As is well known, the rubber sleeve sulfur-connecting equipment is troublesome to start, the production efficiency is low, particularly, the production of insulated wire cores is a bottleneck in the production of multi-core cables, and the phenomenon of insufficient sulfur of the wire cores is easily caused due to overhigh production line speed. In order to meet the yield requirement, an enterprise can only be forced to increase equipment and personnel to meet the actual production, and how to improve the production efficiency on the premise of limited production equipment is a problem to be considered.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a double-in and double-out production process and equipment of a rubber sleeve cable, which are used for improving the extrusion of rubber sleeve cable cores, improving the production efficiency and increasing the yield.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a double-in and double-out production device for rubber jacketed cables comprises rubber jacket sulfur connecting equipment, wherein the rubber jacket sulfur connecting equipment is provided with four automatic pay-off devices, the four automatic pay-off devices are arranged in a row, and a wire storage device is arranged in front of each row of automatic pay-off devices;

The cable extrusion process is the same as conventional production, but two wire cores can be produced simultaneously by one-time starting, the production speed is the same as that of a single wire, the production efficiency is doubled, an upper wire storage device and a lower wire storage device are additionally arranged, the time for loading and unloading the wire cores is sufficient, the butt welding and disk changing of conductors are facilitated, and the shutdown is avoided.

Detailed Description

The technical solution adopted by the present invention will be further explained with reference to the schematic drawings.

A double-in and double-out production device (hereinafter referred to as the device) of rubber sleeve cables comprises a rubber sleeve sulfur connecting device, which is a mature product on the market and is not described in detail herein. This is explained in detail below with reference to fig. 1.

The improved form of the auxiliary device of the equipment is as follows: referring to fig. 1, the pay-off device of the rubber sleeve continuous sulfur equipment is improved, four automatic pay-off devices are arranged in parallel, and a wire storage device is arranged in front of each row of automatic pay-off devices, two rows of automatic pay-off devices are shown in fig. 1 and respectively comprise a first row of automatic pay-off devices 1 and a second row of automatic pay-off devices 2, the wire storage device (wire storage device) arranged in front of the first row of automatic pay-off devices 1 is defined as a first wire storage device 3, and the wire storage device (wire storage device) arranged in front of the second row of automatic pay-off devices is defined as a second wire storage device 4.

In the rubber sleeve continuous sulfur equipment, four take-up devices are arranged in parallel, a wire storage device is arranged in front of each take-up device, two rows of take-up devices are shown in fig. 1 and are respectively defined as a first row of take-up devices 5 and a second row of take-up devices 6, the wire storage device arranged in front of the first row of take-up devices 5 is defined as a third wire storage device 7, and the wire storage device arranged in front of the second row of take-up devices is defined as a fourth wire storage device 8. Here, the first line storage device corresponds to the first line automatic pay-off device, and the second line storage device corresponds to the second line automatic pay-off device.

Also shown in fig. 1 are a guide pulley 9, a tension pulley 10, an extruder 11, a vulcanization pipe 12, and a lower tractor 13 arranged in that order.

The tooling die is required to be improved to complete the double-in and double-out production process, referring to fig. 2, the rubber sleeve continuous vulcanization equipment die is combined with the experience of producing flat cables of our company, the die core 14 of the extruder 11 is made into a flat type, a spacing body is left between the pore diameters of two die core holes 14a, the die core spacing body is defined as a first spacing body 14b, the first spacing body is a plate-shaped body, the two pore diameters can be made into the same or different sizes in order to meet the requirement, and the wire cores with the same or different specifications can be produced simultaneously. The die case 15 is formed into two circular holes 15a arranged in parallel with a predetermined gap therebetween based on its original shape, and the gap is defined as a second spacer 15b, which is also plate-shaped. The pore diameters of the mold core and the mold sleeve are matched according to the actual production experience in the past.

The invention also provides a double-in and double-out production process of the rubber sleeve cable, which is characterized in that conductor wire cores are respectively arranged on two automatic pay-off devices, wire storage is carried out before a wire storage device on the automatic pay-off devices, the two conductor wire cores are wound on a tension pulley in front of a die head in parallel after passing through the wire storage device, the two conductor wire cores pass through the tension pulley and then pass through a die core side by side, a rubber running matched die is arranged, the air pressure and the traction speed are set, and a machine is normally started; after the wire cores are hermetically cooled down and pass through the drying device, the wire cores are led into the wire collecting and storing device through the lower traction device, and finally the two insulated wire cores are collected on the two wire collecting discs.

The invention improves the auxiliary device of the production equipment and the tooling die, and simultaneously produces two insulated wire cores by combining the production experience of the traditional rubber sleeve cable in a reasonable production extrusion mode, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
