the refrigerating unit is provided with a refrigerating unit cooling device which comprises a refrigerating sheet heat conductor and a refrigerating sheet heat dissipation fin, wherein the refrigerating sheet heat conductor is attached to a heat dissipation surface of the refrigerating sheet, the refrigerating sheet heat conductor is connected with the refrigerating sheet heat dissipation fin together, and heat generated by the refrigerating sheet is firstly led into the refrigerating sheet heat conductor and then is conducted to the refrigerating sheet heat dissipation fin;

heat dissipation fins are arranged on two sides of the laser generator; the cooling fin is arranged above the cooling fin of the laser generator; the cooling fan is arranged below the heat dissipation fins of the laser generator;

the air inlet of the cooling fan is arranged on one side of the air inlet channel, the cooling fan rotates to generate cooling air, and the cooling air is blown to the heat dissipation fins of the laser generator after being sucked by the air inlet channel, passes through the heat dissipation fins of the refrigeration piece and finally passes through the air outlet channel to be scattered to the outer side of the handheld household laser beauty instrument.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the following figures and specific examples.

Fig. 1 to 3 are schematic views of the overall structure of the hand-held laser beauty instrument for home use according to the present invention, and exploded views of the overall components; the hand-held domestic laser beauty instrument of the invention is divided into an upper cover 11 and a lower cover 12 when viewed from the appearance; an ornamental cover 13 is arranged on the upper cover 11, and an air outlet channel 14 is arranged between the ornamental cover 13 and the upper cover 11; an air inlet channel 15 is arranged on the lower cover 12; a button 16 and an indicator light 17 are arranged on the upper cover 11 or the lower cover 12, which is arranged on the upper cover 11 in the embodiment; a working head 18 is provided projecting from an end of the lower cover 12, and a charging port 19 is provided at a bottom of the lower cover 12.

After the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 are covered, an installation space is formed, an operation host machine 2 is installed in the installation space, and a working part of the operation host machine 2 is connected with the operation head 18; the heat dissipation device of the operation host machine 2 is arranged between the air inlet channel 15 and the air outlet channel 14, and outside air enters through the air inlet channel 15, passes through the heat dissipation device of the operation host machine 2 and then is emitted through the air outlet channel 14. The air inlet channel 15 and the operation head 18 are arranged on one side, and the air outlet channel 14 is arranged at the opposite position, so that the air near the surface of a human body can be taken away from one side close to the laser beauty working surface, and then the air is discharged to the outside through the air outlet channel 14 after the heat of the operation host machine 2 is dissipated.

The upper cover 11 is provided with a decoration cover assembly 3, which includes the decoration cover 13 and the air outlet channel 14.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the overall structure of the work host 2 is schematically illustrated; it comprises a control circuit board 21, a laser generator 22, a refrigeration unit 23, a working metal cap 24 and a cooling fan 25.

Since the number of power components of the work machine 2 is increased, and the battery capacity of the equipment needs to be increased in order to improve the use experience, the battery mounting groove 2101 is formed in the middle of the control circuit board 21, so that a battery with larger battery capacity, especially a cylindrical battery, can be mounted by using the space of a handheld part.

The control circuit board 21 is arranged at a handheld part, and the laser generator 22, the refrigeration unit 23, the cooling fan 25 and the like are arranged at the upper part; the laser generator 22 and the refrigeration unit 23 are fixed together, the refrigeration unit 23 adopts a refrigeration piece 2301 as a refrigeration element, and a refrigeration surface of the refrigeration piece 2301 is fixed on the working metal cap 24; refrigeration unit 23 still is equipped with refrigeration unit cooling device, and it includes refrigeration piece heat conductor 2302 and refrigeration piece heat radiation fins 2303, refrigeration piece heat conductor 2302 laminates on the cooling surface of refrigeration piece 2301, refrigeration piece heat conductor 2302 with refrigeration piece heat radiation fins 2303 link together, the heat that refrigeration piece 2301 produced is leading-in earlier to refrigeration piece heat conductor 2302, then conducts again refrigeration piece heat radiation fins 2303, the heat finally by refrigeration piece heat radiation fins 2303 dispels the heat.

