10 includes a sample gas cylinder 11, and the sample gas cylinder 11 may be other gas generating devices, such as an air compressor, as long as the sample gas can be provided, and one skilled in the art can select a suitable device according to actual needs. The generator 20 includes a generator 21 and a first mass flow controller 22 connected to the generator 21 and the mixing device 30. Wherein the generator 21 is filled with liquid alcohol. The diluent gas supply device 30 comprises an air pump 31 and a second mass flow controller 32 connected with the air pump 31 and the mixing device 30, of course, the air pump 31 may be other gas generating devices or a gas storage steel cylinder, as long as the diluent gas can be provided, and a person skilled in the art can select appropriate equipment according to actual needs. In addition, a person skilled in the art can design another type of alcohol standard gas generating device according to his or her own requirement to achieve the same alcohol standard gas function, and the structure and composition of the device described in this embodiment are only schematic illustrations of this type of device, and are not limitations of this application.

The alcohol standard gas generation device generates alcohol gas by the following steps: the sample gas bottle 11 outputs sample gas, the sample gas enters the generator 21, the generator 21 bubbles to generate saturated or nearly saturated alcohol gas, the saturated or nearly saturated alcohol gas is input into the mixing device 30 through the first mass flow controller 22, the air pump 31 outputs dilution gas, the dilution gas is input into the mixing device 40 through the second mass flow controller 32 to dilute the saturated or nearly saturated alcohol gas, and the mixing device 40 outputs diluted alcohol gas.

Preferably, the sampling gas is nitrogen and the diluting gas is air.

It should be noted that, under a constant temperature and pressure, when the sample gas flows through the generating device 20 at a first flow rate, the alcohol gas with a first concentration is generated, and after the alcohol gas with the first concentration flows into the mixing device 20, the alcohol gas with the first concentration is mixed with the diluent gas flowing into the mixing device 30 at a second flow rate to generate the alcohol standard gas with a preset concentration, and the relationship among the first flow rate, the second flow rate, the first concentration and the preset concentration is as follows:

wherein, C1 is the first concentration, V1 is the first flow, V2 is the second flow, C2 is the preset concentration.

In the detection of the alcohol detector, according to the requirement of the detection regulation (JJG 657-2019), if the alcohol standard gas generating device is to generate the alcohol standard gas with the concentration capable of being applied to the detection of the alcohol detector, the second flow rate is at least 15L/min, the first flow rate can be selected to be 50 ml/min or other approximate flow rate values according to the requirement, and for the air pump 31 (air compressor) with the capacity of 50L and containing air storage tank, the operation can only be carried out for about 10 min under the flow rate of 15L/min, therefore, the air pump 31 is frequently started, even if the detection is not carried out, a large amount of noise is generated and the resource is wasted, for this purpose, the arrangement in the invention is that when the alcohol standard gas generating device does not carry out the detection of the alcohol detector for a period of time, for example, when the detection of the alcohol detector is not carried out for more than 10 min, the detection state of the alcohol standard gas generating, the device enters a sleep mode, or a user can set the calibrating device to be in a state that the alcohol-free detector needs to be calibrated and enter the sleep mode through a key, the calibrating device reduces the first flow to a third flow (such as 1L/min) and reduces the second flow to a fourth flow (such as 3 ml/min) so as to reduce the consumption of diluent gas, sampling gas and alcohol while maintaining the continuous work of the alcohol standard gas generating device and reduce the starting times of the gas pump and the replacement speed of liquid alcohol, and in the sleep mode, the concentration of the alcohol gas output by the mixing device 40 is not equal to the preset concentration, but the concentration does not influence the accuracy of subsequent calibration because calibration is not carried out at the moment; when the alcohol detector needs to be checked again, a user switches the device from the sleep mode back to the verification mode through a key, then the third flow rate is recovered to the first flow rate, the fourth flow rate is recovered to the second flow rate, the first concentration and the preset concentration can be recovered to the original values after 0.5-2 minutes of operation, the alcohol gas output by the mixing device 40 can be used for verifying the alcohol detector again, compared with the method from shutdown to startup, the method has the advantages that the sleep mode is switched to the verification mode, the switching can be completed smoothly only by 0.5-2 minutes without long-time preheating and stabilization, the device can be rapidly in a use state after the switching, and if the device is switched from shutdown to startup, at least 1 hour preheating and stabilization time is needed, so that the method can ensure the verification efficiency by setting the alcohol standard gas generating device to be switched between the sleep mode and the verification mode, the resource waste and the environmental pollution during the operation of the alcohol standard gas generating device are reduced.

It should be noted that, according to the disclosure of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can know that the third flow rate and the fourth flow rate may be any values smaller than the first flow rate and the second flow rate, and may be zero, so as to reduce the consumption of gas and alcohol during operation by reducing the flow rate and avoid the stabilization time required for the shutdown and the restart. Correspondingly, the second time duration is specifically 0.5-2 minutes, and only represents that a certain waiting time is needed when the sleep mode is switched to the verification mode, and a user can set other time durations according to needs.
