1. A printing system for printing and cutting a web of paper, characterized by:

The first driving part 31 includes a first roller 32, a second roller 33 and a first driving motor 34, the axis of the first roller 32 is parallel to the axis of the second roller 33, and the first roller 32 and the second roller 33 are both connected to the first driving motor 34 to make relative rotational movements with the same linear velocity under the driving of the first driving motor 34. A gap exists between the first roller 32 and the second roller 33 for allowing the roll paper 1 to pass through, and the thickness of the gap in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the first roller 32 is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the roll paper 1 after being unwound, so that the roll paper 1 can be driven to move when the first roller 32 and the second roller 33 rotate relatively. Compared with the prior art that the paper block is held by the manipulator, the paper block enters the printing machine to be printed to form a printing blind area, the printing system can ensure that the roll paper 1 has no printing blind area and printing dead angle, improve the utilization rate of the roll paper 1, and avoid the waste of the roll paper 1

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the first driving part 31 further includes a first gear 35 and a second gear 36 having the same module. The first gear 35 is connected with the first roller 32, the second gear 36 is connected with the second roller 33, the first gear 35 is meshed with the second gear 36, the first driving motor 34 is connected with the first roller 32 to drive the first roller 32 to rotate, and when the first roller 32 rotates, the second roller 33 can be driven by the first gear 35 and the second gear 36 to rotate relative to the first roller 32, so that the first gear 35 and the second gear 36 synchronously rotate relative to each other.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the roll paper drive apparatus 3 includes a second drive portion 37 on the side of the printer 2 remote from the cutter apparatus 4. The second driving part 37 includes a third roller 38, a fourth roller 39 and a second driving motor (not shown), wherein the axis of the third roller 38 is parallel to the axis of the fourth roller 39, and the third roller 38 and the fourth roller 39 are both connected to the second driving motor to rotate with the same relative linear velocity under the driving of the second driving motor. Between the third roller 38 and the fourth roller 39 there is a gap allowing the web 1 to pass through and the thickness of the gap in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the third roller 38 is less than or equal to the thickness of the web 1 after unwinding, so that the web 1 can be driven to move when the third roller 38 and the fourth roller 39 rotate relatively. Therefore, the first driving part 31 and the second driving part 37 can drive the roll paper 1 to move at two ends of the printing machine 2 simultaneously, so that the two ends of the roll paper 1 entering the printing machine 2 are stressed uniformly, and the roll paper 1 is prevented from being damaged when passing through the printing machine 2.

The second driving part 37 further includes a third gear (not shown) and a fourth gear (not shown) having the same module as the first driving part 31 in the same design principle. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, a third gear is connected to the third roller 38, a fourth gear is connected to the fourth roller 39, the third gear is engaged with the fourth gear, the first driving motor 34 is connected to the third roller 38 to drive the third roller 38 to rotate, and when the third roller 38 rotates, the fourth roller 39 can be driven by the third gear and the fourth gear to rotate relative to the third roller 38.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the printing press 2 includes a color set 21 and a driving device 22. The number of the color sets 21 is more than two, and the number of the driving devices 22 is equal to that of the color sets 21, and the driving devices 22 are correspondingly connected with one another, so that the driving devices 22 can drive the corresponding color sets 21 to move to adjust the relative positions between the adjacent color sets 21. With such a technical solution, the adjacent color groups 21 can be adjusted to an appropriate distance according to the actual requirements of the printing job. So that the patterns printed on the roll paper 1 by the adjacent color groups 21 can be connected seamlessly, the utilization rate of the roll paper 1 is improved, and the waste of the roll paper 1 is avoided.

Example two

A printing method using the printing system described in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, includes the steps of: the roll paper driving device drives roll paper to enter a printing machine for printing; and B: and the roll paper driving device conveys the roll paper printed by the printing machine to the cutting device for cutting. The printing method of printing and cutting can dry the ink marks on the roll paper and then cut the roll paper, so that the problem of contamination between adjacent paper blocks can be solved, anti-adhesion powder does not need to be sprayed, the printing method is beneficial to environmental protection, and the cost is reduced.

Further, when the printing press includes a color set and a driving device; the number of the color groups is more than two, the number of the driving devices is equal to that of the color groups, the driving devices are connected in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the driving devices can drive the corresponding color groups to move, and when the relative position between the adjacent color groups is adjusted, the step A comprises the step of adjusting the relative position between the adjacent color groups to print the roll paper. Therefore, seamless connection of patterns printed on the roll paper by the adjacent color groups can be realized by adjusting the distance between the adjacent color groups, and further the waste of the roll paper is avoided.
