1. A wire holder assembly, comprising:

the mounting plate is a metal piece;

the wire holder body is arranged on the mounting plate and is provided with a grounding port;

the metal connecting sheet is connected with the mounting plate and the grounding port;

the metal connecting sheet comprises a bending part, and one part of the bending part is attached to the mounting plate.

2. The wire holder assembly of claim 1, wherein the metal tab further comprises:

a body section, one end of which is connected to the ground port and the other end of which is connected to the bent portion;

the bending part extends from the body section towards the direction close to the mounting plate, so that the part of the bending part is attached to the mounting plate.

the first mounting hole is arranged on the wire holder body;

a first nut disposed in the first mounting hole;

and the second connecting piece is in threaded connection with the first nut.

8. The wire receptacle assembly of claim 7,

the metal connecting sheet is arranged on one side, far away from the mounting plate, of the first mounting hole, and the second connecting piece penetrates through the metal connecting sheet and then is in threaded connection with the first nut.

9. The wire receptacle assembly of claim 7, further comprising:

the wire holder body is provided with at least one group of second mounting holes, and each group of second mounting holes comprises two sub-mounting holes arranged at intervals;

and the third connecting pieces are in one-to-one corresponding threaded connection with the second nuts.

Background

An electrical device or an electrical apparatus generally adopts a multi-bit wire holder or other types of combined wiring devices, when the electrical device or the electrical apparatus is connected with an external power supply or other wiring purposes, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a bit of port is reserved on a wire holder body 120 ' to serve as a grounding port 122 ', the grounding port 122 ' is divided into two parts for wiring by a metal connecting sheet 130 ', and one part is connected with an external ground wire and is fastened by a screw of the grounding port 122 '; the other part is connected with a mounting plate 110 'of the equipment through a connecting wire 170', the mounting plate is a sheet metal part, and finally, the whole machine shell and other metal parts which can be touched by hands are connected and fastened through screws; thereby achieving the effect of safe grounding protection. However, when the ground port 122 ' is connected to the mounting plate 110 ' through the connection line 170 ', the connection line 170 ' needs to be separately provided, which increases the material cost, and complicates the grounding step of the device because both ends of the connection line 170 ' need to be fixed.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.

To this end, a first aspect of the present invention is to provide a wire holder assembly.

In view of the above, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wire holder assembly comprising: the mounting plate is a metal piece; the wire holder body is arranged on the mounting plate and is provided with a grounding port; the metal connecting sheet is connected with the mounting plate and the grounding port; wherein, the metal connecting sheet comprises a bending part, and one part of the bending part is attached to the mounting plate.

The wire holder assembly provided by the invention comprises an installation plate, a wire holder body and a metal connecting sheet, wherein the installation plate is a metal piece, the wire holder body is arranged on the installation plate, a grounding port is arranged on the wire holder body, the metal connecting sheet is connected with the installation plate and the grounding port, specifically, the metal connecting sheet comprises a bending part, and a part of the bending part is attached to the installation plate, so that the metal connecting sheet is directly connected with the installation plate. The wire holder assembly provided by the invention is directly connected with the mounting plate and the grounding port arranged on the wire holder body through the metal connecting sheet, so that the grounding port of the wire holder body is directly connected with the mounting plate, and meanwhile, the connection function of an externally-connected ground wire is reserved, so that a connecting wire between the wire holder body and the mounting plate during grounding in the related technology is eliminated, the same safe grounding protection effect is achieved, finally, the connecting wire between the wire holder body and the mounting plate can be eliminated, and the material cost and the assembly cost are saved. In addition, the structure of the metal connecting sheet is simply changed, so that the metal connecting sheet can be directly contacted with the mounting plate, the grounding circuit is conducted, any part is not required to be added, the structure of the wire holder assembly is greatly simplified, and the wire holder assembly is convenient to process and assemble.

The wire holder assembly provided by the invention can be understood that the metal connecting sheet for realizing the grounding function is directly improved, so that the metal connecting sheet is directly contacted with the mounting plate, the circuit conduction is further realized, the grounding port on the wire holder body is kept unchanged, the wire holder assembly is connected with an external ground wire when equipment is mounted in the later period, and finally, the grounding protection function of the equipment is realized after the equipment is connected with the ground wire.
