A self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous motor comprises a machine shell (1), a rear end cover (2) which is arranged at the rear end of the machine shell (1) and is provided with a honeycomb-shaped air hole, a front end cover (3) which is arranged at the front end of the machine shell (1), a stator core (8) which is fixed on the inner wall of the machine shell (1), a rotor core (10) which is arranged at the center of the inner part of the machine shell (1), a three-phase winding (9) which is arranged between the rotor core (10) and the stator core (8) and an output shaft (6) which is rotatably connected with the front end cover (3) and penetrates through and fixes the rotor core (10), and is characterized in that,

A self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a sealing member (15) and a filter element (17) which is arranged in the cleaning cylinder (4) in a sealing and sliding manner are fixedly arranged in the cleaning cylinder (4), the sealing member (15) and the filter element (17) partition the interior of the cleaning cylinder (4) into three relatively sealed spaces, namely a front part close to the front end cover (3), a rear part close to the rear end cover (2) and a middle part between the front part and the rear part;

the cleaning cylinder (4) is fixed with the machine shell (1) through a guide pipe (13), and the guide pipe (13) is communicated with the rear part of the cleaning cylinder (4) and the rear space in the machine shell (1).

A self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the belt (12) passes through the conduit (13) and is connected with the rotating shaft (14), the rotating shaft (14) passes through the sealing member (15) and is connected with the sealing member in a sealed and rotating manner through a bearing, the filter element (17) is connected with the inner wall of the cleaning cylinder (4) through an elastic component, and the dust discharge end (23) is attached to the side wall of the filter element (17).

A self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the elastic assembly comprises a socket (22) fixed on the inner wall of the cleaning cylinder (4), a telescopic rod (20) parallel to the axis of the cleaning cylinder (4) and slidably engaged with the socket (22), and a spring (21) for elastically connecting the telescopic rod (20) and the socket (22);

wherein the end of the telescopic rod (20) is fixed with the filter element (17).

The self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous motor according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a wire holder electrically connected with the three-phase winding (9) through a conducting wire is arranged outside the machine shell (1), a hoisting ring convenient for hoisting is fixedly welded on the outer wall of the rear part of the machine shell (1), and a detachable sealing mouth is installed on the heat dissipation end (19).

The invention relates to mechanical equipment, in particular to a self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous motor.

Background

The permanent magnet synchronous motor is mainly composed of a stator, a rotor, an end cover and the like, wherein the stator is formed by laminating laminations to reduce iron loss generated when the motor operates, and a three-phase alternating current winding, namely an armature, is arranged in the stator. The rotor may be made in solid form or may be pressed from laminations which carry the permanent magnet material.

When the three-phase rotating magnetic field generator works, when three-phase symmetric current is introduced to the stator side, the three-phase stator current has a phase difference of 120 in the spatial position, so that the three-phase stator current generates a rotating magnetic field in the space, the rotor rotates under the action of electromagnetic force to move, and at the moment, electric energy is converted into kinetic energy.

At present, most of existing permanent magnet synchronous motors are internally provided with a fan for heat dissipation, but because of no cleaning function, a large amount of dust is easily accumulated inside the permanent magnet synchronous motors after the permanent magnet synchronous motors are used for a long time, and the service lives of the motors are short.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the defects in the prior art mentioned in the background art, the invention provides the self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous motor.

The invention overcomes the technical problems by adopting the following technical scheme, and specifically comprises the following steps:

the cleaning cylinder is fixed with the machine shell through a guide pipe, and the guide pipe is communicated with the rear part of the cleaning cylinder and the rear space in the machine shell.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the front part and the rear part in the cleaning cylinder are communicated through an input pipe, the middle part in the cleaning cylinder is communicated with the front space in the machine shell through an output pipe, and the outer wall of the cleaning cylinder is provided with a dust discharging end for discharging dust;

the filter core adopts soft rubber material to make, evenly set up a plurality of filtration pores that are used for supplying the air to pass through on the filter core, the edge of filter core with the sealed sliding connection of inner wall of a clean section of thick bamboo.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, a self-cleaning permanent magnet synchronous motor includes a housing 1, a rear end cover 2 installed at a rear end of the housing 1 and having honeycomb-shaped air holes, a front end cover 3 installed at a front end of the housing 1, a stator core 8 fixed on an inner wall of the housing 1, a rotor core 10 arranged at a center inside the housing 1, a three-phase winding 9 arranged between the rotor core 10 and the stator core 8, and an output shaft 6 rotatably connected to the front end cover 3 and penetrating and fixing the rotor core 10;

a partition plate 7 connected with the inner wall of the machine shell 1 in a sealing manner is arranged on one side, close to the rear end cover 2, in the machine shell 1, the output shaft 6 penetrates through the partition plate 7 and is connected with the partition plate through a bearing in a rotating and sealing manner, a fan 11 for air supply and heat dissipation is fixed at the end part of the output shaft 6, a cleaning cylinder 6 communicated with the interior of the machine shell 1 is arranged outside the machine shell 1, a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning cylinder 6, and a heat dissipation end 19 for outputting hot air is arranged at the lower part of the machine shell 1;

when the three-phase winding 9 is electrified, the output shaft 6 is driven to rotate under the action of the stator core 8 and the rotor core 10, the output shaft 6 drives the fan 11 to rotate, outside air is discharged into the rear space in the machine shell 1 through the honeycomb-shaped air holes in the rear end cover 2, then is sent into the cleaning cylinder 4 through the rear space in the machine shell 1, is cleaned by the cleaning mechanism and then is sent into the front space in the machine shell 1 to dissipate heat of the output shaft 6, the stator core 8, the three-phase winding 9 and the rotor core 10, and the heat is discharged through the heat dissipation end 19.