Heat dissipation fins are arranged on two sides of the laser generator 22; the cooling fin 2303 is arranged above the cooling fin of the laser generator 22; the cooling fan 25 is installed below the heat dissipation fins of the laser generator 22; the air inlet of the cooling fan 25 is arranged on one side of the air inlet channel 15, the cooling fan 25 rotates to generate cooling air, the cooling air is sucked from the air inlet channel 15, blown to the heat dissipation fins of the laser generator 22, passes through the cooling fin 2303 and finally is emitted to the outer side of the handheld household laser beauty instrument through the air outlet channel 14, and heat dissipation is achieved.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the work machine 2 is partially illustrated with the control circuit board 21, the cooling device of the cooling unit 23, and the cooling fan 25 removed. A bearing assembly 26 is installed in the laser generator 22, and a swing arm driving assembly 27 is arranged at the bottom of the laser generator 22; the swing arm drive assembly 27 drives the laser generator 22 to actively swing about the bearing assembly 26.

The laser generator 22 comprises a laser generating host 2201, a reflecting component 2202 and an optical path conduction component 2203; in order to reduce the size of the apparatus, the reflecting member 2202 is provided in the output path of the laser beam, and reflects the laser beam and emits it; the laser beam generated by the laser generating host 2201 is transmitted through the light path transmission component 2203, the laser beam is collimated by the collimating lens 2203-1 and then emitted to the reflecting component 2202, is reflected by the reflecting mirror for 90 degrees, and is finally focused by the focusing lens 2203-2 and then emitted after the direction of the light path is changed, and passes through the windowing of the working metal cap 24 to carry out skin beauty treatment. Laser heat dissipation fins 2204 are installed on two sides of the laser generation host 2201 to dissipate heat of the laser generation host 2201.

The working metal cap 24 comprises a refrigeration mounting seat 2401, and the refrigeration sheet 2301 is mounted on the refrigeration mounting seat 2401; the working metal cap 24 further comprises a metal cap head 2402, and one side of the metal cap head 2402 is connected with the refrigeration mounting seat 2401; the refrigeration mounting seat 2401 and the metal cap 2402 are preferably integrally formed by metal, particularly made of heat-conductive materials such as aluminum alloy, copper alloy and the like, cold energy generated by the refrigeration sheet 2301 is conducted to the metal cap 2402 through the refrigeration mounting seat 2401, so that the metal cap 2402 is kept at the temperature of 0-20 ℃, and the metal cap 2402 can relieve the burning pain of the skin in the laser treatment process after being attached to the skin.

The middle of the metal cap head 2402 is provided with a laser window 2403, and after the laser beam is emitted by the light path conduction assembly 2203, the laser beam can pass through the laser window 2403 and act on the skin.

Further, a glass mounting seat 2404 and glass 2405 are arranged on the laser window 2403; through setting up glass 2405 can protect equipment inside, and is waterproof dustproof, ensures that the complete machine can normally work, and guarantees the pleasing to the eye of complete machine.

The working metal cap 24 is secured to the housing of the working head 18 by fasteners; the working metal cap 24 is also provided with a plurality of sensors which are fixed through a sensor mounting seat 2406; the sensor on the working metal cap 24 can detect the real-time temperature of the metal cap head 2402, so that the working state of the refrigerating sheet 2301 is adjusted timely, and the skin can be experienced comfortably.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a detailed structural diagram of the laser generator 22 and its driving is shown, and the structures of the bearing assembly 26 and the swing arm driving assembly 27 are mainly shown.

The laser generator main unit 2201 is provided with a bearing mounting hole 2601 therein, a bearing is provided therein, and the bearing is fixedly mounted on the base support 2701 of the swing arm driving assembly 27 through a pin shaft 2605. Further, in order to ensure accurate and stable rotation and oscillation of the bearing assembly 26, a plurality of inner bearings are provided, a first bearing 2602 and a second bearing 2603 are provided in the bearing mounting hole 2601, and a bearing sleeve 2604 is provided between the two bearings; the base support 2701 is provided with a bearing fixing screw hole 2606, the top end of the pin shaft 2605 is provided with a screw thread, and the pin shaft 2605 passes through the first bearing 2602, the second bearing 2603 and the bearing sleeve 2604 and then is screwed into the bearing fixing screw hole 2606. By arranging 2 bearings up and down and extending the bearing support surface, the laser generator 2201 can rotate around the bearing assembly 26 more accurately.

The swing arm driving assembly 27 is a magnetic driving swing mechanism, and includes a base support 2701, a shielding cover 2702, a first magnet 2703, a second magnet 2704, a coil 2705, a rotating swing arm 2706, and a third magnet 2707.

