Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an application of a kelp extract.

Background

Recent studies in cell biology and molecular biology have considered that skin aging is both necessary for human gene metabolism and affected by exogenous damage. Exogenous damage includes environmental radiation, air pollution, quality of diet, degree of fatigue, and the like.

At present, the theory of free radicals is widely accepted as a theory of delaying skin aging, namely: the natural ability of the human body to combat free radicals is constantly decreasing, the human cells are aging and the skin becomes rough. The elimination of excessive free radicals in the human body is mainly through an anti-oxidation effect. More than 95% of free radicals in human body are oxygen free radicals, and oxidation resistance is to inhibit the oxidation reaction of free radicals. Active oxygen free radicals are generated in the physiological metabolic process of the human body, and under the normal condition, an antioxidant defense system capable of maintaining the balance state between oxidation and antioxidation is arranged in the human body to slow down the generation of the active oxygen and the free radicals. However, ultraviolet radiation, air pollution, environmental pollutants such as chemical substances and the like in the environment can stimulate the human body to continuously generate free radicals, and the large amount of generated free radicals can reduce the antioxidant defense capability of the skin, cause the damage of the skin, and cause the skin aging phenomena such as dark lines, fine lines, wrinkles and the like.

Photoaging caused by UV exposure causes increased activity of skin elastase. Elastase is distributed in various tissues and cells, and the increase of elastase activity can cause the hydrolysis of skin elastic fibers, thereby accelerating the decomposition of collagen and elastin in dermis, leading the skin to lose elasticity, and causing skin aging phenomena such as wrinkles and the like.

The skin elasticity is closely related to the moisture content of the skin, when the horny layer is rich in moisture, the skin elasticity is better, and the horny layer is dried to cause the phenomena of skin elasticity reduction, skin dryness, skin tightness, skin cracking and the like. The moisturizing component has the effects of keeping skin moisture, delaying and preventing moisture volatilization, has important significance for maintaining and repairing skin barrier function and reducing skin, and the substance or the composition which is derived from natural plants and has the effects of moisturizing has the advantages of high safety, low cost and the like, and can be widely applied to cosmetics.

In addition, the tangle (Latin name: Ecklonia kurome Okam) is also called "Hecai", "Gymnema sylvestre", "Gymnema quinquefolium", etc. Phaeophyceae, Alariaceae. The artificial sea cucumber is grown in a cold sea and is attached to a rock reef in a depth of 1-3 meters below a main tide line. Distributed in Shandong, Liaoning, a coastal area. The records in the "sea medicine materia Medica" are: "the herb grows downstream and emerges as new Luo, leaves are fine, yellow and black, the mustache rubs the root of the beard into a rope, dries in the shade, comes from China on the ship. The herbaceous plants in the herbaceous part are listed in the compendium of materia medica, which have the efficacies of eliminating phlegm, softening hardness, dissipating stagnation, inducing diuresis and reducing edema, and are seaweed with high medicinal value.