In one embodiment of the invention, a sealing element 15 and a filter element 17 which is arranged in the cleaning cylinder 4 in a sealing and sliding manner are fixedly arranged in the cleaning cylinder 4, and the sealing element 15 and the filter element 17 divide the interior of the cleaning cylinder 4 into three relatively sealed spaces, namely a front part close to the front end cover 3, a rear part close to the rear end cover 2 and a middle part between the front part and the rear part;

the cleaning cylinder 4 is fixed with the machine shell 1 through a conduit 13, and the conduit 13 is communicated with the rear part of the cleaning cylinder 4 and the rear space in the machine shell 1;

the air sucked from the honeycomb-shaped air holes in the rear end cover 2 is conveniently filtered through the three mutually closed spaces, and particulate objects such as dust and the like in the sucked air are removed, so that the situation that the air is directly discharged into the machine shell 1 to cause interference and even damage to the internal output shaft 6, the stator core 8, the three-phase winding 9 and the rotor core 10 is avoided.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the front part and the rear part inside the cleaning cylinder 4 are communicated with each other through an input pipe 16, the middle part inside the cleaning cylinder 4 is communicated with the front space inside the cabinet 1 through an output pipe 18, and an ash discharge end 23 for discharging dust is provided on the outer wall of the cleaning cylinder 4;

the filter element 17 is made of soft rubber, a plurality of filter holes 25 for air to pass through are uniformly formed in the filter element 17, and the edge of the filter element 17 is in sealing sliding connection with the inner wall of the cleaning barrel 4;

air is sent to the rear part of the cleaning cylinder 4 through the guide pipe 13, then is discharged into the front part of the cleaning cylinder 4 through the input pipe 16, enters the middle part of the cleaning cylinder 4 after being filtered by the filter element 17, and finally is discharged into the front space in the machine shell 1 through the output pipe 18, so that the output shaft 6, the stator iron core 8, the three-phase winding 9 and the rotor iron core 10 are cooled, and hot air is discharged through the heat dissipation end 19.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 14 rotatably disposed inside the cleaning cylinder 4, a belt 12 for connecting the rotating shaft 14 and the output shaft 6, and a brush 24 fixed at the front end of the rotating shaft 14, the front part of the brush 24 is uniformly provided with a plurality of fine and soft bristles, and the brush 24 faces the filter element 17;

when the output shaft 6 rotates, the rotating shaft 14 is driven by the belt 12 to rotate, and the brush 24 is driven to rotate synchronously, so that the filter element 17 is cleaned when the filter element 17 is blocked.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the belt 12 passes through the conduit 13 and is connected to the rotating shaft 14, the rotating shaft 14 passes through the sealing member 15 and is connected with the sealing member in a sealed and rotating manner through a bearing, the filter element 17 is connected with the inner wall of the cleaning cylinder 4 through an elastic component, and the dust discharging end 23 is attached to the side wall of the filter element 17;

when the filter holes 25 in the filter element 17 are unobstructed, the ash discharge end 23 is attached to the side wall of the filter element 17, the rotating fan 11 is discharged into the rear space in the casing 1 through the honeycomb-shaped air holes on the rear end cover 2, enters the rear part of the cleaning cylinder 4 through the guide pipe 12, is discharged into the front part of the cleaning cylinder 4 through the input pipe 16, and the clean air filtered by the filter element 17 enters the middle part of the cleaning cylinder 4 and is sent into the front space in the casing 1 through the output pipe 18;

when the filtration pore 25 in the filter core 17 takes place to block up, the atmospheric pressure increase in the clean 4 front portions of a section of thick bamboo, make filter core 17 extrusion elastic component step down the decompression, at filter core 17 extrusion elastic component's in-process near brush 24, arrange grey end 23 and communicate the front portion of clean 4 of a section of thick bamboo gradually, pivoted brush 24 cleans the filter core 17 of jam simultaneously, the dust that drops after the cleanness discharges through arranging grey end 23, make filter core 17 unobstructed again after the clean discharge of dust, make filter core 17 reset under elastic component's elasticity effect this moment, filter core 17 resets and blocks up row grey end 23 blocking again, thereby make the air send into the anterior space in the casing 1 heat dissipation through the middle part of clean 4 of a section of thick bamboo.

In another embodiment of the present invention, a wire holder electrically connected to the three-phase winding 9 through a wire is disposed outside the casing 1, a hoisting ring convenient for hoisting is fixedly welded on the outer wall of the rear portion of the casing 1, and a detachable sealing mouth is mounted on the heat dissipation end 19;

when the motor is not used for a long time, the heat dissipation end 19 can be sealed through the sealing nozzle, and external dust is prevented from entering the front space in the machine shell 1 through the heat dissipation end 19 and adhering to the output shaft 6, the stator core 8, the three-phase winding 9 and the rotor core 10 when the motor does not work.