The shielding cover 2702 covers the base support 2701, and a magnetic force driving swing mechanism is arranged between the shielding cover 2702 and the base support 2701; the first magnet 2703 is fixed to the shield cover 2702, and the second magnet 2704 is fixed to the shield cover 2702; the coil 2705 is provided between the first magnet 2703 and the second magnet 2704; the coil 2705 is fixed in the rotating swing arm 2706, and one end of the rotating swing arm 2706 is connected to the laser generator 2201; the first magnet 2703 and the second magnet 2704 are arranged opposite to each other to form a first magnetic field; controlled current is introduced into the coil 2705, controlled swinging is performed in the first magnetic field, so that controlled swinging motion of the light path conducting component 2203 is realized, and laser dot matrix scanning treatment is realized by matching with the laser generating host 2201.

The third magnet 2707 is arranged on the outer side of the shielding cover 2702 and is matched with a hall sensor to realize real-time monitoring of the real-time position of the swing arm, and then real-time calibration is carried out on the real-time position of the swing arm, so that the accuracy of the swing process of the swing arm is ensured.

As shown in fig. 10, which is a schematic view of the internal heat dissipation of the present invention, cooling air enters through the air inlet channel 15 on one side of the operation head 18, is blown by the cooling fan 25, passes through the laser heat dissipation fins 2204 and the cooling fin 2303, takes away heat on the surfaces of the two heat dissipation fins, and is finally dissipated through the air outlet channel 14.

The air inlet channel 15 is a fine hole and is regularly arranged along the working projection plane of the cooling fan 25.

The air outlet channel 14 may also be disposed close to the heat dissipation holes of the cooling fins 2303; however, the front aesthetic degree of the whole machine is seriously affected, and generally at the position, the decorative cover 13 has a display function of the working state indicator lamp, so that the air outlet channel 14 needs to be reasonably arranged, the display function of the working state indicator lamp is kept while the heat dissipation effect is ensured, and the aesthetic effect of the product is improved.

In order to retain the display function of the working state indicator light and the air outlet channel 14, the decorative cover 13 and the decorative cover assembly 3 of the peripheral accessories thereof are specifically designed as shown in fig. 11 to 16, a top sliding hole 31 is arranged above the mounting part of the decorative cover 13 of the upper cover 11, and a buckling groove 32 is arranged below the mounting part; a slide way pin 1301 is arranged at the top of the back of the decorative cover 13, and a sliding buckle 1302 is arranged at the bottom of the back of the decorative cover 13; when the decoration cover 13 is mounted on the upper cover 11, the sliding buckle 1302 is firstly clamped into the buckle groove 32, then the upper part is closed, and the decoration cover 13 is mounted on the upper cover 11 by screwing the fastening screw 1307 into the slideway pin 1301 from the inside through the top sliding hole 31.

A functional rib-shaped structure is arranged at the mounting part of the decorative cover 13 of the upper cover 11, and comprises a shading sliding chute 3301, a light-transmitting chute 3302 and an air outlet chute 3303; a plurality of shading strips 1303 and a state display light-transmitting area 1304 are arranged on the back surface of the decorative cover 13; after the decorative cover 13 is mounted on the upper cover 11, the light-shielding strips 1303 enter the light-shielding sliding grooves 3301 one by one, and the light-transmitting grooves 3302 correspond to the state display light-transmitting areas 1304. A display driving circuit board 36 is installed inside the upper cover 11, a plurality of groups of display lamps 37 are arranged on the display driving circuit board 36, and the display lamps 37 are located in the light-transmitting groove 3302; the status display light-transmitting area 1304 is provided with a plurality of light-transmitting graphics or text contents on the decorative cover 13, when a certain status is to be displayed, a group of the display lamps 37 in the corresponding light-transmitting slot 3302 are lighted, light is transmitted in the light-transmitting slot 3302, and finally the content is lighted by passing through the corresponding light-transmitting graphics or text on the status display light-transmitting area 1304, so that the corresponding status is displayed. By arranging the shading strip 1303 and the shading sliding groove 3301, the lighted display lamp 37 can only illuminate the state display light-transmitting area 1304 without light leakage, so that the adjacent state display light-transmitting area 1304 is also lighted, and information errors are caused. The LED lamp beads can be selected by the display lamp 37, the size is small, the brightness is high after the LED lamp beads are lightened, and state information can be fully displayed.

Display driver circuit board 36 width dimension only covers printing opacity groove 3302, display driver circuit board 36 both sides are vacated air-out groove 3303's space, the air accessible display driver circuit board 36 space all around enters into in the air-out groove 3303. Gaps are reserved between the decorative cover 13 and the upper cover 11 to form the air outlet channel 14, and air can pass through the air outlet slot 3303 and then be discharged from the air outlet channel 14 around the decorative cover 13.

Further, in order to fully utilize the function of the decoration cover 13, the decoration cover 13 may have a function of an on/off button by using a gap between the decoration cover 13 and the upper cover 11. A button switch 38 is provided below the display lamp 37 mounting region of the display driving circuit board 36, a button contact 1306 is provided on the rear surface of the cosmetic cover 13, and a through cavity of the button contact 1306 is provided in a corresponding region of the upper cover 11.

Further, a spring mounting hole 34 is formed in the functional rib-shaped structure of the upper cover 11, a spring 35 is arranged in the spring mounting hole 34, the spring 35 abuts against the back of the decorative cover 13, the decorative cover 13 can be supported and reset, and the air outlet channel 14 is ensured to keep a maximum gap in the working process. A spring pin 1305 is further disposed on the back surface of the decorative cover 13, and the spring pin 1305 is inserted into the spring 35 to guide the spring 35. The number of the spring mounting holes 34 is 2, the spring mounting holes are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the functional rib-shaped structure of the upper cover 11, and correspondingly, the number of the springs 35 is 2, so that more uniform and reliable supporting force can be provided, and the gap of the air outlet channel 14 is kept uniform.

A fastening screw 1307 is screwed into the spring pin 1305 to further fix the cover 13.

A certain adjusting gap is left between the screw head of the fastening screw 1307 and the back surface of the top slide hole 31 or the spring pin 1305.

When the button switch 38 needs to be triggered, the decoration cover 13 is pressed from the front, the decoration cover 13 moves downwards to compress the spring 35 (as shown in fig. 13 and 14) until the button contact 1306 presses the button switch 38; the shading sliding chute 3301 has enough depth, so that the shading strip 1303 can move therein, and a sufficient shading effect can still be achieved. As shown in fig. 15 and 16.

As a further improvement of the present invention, in order to further enhance the decoration effect of the decoration cover 13 and enhance the aesthetic degree of the product, a circle of light-homogenizing decoration structure may be disposed by using the air outlet channel 14.

The first embodiment of the dodging decoration structure may be specifically shown in fig. 17 to 19.

A circle of LED lamp strip 41 is pasted on the inner side of the decorative cover 13, and a circle of decorative ring 42 is arranged at the mounting position of the decorative cover 13 of the upper cover 11; the LED strip 41 is electrically connected to the display driver circuit board 36.

The surface of the decorative ring 42 facing the decorative cover 13 is an obliquely arranged uniform light reflection surface 43.

As shown in fig. 19, the LED strip 41 emits light after being lighted, and a part of the light assumes the even light reflection surface 43, and overflows from the air outlet channel 14 after being reflected to the outside, thereby forming a light decoration effect.

The uniform light reflection surface 43 is provided as a color surface, which is generally different from the colors of the upper cover 11 and the decorative cover 13, so that the LED strip 41 has a good decorative and aesthetic effect even if not lighted.

The uniform light reflection surface 43 is a soft light reflection surface, so that light emitted by the LED lamp strip 41 can be softly reflected, and light rays are diffused to a certain extent, so that the brightness is uniform, and the effects of decorating products and enhancing visual impression are achieved.

The LED strip 41 is a white light strip or a color light strip, and the surface of the LED strip is preferably coated with a light-homogenizing material, so that the light emitted by the LED strip 41 is uniform, rather than high-brightness lighting light.

The second embodiment of the dodging decoration structure may be specifically shown in fig. 20 to 23.

The structure is further simplified, and richer light display effects are provided, and the light-homogenizing decorative structure comprises a decorative ring 42 and a light guide lamp strip 44; the decorative ring 42 is also installed in the upper cover 11, and the air outlet channel 14 is reserved between the decorative ring 42 and the decorative cover 13.

The first embodiment is different from the light-homogenizing decorative structure in that the decorative ring 42 is made of transparent or translucent material and has the light-homogenizing effect. A light guide lamp strip 44 is arranged below the decorative ring 42, the light guide lamp strip 44 is a multi-core optical fiber and is connected with an LED light source 45, the LED light source 45 has a large volume, is installed in a part, not installed on the decorative cover 13, in the upper cover 11, and then conducts light through the optical fiber.

The decorative ring 42 can reach the effect of a ring-shaped light belt by the light emitted by the light guide light belt 44.

Meanwhile, due to the design of the independent LED light source 45, the brightness of the LED light source is controlled to gradually change by the MCU, so that the effect of a breathing lamp is achieved, and the breathing lamp corresponds to the starting and working of equipment.

By adopting the scheme design of the second embodiment, the decorative brightness is directly emitted through the decorative ring 42, so that the decorative effect is better; the light source is hidden under the decorative ring 42, so that the light source can be better protected, and the whole air outlet channel 14 is smoother and smoother, which is beneficial to ventilation.

The decorative ring 42 may be adhered to the inside of the upper cover 11 by an adhesive, or may be mounted and fixed in the manner shown in the figure, a plurality of decorative ring mounting posts 4201 are provided on the back surface of the decorative ring 42, and a plurality of decorative ring fixing holes 4202 are correspondingly provided on the mounting position of the decorative ring 42 of the upper cover 11; when the decorative ring 42 is covered on the upper cover 11, the decorative ring mounting post 4201 is inserted into the decorative ring fixing hole 4202, and finally the decorative ring mounting post 4201 passes through the decorative ring fixing hole 4202, and is pressed by a press head to deform the decorative ring mounting post 4201, thereby achieving fixing.

The hand-held household laser beauty instrument has a laser dot matrix treatment effect, and meanwhile, the refrigeration unit 23 is arranged, so that the metal cap 2402 in contact with the skin is maintained at a certain temperature, the skin around a treatment area is synchronously cooled, the burning pain of the skin caused by laser treatment is relieved, and a therapist obtains a comfortable experience.

Because the cooling function is synchronously realized, the skin can be cooled, so that the laser energy density of the laser generator 22 can be improved, and the treatment effect of the handheld household laser beauty instrument can be further improved. Because the laser is a household device, the set laser energy density is low for safety, and the generation of too high temperature, which causes uncontrollable temperature, is prevented; the laser energy density of a professional laser beauty instrument adopted by a medical institution is about 2 times higher than that of a handheld household laser beauty instrument. When the hand-held domestic laser beauty instrument has the synchronous cooling measure, the energy density of some laser can be properly increased to improve the laser treatment effect.

The hand-held domestic laser beauty instrument increases the laser energy density and the refrigeration unit 23, so the power of the whole equipment is increased and the hand-held domestic laser beauty instrument can be maintained only by adopting a battery with a larger size and specification; therefore, a special battery mounting groove 2101 is formed in the middle of the control circuit board 21, so that a larger size battery can be mounted by using a hand-held part of the laser beauty instrument, and the power consumption requirement caused by power increase is met.

The hand-held domestic laser beauty instrument of the invention increases the laser energy density and adds the refrigeration unit 23, so the heat dissipation capacity of the whole instrument is also larger, and on the basis of installing the heat dissipation fins on two power devices which mainly need heat dissipation, the invention also combines the cooling fan 25 and designs a special heat dissipation channel to carry out high-efficiency heat dissipation. When heat is dissipated, outside room temperature air enters from the air inlet channel 15 at one side of the laser beauty instrument main machine close to the skin, so that the heat on the surface of the skin can be indirectly taken away, and the comfortable sensation of a curer is improved; after entering, the air passes through the laser heat dissipation fins 2204 and the refrigeration fin heat dissipation fins 2303 in the vertical direction, takes away the heat on the surfaces of the heat dissipation fins, and is finally discharged from the front surface of the laser beauty instrument main machine through the air outlet channel 14.

Because the upper cover 11 of the hand-held household laser beauty instrument is provided with the air outlet channel 14, in order to improve the aesthetic effect, the original function of the status indicator lamp is kept, the gap is fully utilized to integrate the button function, the decorative cover component 3 with the integration of the button switch function and the status display function is designed, and the gap of the air outlet channel 14 is utilized to arrange a circle of dodging decorative structure, so that the air outlet channel 14 is kept, the status indication function and the button switch function are kept, dodging decoration is added, and the integral aesthetic effect of the equipment is improved.

While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed, but is capable of various modifications and substitutions without departing from the spirit of the invention.
